They don't provide home delivery even if one is ready to pay- ok I accept

They make me wait for more than 20 minutes before attending me - ok, the place is crowded

They will not accept certain orders beyond 6:00 pm, not even at 6:15pm. Ok, I understand

They will not change their design of cakes other than the shape and the message on it - fine, accepted

They will not even add some sprinklers on my cake - now I get uncomfortable with rigidity.

I want to give a feedback and they have no such option. They say, put it online, that's the only option.

Thanks for the experience. I am not interested in this any more. I quit. I have other options and you have many more customers.

So i visited the borivali west branch which is near the station and i ordered two pasteries and one brownie(which they call chocolate square) and they forgot to pack the brownie and handed me two pasteries they were 50 each. So i handed him 150 rupees cause i thought the total was 115 i didnt hear the employee(a tall young guy taking money near the counter) for the first time after which i asked him again to which the employee said "aapko sunai nai deta kya" caught me off guard so i left later on to realise that they didnt give me the brownie thats why i handed him 150 rupees so i asked the tall guy to which he replied " aapko abhi yaad aaya kya" idk what made him so condescending. Even later on throughout my time there he was acting condescending and rude. He was like "Areyy mene pucha aapne kitne brownie lie he" thought i should talk to the owner about this cause i love that shop and this completely ruined the experience for me. But i hope this message reaches to the owner and he has a talk with the employee that i mentioned.

I had recently tryed this outlet puffs and pastrys which is amazing and there prices are cheap but the quality of products is amazing.They have many outlet.they have diffrent types of puffs like chicken puff.paneer mayonnaise puff and much more.they also have variety of pastries available. This place is near to my office so after office we used to go there and eat.

This place is best.They have different types of cakes, mousse, and different variety of snacks.

This place is very good, they keep this place very hygienic and the staff is also very good in talking.

I like the variety of food they provide.I almost tried each type of cakes they have and they never failed my expectation, and the most important thing is the rates are not high.

The price are affordable to anyone.

In 15rs they have different types of snacks.

Talking about the flavor, they taste is very good.We can't expect much more than that of this affordable price.

As I already said they keep their shop very hygienic and very clean.The staff is very good, the overall experience in the shop is good, ambience was good.

The staffs are working very fast to serve better.The speed of service is very fast.They also provide free home delivery.

You don't have to do any kind of reservations in the shop, the average waiting time for table is between 5-10 min maybe.Not sure about that.The overall shop is very good.

This place is very near to my college and I am a cake lover. I love the taste of maawa cakes made by Merwans which is very popular that's why I visit this place again and again.

This place is near to borivali railway station of mumbai and I mostly travel through this station so whenever I was in borivali I visit this store. Price is also cheap, cost of maawa cake is Rs 60 for 6 pieces. This is a crowdy place and there is n't a single time when this place was quiet.

They also serve variety of non-veg items. This is the perfect place for hangout with friends. Customer service is really good and very well behave.

I would definitely recommend this place to every cake lover.

Merwans the name doesn't need intoduction to a true foodie in mumbai.

One of the old restaurants which has now started its chain of restaurants all over mumbai.

One of its shop is located in borval ( west) .

This shop is easy to access as ots located near station besides archie's shop.

It is at a walking distance of 2 min. But if you come by a car you'll have a hard time in finding a parking space.

There are variety of pattieces cakes cold drinks available here.

I had ordered a veg manchurian pattice and chicken pattice.

Both of them had a good taste. Chicken had been cooked and minced properly.

It is a very good place with nice ambience.

Merwans cake is one of my fav cake. All the flavers are really good. The chocolate square is one if my fav chocolate desert. The chicken and veg merwans rolls are also yummy in taste. The shop is always full with clints, they buy a lot of food items cakes, rolls, etc.

I know many of you ppl have visit the shol many times but some you have not I advice you to visit it once and have a taste. I know you will also be the merwns fan like me.

Guys if you love cake then Merwans is the best destination for you. Here, food items are divided into 2 sections veg and non-veg. Not only cakes, snacks items are also too tasty here. I had chicken puffs( chicken garlic and Thai) which was so delicious and my friend had paneer patties that too was tasty. Then we both tasted mawa cake which was also too delicious.

At times lots of their stuffs get over early due to demand. All I can say is that it's a perfect food lover’s destination. Tasty cakes are calling make sure you do visit Merwans. You will have the best value for money. Prices may be high, but it is worth the cost.

I have been to Merwan's recently.Must say it's a well lite cake shop.Thousands of people gather daily.You have mawa cakes, Brownies, cream cakes.Vegetable and Non-Vegetable pattices, Pizzas are very appetising.

Chicken submarine to Hot garlic Cream is delicious.Merwan's is expanding soon.I love the chicken submarine, Chicken burger as well.Go to any nearest shop and grab it.Swiss roll is an all time favourite.Rolls are really cool and mouth watering. Overall it's a cake cum snacks corner type embraced with royalty.

Nowadays many cake shops like merwans, monginis, ribbons and ballons and brownie point in mumbai but merwans ia best and famous of all.

I recently ordered black forest cake of merwans on my mom and dad anniversary.It was full of chocolate and some pieces of cherry were there at the top.

There was also jelly inside and cream was also soft and nice.The cake was also soft and tasty.There are many varieties of cakes but all cakes are nice and full of chocolate only.

It has many branches in mumbai but taste is same everywhere.we can also buy cake by online booking.The waffers and pastries are also very good.

Their service is also so fast and rates are also resonable.So it was my best experience to have black forest cake of merwans.I was fully satisfied with their taste and service.
