Disappointed, I feel completely disappointed & unprofessionally treating towards parents kind of insulting! From this international pre-school....

I am stying at Hyde park, thought this would be grate place and professional pre-school, I took my kids (Rudra) on trial basis as per their suggestion itself...

so we attended from Thursday, Friday so we had 2 days, next 2 days was week holiday, again my child attended Monday, which mean total 3 days, 4th day kids (Rudra) was crying and one of staff member refuse to continue, they given non-sense reason as "Your child (Rudra) is crying and other kids are geting bothered/receving parents complains" that was very rude and disappointing answer, I don't know what philosophy they working/running their schools, later I took my husband at 10:30 a.m. we knock the door teacher opend door, we requested her to we need to talk to Concern person but unfortunately the Concern person did not come to desk and return to us on standing position and told us to come back by after 12 o'clock in the afternoon,

We feel completely disappointed & unprofessionally treating towards parents kind of insulting!

They must keep in their mind that every every kid/child required 5 to 10 days time to Settle in school environment, I think this is the reasons we have seen very less kids in the school...
