When we approached for exchange of a product to a bigger size on a weekend, staff asked us to get out. They said "because they don't have any customers in the shop at that time, they are entertaining us else they would have not even given us entry". Happy to sell products with fake promises of exchange and alterations, but don't entertain customers thereafter.

Manyavar wedding clothes are very good they are a little expensive but quality design aur very good my fav brand Manyavar .

Manyawar making money on Hindus wedding and demeaning their cultural rituals is absolutely unwelcomed. Never do business with such crooks. I will return my sherwani I got today to protest it.

When asked for a refund they slapped instead because we were capturing the video about their rudeness

Cost higher but product quality is extremely poor .. within 1 day it’s gone.. i would suggest to never buy any product from there.. product cost 4k but quality is 0k.. negative ratings is not available

Really v have to appreciate Manyavar for changing men look... But this time disappointed.. bought bottom wear from Jayanagar and for one wear full torn out and not able to wear ... Sorry ??

I agree that they do hav some range of collection but the staff there....horrible!!!

They are least interested in the sales and their attitude towards the customers is really pathetic !

I visited the kochi branch and it was a really bad experience and we really didn’t feel like buying anything from there after talking to the salesguy.

Never want to visit the store again !!!

Lazy staff.The main reason I lost interest in seeing more of their collection and din't buy anything there is the staff behaviour.The way of approaching the customer is very bad. very lazy staffs.

Staff members along with owner don't know how to talk to customers. They are rude, buy at some other branch.

Just to collect the fitting clothes need to wait for more than 15 mins. Considering returned back to collect still takes more than 15 mins just to give fitted clothes.Being such big brand shall value time.

Sooo bad I have select one indo wester they change in to other material low quality pice ....this is cheating ...kisi ki mhenat ka paisa mat khao price ke according valuable to do or waise bhi promotion bhi kon krta hai iska deepika & Ranbir ... chetar burger off samne on you

Purchased a costly dress from the store, which required alterations, but the staff promised me alterations and took the full payment.

But the alterations were not up to the mark, i had to re visit the store 3-4 times, at the end i took the dress and get it altered from somewhere outside.

WILL NEVER SUGGEST ANYONE TO GO THIS STORE.IT WILL BE A WASTAGE OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND YOUR VALUABLE TIME.

If you're planning from as your first/ only option, please WAIT!

We made the mistake of not looking around, and when we did, we realised not only do you find equally good stuff but even better designs available in local boutiques for most probably a lesser range than in Manyawar.

The tailors available for alterations are not as professional as you'd assume given the brand.

All in all, a very very average experience and I'd recommend you survey other stores as well

I had a very bad experience with the staff here. They just made false promises for alterations just to make the sale. After I paid the money they took the dress and promised to make the alterations but when I collected the dress they did not on it. Since they already got the payment the attitude of the staff was very bad. I suggest to go to other stores around as they have simillar collections everywhere.

These people changed the price tag while billing,

I had been to there outlet in Dadar(w) Mumbai for my wedding shopping, were they showed me sherwani for Rs.20k and same was been selected by me. But things went wrong when they billed same sherwani for Rs.26k to my uncle. When we said store staff that they have changed there words and agreed tag price of the sherwani, they were not even accepting about fraud made by them. At same instant we requested them to cancel the transaction and refund us entire amount or allow us to purchase another sherwani of Rs.20k and refund as remaining Rs.6k but they haven't agreed for same. And said we won't get any refund once bill has been made. Such a worst, fraud and charso bis and non corporative staff that they were not even ready to cancel transaction which just happed 1 min prior. I request people to take care while doing shopping in this store.
