Stay away from MasterKraft Chennai - Modular Kitchen company. They charge too much and promise good quality product. But they used very inferior materials like commercial plywood and low quality hinges, which started rusting within 1 year.

Their service is pathetic.They promised 5 years warranty, however most of the items have already broken within the first year, but they are not even picking up the call. In fact, they block your number after the first service call. If you go in person also the response is bad. They will always say that someone from the factory will come and attend, which never happens.

They promised to use only the branded (Hettich) hinges, but used some local brand. Better stay out of this company, if you want to save your hard earned money. They also delayed too much on the initial installation.

Whoever we know who have done their wood work with them have had a terrible experience.
