I feel this review is:
Beware of this company as they are running this company only to steal money. They don't respond to email or claim in time. We need to spend at least 20hrs for getting a claim of 10, 000.
This company has tie up with my employer and hence I am stuck with this. Only a fool will buy insurance from them. My ticket number received no response for a month now. ticket number:10161
They also have a namesake website that only advertises but I cant even see my claims/or create a support request.

Good Guidance for purchasing the policy and support even on Holiday by Medimanage team( Ms. Shradha Shinde).
They had given me the policy wordings which helped me to understand policy well before I could purchase rather than just giving brief description. This thing is missing in some leading policy consultants available in market.
Hope they will keep supporting in future too.

I get insurance policy from this company it was my biggest mistake they disappointed me alot. This Is a Cheat Company.
They are not giving the exact information to his client. They are big cheater. I request to investors please don't waste your money in this company.
B'cause I investment but I get no response from them and they are cheating me with their fake and fraud policy. They costumers service is not good.I have been cheated by these guys. Please dont beleive in such calls regarding policy from them. All are fraud calls. Now I dont know what to do. I waste a lot of money .

I came across Medimanage while hunting for good health insurance plans online. While there are other intermediate agencies helping an individual to buy health insurance, it was the Medimanage teams consistent, patient and professional approach that made me buy my health insurance from them.
Mr. Ashish from the Medimanage team advised me patiently with all my queries and gave me relevant and unbiased information. Even he has explained me the terms & conditions in a detailed way.
Once you purchased the policy also they will ask you once again “ Are you familiar with the policies”. That is really a good part. They are taking care in every path.
So far selection and purchase of policy has been a very good experience from Medimanage. I hope I don't need to use the policy but just in case I do, I hope their service while handling the claim is as good as I have had so far.I found them professional and straightforward and hence so far I'd recommend Medimanage.
To start with, I always wanted to have a health insurance but at the same time had learnt from many friends and experienced myself the never ending telemarketing calls, which never ever gave clear pros and cons of the policy, on the contrary left me in confused state.
So in-spite of getting insured, I stayed away from health insurance companies.
Fortunately I came to know about Medimanage through my friend. The moment I called them, and the way they interacted, I felt that I am guided by proper people. Within a weeks time I selected the policy and finally I am insured.

I bought a medical policy for my mother from MediManage. The advisor explained me the benefits of different policies and helped me choose one for her. It was a good experience. The staff was helpful throughout the process of issuing the policy. I recommend Medimanage above other policy aggregators.
The agent helped me with all sorts of information and questions and gave examples, did not withheld any info. Best part is the agent did not try to stalk me or called and followed up. Nice to explore health insurance through medimanage. I have also worked with them in group policy for corporate insurance and there also it was nice.
I have explored other portals like policybazaar but they start calling and irritating and try to sell and not give much info. Hence I liked medimanage better.

I have a very good experience with Medimanage. I am renewing my health policy with them since last 3 years. They are at par with their professionalism and at times acted better than Insurance companies and TPA's. I got almost 100% claim settlement; even when small claim rejected by TPA.

Hello All, I am completely unsatisfied with kind of service provided by Medimanage, This is really a worst customer service I have seen ever.
Customer Service people not providing feedback timely manner, employee always need to call/contact every time.
TPA taking too long time for reimbursement process, approval time.
Vidal Health Customer Service people always providing different feedback, like they are unknown of all communication.
I have very good experience in last organization with another TPA, Customer Service was excellent with that. I recommend not to go with medimanage. I hope this mail will help others to know about medimanage problems. Vijay

Weather to go for PSU or Private and why?
Weather to go for Top up or Super Top up?
Maximum coverage and the specific needs were addressed in details.
Copay is not there in most private policies however, the PSU are better if going for high SA.
Non Allopathic coverage is good option if taken the PSU.

I have just taken a health insurance policy through them and I found their approach and attitude very professional and nice.
This is just the initial assessment of them and time would tell when the real need will arise to approach them. They are not after your life to make you buy their product and are receptive towards your requirements as well.
Medimanage.com has helped me lot in getting my claim settled. I had got 80% of treatment money from my employers insurance and wanted to claim rest 20% from my personal health insurance policy which was bought from medimanage.com.
So I called MM to understand the process of such claim. They explained me clearly about the process and required documents. Also they helped me in filing claim request and getting it settled. It was quite smooth experience.
The initial interaction with Medimanage has been extremely pleasant. Inspite of me taking quite a while on deciding on the policy, the team had been extremely patient and had responded to all my queries each time I called/mailed.
I did not get the annoying follow up phone calls that generally most insurance companies do in order to sell the policy once the customer is identified.
A special mention of the service delivery of Girish Varma who was very prompt and patient., gave all clarity and guidance required on the policy. Also noteworthy to mention that even though I got an automated birthday wish from the company, Girish went out of the way to call and convey his best wishes. These small gestures go a long way to create customer delight experiences.
Girish was intracting with me for medical policy and I explained him my requirement. He given me suitable option and did excellent job.
I was very happy for managed service and customer treatment. Also they helped me for suggesting various other options and explained me in details.
Buying insurance was never such an easy, well I am customer of Medimanage from 2012 and since then I am buying all the new plans from them.
I recently buy one for my parents in laws. The advicers are really friendly and have good knowledge about the proposal and will inform you which one is best for you, but in the end its your choice. They will not bother you unnecessarily if you inform that you want to postpone etc,
I recently ended up at MediaManage website and decided to inquire with them about health insurance. I was surprised by their prompt response, thorough research, concern for my benefit, transparency, time provided to answer my numerous queries and patience. The staff Girish who handled my request was outstanding.
