The store is well-designed and the collection is excellent. A friendly sales lady named Divya, was patient and helpful in helping me select my outfits.

The negative side is the tailoring section. The lady in the tailoring unit has a standard response that a design tweak cannot be done. She did not deliver on the promised day either, asking me to come the next day. This shows scant respect for the customer’s time, and is not acceptable, a more customer focused approach on the part of the tailoring unit is required.

One of the worst showroom in HABISGUDA MANYAVAR WORST customer service for sales team we have entre the showroom they say sizes are not available they sales staff. we came from long distance just entered to showroom that sales staff says go for JAHANPANAH .store staff was very friendly nature and show everything very particular I highly recommend to go forJAHANPANAH

Came here to shop 1 week before my wedding. And guess what? I was able to purchase everything what I set out for. One stop shop for all your wedding shopping! Owner and management is not good. When i went to pick up my dress, it was not there, and management was not serious enough to listen to customers voice/needs. I came in cab 5 hrs away from the store and owner just told me to come again another day. Its very frustrating. I felt they treated me very light. I was alone with my low voice, they took advantage of it. I felt they are very rude to me.

For everyone, be careful when you’re picking up, call them before coming, even though they assure you the item availability in the store. And they treat you well when you go buying first time and when picking up/exchange they treat really bad!

Pathetic behavior of the sales person. None of them takes any interest in showing the pieces, it's all upto you, if you have plenty amount of patience go there. While I was insisting one of them to take out pieces and show them to me properly the person was busy watching an IPL match on his phone. Zero amount of effort was given from their end and aftermath the bill and payment they wanted me to rate their app and the store 5 stars despite such things and she constantly asked me to do it then and there asap. Maybe choose for some other store over this because the customer services herein are highly disappointing!!

Time has come to say good bye to our old Window A/C and restore with the New.

Most of the Home Appliances shop discontinued the procuring of the Window AC

Going through the online Shopping only few old models is available Window Type.

I do always prefer the offline Shopping to touch and feel the real experience of any products.

Saw an advertisement in News paper and wanted to try with

RFH- Ratana Fan House, T. Nagar.

This shop deals with all kinds of Fans, Air coolers, Air conditions and choice of multiple brands.

To my fate we have purchased so called brand “Blue Star”. With the continuous follow ups, it took 2 days for them to deliver the goods.

AC was installed by an unskilled person, with in few days it started making noise make hard for us to sleep along with our kids.

Complaint raised to the RFH, the sales person promised me the problem will be solved with in 2days.

The next day a chap came and examined the AC and informed me there is a minor damage in panel it could have happened during the transit of the goods. He was helpless in this nothing can be done.

I was completely shocked how careless they could be. After being paid a full amount in advance.

Again, I Called the same sales person, this time he started ignoring my calls this shows the callous attitude of the sale guy.

People like me are going to this store by seeing the TV Advertainments,

But what I have received from them is totally different.

Sales person only interested to selling the products and get an incentive from the company. After they sold will not take a responsibility.

How come they sell a such a substantial product to their trusted customers.

Neither the Sales persons or Blue Star company are ready to help me in this.

Don’t Buy any goods from them, before buying think million times

Not good quality, purchased one, shrink after every wash , although colour does not fade, but becomes too tight to fit, please take a guarantee against shrink before you purchase , I suggest not to go for

We visited the store after confirming 10 times over Call with there sale person named Bobby, he said to come by 2:30-3 for new collection . But he himself vanished away in few min. And they dnt showed any collection.. just kept saying new collection is getting unpacked will show but no one assisted .

They just made us waited for 2 hours to assist. It’s not worth going on this store at all. It’s horrible in service.

Very good service, staff was really polite (Syed zameer Ahmed and Tasmaiya), nice collection.

Staff members were really value our choice, money, time etc.

We bought 10 pair of ethnic shoes and socks. Mr Rahman and Khafeel were very good and courteous in guiding us to but the right product.

Me and my siblings visited on 1st May 2022 at GS Road Manyavar in search of Jacket Kurta set which I have finalized online. We were not dressed up very elegantly, we wore a very regular attire. I guess by our appearance they judged us and asked to drop our bags at ground floor which we have purchased locally. After that we felt very embarrassing, still we went up and seeing for the attire which we finalized, there also we didn't get positive response. So I guess Manyavar is for someone who dresses up very elegantly they give preference to them. It was a very disappointing experience over there.

I have visited last night I like one Kurtha which price in a tag 2999/- after expending such long time got one my choice wen I came to billing there was person saying this price got increased last 2month stil they didn’t chnege the price tag how can be this such a long time it’s total time wrest and wast my time 3499/- and cashier was very rude plz don’t do this type of Chip busses tag price one billing price one

I went to Manyavar for my order & they were charging extra money & when I asked about the explanation they don't answer & also Akhil named uneducated moron was yelling at me & showing fingure to me.. Poor staff & outlet. I recommend don't buy it from there.
