Metro Hair And Care Salon - Maninagar - Ahmedabad

My family and I have been visiting this salon for the past 4-5 years. My recent visit here was very disappointing. I arrived at my appointment time and I was made to wait for half an hour before being informed that the stylist I requested for my daughter would not be available for two hours. The Salon Owner suggested another stylist, but I politely declined since I had my reasons for choosing the preferred stylist.

What upset me the most was the Salon Owner's unprofessional and dismissive response to my concerns. As a customer, I expected better treatment. Everybody will expect it! There is clear disrespect for customers, disregard for their expectations, and blatant disregard for time. I hope the Owner takes this feedback constructively, and improve the salon's customer service standards. The importance of prioritizing customer satisfaction without causing unnecessary inconvenience cannot be overstated.

This spa is one of the best as compared to many of its other providers and their Footlogix Pedicure is simply the best here. Their Milk Citrus Pedicure will leave a shine on your skin.

The rooms in this spa are not only top notch but are also clean, spacious and well done up. The massage area, towels, etc. was also up to the mark.

This spa does not offer much of the flexibilities and makes lying on the bed on the stomach a compulsion. The head massage is not that great.
