Matrix Forex Card

I had taken a Matrix Card while traveling abroad and when I returned back I had unspent balance in Euro. I surrendered the card for refund and even after 10 days there are no signs of any refund and everyday I am being told that the same will be done the following day. Matrix thinks that those who are buying their Travel Card are all fools and they can enjoy the float income at the cost of the customer. Absolutely shameful. If you are buying a Matrix Travel Card ensure that there is no balance left in the card when you return back or if you have any balance draw the amount in ATM abroad so that you can exchange the currency much faster. Will never again go for a Matrix Card.

Forex cards can be used internationally. You can load money in major currencies like US dollar , Euro or Pound. It is an ideal card for those who travel abroad. But the problem is that you have to give away more money for its charges than the charges that you pay for local cards.

The charges for Forex cards are mostly same.

3.5% of withdrew money is charged for Forex markup charges.

3% withdrawing charges .

3% re crediting charges .

This card will take much your money for many charges . It is good to be used in emergency cases but not reasonable for constant using.

Well, if you are planning abroad having forex card is a good way to not get stick in financial problem. But just use it in emergency cases.

Let today I wont to be a sharw with you one of the very bad and not cashbook of the forex card is that  matrix .it was a very book service they are to be a given to the consumer I dont like this forex card actually it was an withdrowal card.it was a west of the time if you wont to be a save your oney so dont to apply for the matrix forex card to loss your money ok now I wont tell something about this forex .it was a very bad experience about this service actually last 5 month ago I have to get the amount so I wont to be go for the withouwal so they are to be a to if you are come after 40 days you will not to be a get refund back so that is very bad and every worst service they are to be a give to me .so I dont like this service if you wont to be a withdeown the money so you can use other one

I was using the Matrix Forex Card for last couple of years and the experience of using the card has never been good. I mainly bought the card for one of my trips and the card got blocked when I landed the country. I tried to communicate with their customer representative.

But to surprise they were not able to resolve the issue even though they admitted the problem. I made some transaction that were invalid but I yet to receive my money back even after 40 days.  Their staff repeatedly saying that I will get it today and all in vain!

I select this type of car due to many reason you kow that every man in this life to get good things for him wich is very important for the person that he can select for him self better thing for him self.

Why choose it because this is very important thing beacause it is good card as look and as work also this is main reason of that bad thing is that it is not comfortable for us due to his work .

I also suggest you ti use one time it because it is very use ful fo r people that is need for the other it is very goog and you must enjoy it when you use it .must use it and read about easly

Not so satisfying card at daily use like ATM cash withdrawal, some online task etc and most important first time use not so best at all and the next thing I really dislike is customer service it is very long term process when something missing or forgotted a pin their no ways to online submit our query it was gose only bank and then you will process the next step related your ATM.

I would like to say matrix is not so developed in that particular item their are more improvment are missing they will be solved in next few month or may be year so please check another ATM

Very Bad Experience. During my trip Abroad because of the negligence and lack of knowledge of one of the salse executive of Matrix my card was blocked and I was not able to use the card through out my trip and more over inspite repeted request I could not get balance amount refunded back even after 45 days. I want recommand any body this card.I am using this card for the last three years and my experience is getting worse day by day

Matrix multi-currency card is advertised as zero transaction fee card with no other hidden charges.But the catch is the buying rate/sell rate they charge while loading/refund the card. When you are loading the card rate offered is rate advertised on internet (approx).  but in case some money is left in your card and you want to get it refunded the selling rate is very low and the difference can be as big as Rs. 2 (for HKD).

In my case, the card was loaded with HKD. Buying rate was Rs.8.26/HKD on 2nd May 2015 but when I applied for the refund for remaining amount, the rate charged was Rs 6.18/HKD on 23 May 2015.

On internet the selling rate was never less than Rs 7.5 /HKD for past one year.This is a daylight robbery where I got charged Rs.2000 (1000 HKD was left unused in  my card) as cost of card. (way higher than I would have paid on any bank card as transaction fees)

Never use Matrix multi-currency card as they will promise the rate charged will be based on exchange rate applicable on that day but will never reveal the fact that selling rate will go so low from published rates.
