Meesho reels you in with dreams of easy earnings, only to drain you dry with mystery deductions, fake returns, and rules so absurd they’d make a soap opera plot seem logical.


The infamous “Fair Value” scam, arbitrary return charges, and the whole “visibility” hustle? Nope, not glitches—those are features, meticulously designed to make sure Meesho wins and you, well… don’t. They don’t just mess up; they excel at making life miserable for sellers.


And let’s talk about their financial wizardry. Holding onto your money for years without interest? Genius. Skimming off "shipping charges" like a pro? Brilliant. Forcing you into sales you never agreed to? Revolutionary. If creative scamming were an Olympic sport, Meesho would be bringing home the gold.


The best part? They wrap all this in a shiny layer of “policy, ” dodging accountability like a politician at a press conference. Meanwhile, sellers are left fighting for refunds, dignity, and a sliver of sanity. Very upset on the meesho product as we ordered products from meesho, but it's not that you will always get the correct product, many times dealer sends the wrong products and while returning they say that product has failed in quality checks. I request everyone not to order any products from meesho app.

This is most pathetic and fraud app. If yoy pay online for upur order and if in case antyhing happend to your order. They will not do anything they just extend the date of delivery and create escalation. Every time they will ask you to wait 4-5 days after that again they ask you to wait for more days. Neither you can cancel the order nor they will deliver, . I order one item on 14th march delivery date shows 22nd march but after 16 there was no tracking updates. When i called customer they said they escalted it. Then delivery date again change to 25th march. Again no tracking. I waited and again i called they asked me to wait 24hours nothing happend next day delivery date changed to 28th and no tracking updates. When i called they asked me to wait more 4-5 days. Again my ask is if its not moving tracking not updating what they are waiting for that i got frustrated and giveupon them? So that they will not refund my money

Now when we contacted customer support they are telly that it has failed the quality checks. Not sure what quality checks they are doing for the wrong products.

Maine product order kiya Meesho se, product Sahi nhi tha. Return request dali. Agent aaya or product le kar nhi gaya, shadow fax company se agent aaya bola 2 wheeler par nhi le kar ja sakta hu. App Custoemr care of request dalo 4 wheeler ki.


7 baar return request daal di. 15 din ho gaye no response. Paise alag atak gaye. Worst service.


Order not delivered and robotic customer care

I had ordered two ordinary items for home use on 9 and 12 March and the delivery has not happened as yet!


When I place a call back request a robotic human voice responds and if I speak it goes on saying "Understood, understood understood".


This brand app is really disappointing though they have a massive range of items supposedly at budget prices. With zilch customer service I don't recommend anyone should spend their time or money on this fake app.


A few months ago it was fine but I don't know why its tanking and deteriorating so badly now. Much scope for improvement and professionalism needed.

I have placed 2 order of bra on same day first order contain 2 braa and second order contain 3 bra. Meesho provide me one small packet which have both order tracking id and one braa which is different in color and texture.


After that I connect to meesho customer support about this issue. Agent decline to help me and cut the call on their side.


After that I raise 2 ticket of my both order one in return and one in exchange.


First order return request is accept and delivery partner collect that packet ( which contain both tracking id)


When second order exchange is arriving I again contact to meesho customer support to informed that same packet is already already provide to return request. I have no packet to provide in exchange.


Agent inform me to wait for exchange arrival then connect to meesho customer support but exchange is cancelled by delivery partner.


Today I again connect to customer support but agent decline again.


My question if I placed 2 order so why meesho provide me in one package and why customer have faced this issue and not got refund for the same issue.

Third class application I have done shopping arround 5-6 thousand rupees from past 1.5 month till yet the which are trying to return they are rejecting the return request. Our return reason is clearly we have mentioned. they have delivered wrong product that's why we are returning but continuously they are rejecting and this from Feb we are facing this issue and customer care also not helping in that. Instead of buying from meesho suggest to pay little extra but buy from other online application

I bought a ready made blouse of size 42" which is my regular size. But size was not delivered as per the specification. The schedule was to be delivered on 4th March. But it was delivered on 1st itself. Since the size was small, I wanted to return on the same day. But the return coloumn was not available as it said that I could do so only after the delivery.( though it was delivered on first itself the order status said that it is not delivered.) I presumed that I would be able to return the same on 4th which was the scheduled day for delivery. Instead I was surprised on 4th that the delivery is shifted to 7th though I received on 1st itself


The support number 080688782 was not available. I messaged Meesho app number. From the support department that the matter would be resolved in 48 hrs. But still today, 8th March I have not received anything. Unable to return the same.


Horrible Customer Support Team and Return Process

Dear Meesho Team,


I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to bring to your attention an issue regarding my recent order which was delivered On 28th February 2025. I placed the order and was expecting that it would be really good but trut me I was literally surprised after seeing the product which I received, Just to give you a heads up, The product was damaged and was fixed with Fevi Quick. And more over when I reached out to your customer Support team the representatives answered the call and was not at all helpful when I had provided the entire details to them on the call, However I had informed them that I do not wish to wait anymore an want a refund to be issued to my same source account and I wil be throwing this product post taking a video of it and the quality that I had recieved (Damaged and broken item).


The representative was not at all helpful on the call and asked to wait because he did not have the details on the system of the date when the item would be picked up, and again repeated the same script of asking to wait.


I find this lack of support quite disappointing and below the standard I expected. As a reference, I am updating you guys and il be proceeding legal against you guys for fraud as per IPC Section 415 & 420 for updating and sending a third class product to the customers when they place an order on your platform.


I kindly request you to expedite the resolution of this issue and provide a clear update regarding the status of my order at the earliest, And any which ways I have already updated the entire issue on Social Media by tagging your CEO so that he should also get to know how his team is assisting the customer's when there reach out for help. PATHETIC SERVICE


Note: I have also updated the issue on SM along with all the screenshots and the communication i had with your customer support team which was of no use and just waste of time.

Poor Customer Service – "Their customer support is useless. They don't respond properly, and even after multiple complaints, they don’t solve issues."


Fake Products Delivered – "I ordered branded shoes, but I got a local cheap product that wasn’t even close to what I ordered."


Delivery Scams – "Delivery agents mark the order as delivered without actually delivering it. When I contacted Meesho, they refused to help."


Refund Not Processed – "I returned a defective product, but they never refunded my money. They kept delaying and eventually stopped responding."


Late or No Delivery – "My order was supposed to arrive in 5 days, but after 15 days, there was no update. Finally, they canceled it without informing me."
