The ingenuineness of this review appears doubtful. Justify your opinion.
I feel this review is:
They have a wide range of shoes available that fits all age bars and have some unique shoe designs that are not available in other shops.

Don't buy any procuct of mochi bcz. very very poor quality and staff service is very very poor and rude. dont buy anything form anand mochi shope
This shop is really pathetic with mannerless salesman of low marketing experience they do not have interest in showing their poor stock of merchandise and they start interacting in their coded language like (pajjar, chabbi ) which means do not show anything the customer is not potential . I wow that this is my last visit to this pathetic shop . I do not recommend anybody to visit these shops .
YOUR RATING ON
Mocha is one of the best shoe stores in india - because they get the alignment of the foot right.
the collection is really good, even during sale season.
their closed front, formal shoes and sandals are one of the most comfortable ones that I have ever worn
I easily get blisters on my foot, with other shoes. But with mochi shoes, I have walked quite a bit, and it was still comfortable.
The first few times wearing a new shoe would pain though, but then it becomes very comfortable.
I have been here with my friend in recent and here is our experience,
The parking is a trouble here and better if you come here without your vehicle. We were having a hard time finding parking slot in this rushed Sadar market. The store does not have it's store parking for customers and we parked our bike at some distance at a pay and park.
The store looks quite nice and decent at a glance from outside. We entered the store and were surprised by the ambience. The store was pretty well ambient and the atmosphere was good for shopping. Full stars for the shopping environment.
Store range- It may disappoint you if you are too picky as the store range is poor. The store do not have all the variants which are available on the website and this is the deciding factor. The store range is kind of compact and is not desired. The customer service was below average as they were acting like retarded to show the shoes after 10 mins.
Overall store is not vast in range and needs to be improved.
I love to wear mochi shoes, the best feature of these shoes are that they last long, secondly the quality and the air passage in shoes is so nice that it does not humidify the feets. It never give bad odour. Its available in extremely good designs. And the showrrom staff is so amazing that one love to buy from there.
It's a finished Indian brand giving great quality calfskin shoes and chappals. Their cost is minimal additional when contrasted with alternate brands in India, however quality astute it's completely sturdy.
You can even get 3-6 month of guarantee in various items, so that by any chance is the cowhide is geeting harmed and shop individual listens to any such issues on the off chance that it came.
They don't have extensive variety of sandles in the store, It's best to pick a cowhide shoes where by they give bunches of extensive variety of varities.
They scarcely give any sort of rebate on the item, and despite the fact that they give it's just to the obsolete things. Salesperson conduct is genuinely great where by they talk tolerably.
It's a complete Indian brand providing good quality leather shoes and chappals. Their price is little extra as compared to the other brands in India, but quality wise it's fully durable.
You can even get 3-6 month of warranty in different products, so that by any chance is the leather is geeting damaged and shop person does listen to any such issues if it came.
They do not have very wide range of sandles in the store, It's best for picking a leather shoes where by they provide lots of wide range of varities.
They hardly provide any kind of discount on the product, and even though they provide it's only for the outdated items. Salesman behavior is fairly good where by they talk very decently.
As name implies mochi is famous for shoes they says that they made handmade shoes but I never suggest to buy shoes from here because if u compare quality of shoes then its not better then BATA and if u compare price of the shoes then it is very costly. they are taking more then 3 times of actual price of the shoes which is available in local market.
3500-4000 rs shoes of mochi can easily get for rs 1500 in outside market. because sole quality is also not good as compare to price. If are regular traveller in public transport like bus or train then your shoes hardly work for 6 months and then sole will start to come out from shoes.
So I will suggest dont buy shoes from mochi because their products are overpriced and quality is not good.
Mochii as we all thought that the name would suggest, but no. it is not worth its name. Yes they say it is handmade specially crafted, but they really are a pain to the sole. No doubt that they have a huge variety of products and beautifully made too. From the outside it seems amazing but while wearing it is not at all comfortable.
I got peach colour pumps from mocha. When I tried them at the showroom they were pretty comfortable. I wore them to the party that night. Apart from foot pain the colour, as I cleaned the pumps with the cloth, the colour started to fade and turn white. They are not that durable and not worth its price too.
Hi all, A pair of Mochi sandals got damaged within 3 months of purchase.
The sole of the sandals got damaged in both sandals.
I feel the quality of Mochi products is worst and is not worth buying.
Even the repair process is slow and even after one month of submitting for repair, haven't yet got back the sandals.
Tip is to avoid buying Mochi brand of footwear. Better go for other brands, they are a lot more durable and provide good value for money.
My dearest lady friends. please please do not ever go for this Mochi brand. I heard that it has got good collections so I thought of going for it and baught one pair of sandals from commercial street Mochi.
I used it for a day and found that the inner sole leather sheet was already detached. They told me at the time of purchase that I can exchange it any branches in bangalore. So I went to Mochi in Forum. Those people sitting in the counter are really really unprofessional and the attitude was really bad.
They just sticked the gum and gave me back. Stupid fellows.
And from last one month I used that sandals for 5 days. in that I got hurt in my foot, a half inch of cratch and increases everyday when I use that sandals. I just went and touched that inner sole and I found that there was a pin in the inner sole from down that was hurting me a lot.
Probably next time I would never suggest or go for it. I was going for Woodlands normally but nowadays in single road you can find 3-4 woodland outlets, you can't make out which is original and which is duplicate.
ITs really difficult to decide on any brands in today's bangalore though there are good ones.
Bought a Mochi shoe 4 months back, though it was fine, the lace broke sometime back. Went to the store in Forum to buy a new one. First, the shopkeeper rudely declared that mine was not a Mochi product, and if it is I have to prove it by showing them the SHOES (wanted me to bring the shoes to the store), and then they would send it back to the company to get the replacement. Just sell me a new shoelace or if you cant keep it in stores, sell the shoes with ones that don't break in 3 months. Even the sole has started to come off at places and it has been just 4 months.
The shopkeeper assumed that I was just an Idiot who did not even know if he has bought a Mochi product. Hello, ever heard of respecting your customers. Awful experience!!
Solution: Bought one for 15 Rs from a roadside cobbler.
Am never buying or recommending a Mochi product again.
I had bought a 'unique design' pair of slip ons, but the stitches came off in six months time. I must have used them about four-five times in the period as I generally use shoes.
I took them back and the store was good enough to have it restitched, but it was irritating that they came off in the first place. Moreover, finding parking was daunting.
However I'd like to commend on the unique designs and the sales staff are courteous. They said Usually this doesn't happen but sholes do wear and tear, but I'd hardly used these. But the quality of the leather used is good, needs slight buff up though.
