I feel this review is:
First thing, don’t do turbinate reduction surgery anywhere. Second thing don’t do any surgery , visit, appointments with Doctor ( BATHI REDDY)
During covid time I went for blocked nose. It’s just blocked nose that to mild. But he said need t do surgery (Septoplasty and turbinate reduction) and it’s failed and my life’s gone. Actually no need surgery but doctor wants money so he did. If he ask personally I will give lakhs of money. Again it’s my bad decision and doctors fault is 100 percent. Guys I’m telling don't do turbinate reduction surgery not only here and anywhere in the world. These doctors are doing crime not surgery. post surgery I’m done with my job, my sleep, and dryness in nose and my life entirely gone since 4 years.
First of all it’s my bad decision to choose doctor bathireddy, because I completely believe on Manipal hospital. Finally I learnt believe on surgeon and not on hospital.

I do not know, why Manipal hospital would like to loot money from the parents even for parking.
First hospital need to provide the parking space for the visitors with out any charging. But hospital is providing by charging , Earlier they used to make wait people for self parking and push people towards wallet parking .
Where as now they saying that wallet parking is full and pushing them to go for premier wallet parking at extra cost. It is clear scam. How can they do it
One my relative who was simply seeking care for dengue, lost his life because the hospital prioritised money over his well-being. They gave him antibiotics that caused a terrible reaction, and instead of helping him, they subjected him to unnecessary treatments. The next day, he was passed way. It's devastating that someone who went to the hospital for help was ultimately failed by those who should have saved him."

Good hospital located in kodihalli bangalore with top notch infrastructure and super specialities..
Came in for a dog bite. The actual cost of the vaccine was only 397. Ended up paying 1552 instead. They charged 1100 for consultation which was a nurse telling us to sit down and telling us to go buy betadine and clean it at home. We additionally also paid 25 for the gloves. I mean since when did patients start paying for the gloves too. Its not about money but this was the last time I visit this hospital simply because it is a thriving business and not a hospital for people

My bother wife went for operation... But it done with training doctor....and she still suffering with bleeding after a month....When she given review comments on hospital... They deleted it with in hour.... Not sure how they control to get it deleted nagetive comment
Today I had been to Manipal Hospital, Old Airport Road with my son who is suffering from high fever; as soon as I went towards the parking a valley parking person reached out to me and said “Give your car for valley parking else you will be just standing here”, I said no let me park it myself as the valley parking charges are high in Manipal Hospital. But for a fact myself and few other who did not want to give the car for parking was made to stand there for more than 20 minutes but the people who are giving the car for Valley are getting parking which means there is enough parking space but they are trying to make money out here fleecing people who have come with ailments. My son was really feeling sick and he was complaining of headache and shivering because of the temperature, so ultimately I had to give my car to valley and pay the money.
This is so ridiculous that the hospital is trying to fleece mponey from people starting from the parking, and they say “Life’s on” Seriously?
My wifewas in emergency treatment on 05.7.2023 at 20:46pm MH001474484.She was on bed No.17, that place was in pathetic in condition it was a storage room with garbage bin with disposable materials, she was on I V drips her right hand was very badly damaged, it was swallowing with blood clots, she was screaming in pain, when they could not succeed in hand, they tried I V on upper arm.when I objected for the allotted bed, and made 10 seconds of video clip, one of your co-ordinater, approached meand asked why I video and threaten to delete or iwill face serious problems. I deleted, immediately, Dr.Adil Afzal is not an professional.
Huge calculated scam in the billing department. The team in sync with few Dr. And mgmnt. Once you are admitted, the billing system kicks in. They ser your expectations when are in deep need.
False entries on consultations and pharmacies.
They are aggressive and no justification on billing items. So take care ...keep tab on every item...

My wife underwent a surgery procedure at the hospital on Saturday morning. Today she was discharged as well. Unfortunately insurance company rejected the cashless claim. The amount was close to 3 lakhs. Company rejected the cashless claim yesterday citing incomplete document submission. Today additional documents were submitted. Inspite of that , claim was still rejected. This was communicated by the company today at 4 pm or so. I decided to pay the bill from my pocket. Since the amount was 3 lakhs, i could not transfer the amount to manipal account since I added manipal as payee only today. There is a limit of 50k for the first 24 hrs , imposed by RBI. When I experienced problems here, i was asked to discuss the issue with Mr Ashraf, who works at the billing in the hospital. He was extremely rude to me and asked me to go canara bank nearby and get the demand draft. I explained him that I don't have account in canara bank. Also it was already 4:45 pm. Instead of listening to my problem, he asked me to ask my friends, though I repeatedly explained that it's not that I don't have the money. I had sufficient amount to pay the bill. He insisted that I somehow make the payment, else postpone the discharge. I would request manipal authorities to kindly train mr Ashraf on basic banking and more importantly to have some empathy and talk to the people appropriately. He was extremely rude. I reported this to the treating dr as well, who was really supportive all through. It's sad that one person like Ashraf spoil the reputation of such a nice hospital. Hope authority take note of this and correct him.
It is unprofessional and unacceptable for an HR representative to be rude and disrespectful towards others. Greetings and respectful communication are important components of a positive work environment JULEE GUPTA behaved in a manner that is contrary to these values. It would be appropriate to address the issue with the HR representative and/or their supervisor to ensure that such behaviour is not repeated in the future.

our child was in a critical situation and upon visiting two hospitals in Kolar we were told that child is critical and would need a specialist Pediatric Neurologist care . We immediately got our son to Manipal Hospital . Our child was not in his senses, disoriented and had significant headache . He was admitted at Pediatric Intensive care under Dr Usha Mallinath. All relevant investigations were done and treatment was started soon . we were regularly updated about reports, clinical condition of child and treatment .
Dr Usha is such a wonderful Doctor . She is so professional and practical . She used to examine the child completely daily and make changes as needed. we were updated daily on child progress and treatment plan . Our child started recognizing us in 2 days and soon headache resolved and all other problems too. Unfortunately he had severe Brain infection .She made a diagnosis in 2 days and all appropriate medications were commenced on timely basis . No tests were done without informing us and she would explain to us the need for test and possible side effects too. She is very clear and transparent in her explanation . She gives clear picture of problem .Overall Excellent care provided by the doctor .
She is so good with kids, our child started talking to her next day and would express what he is going through . She is an inspiration and Role model for Kids .
we are so happy we came to Manipal Hospital looking for Dr Usha and our son is alive today because of her .

Manipal Doctors at HAL road are good but they have worst Hospitality, worst customer service.
My sister got admitted 2 days ago (related to neuro) and Dr confirmed in the morning at 10 am to go ahead with discharge. It's been 7 hrs that we are waiting for summary sheet and discussion with who so ever from Haematology dept and we are still waiting, waiting and waiting paying Rs 8000 + GST per day. I am not sure if it's the delay from Dr or it is to increase a day bed charges.. Pathetic service.. I will never ever recommend anyone here if it's a hospital admit related situation.

I RECD A SMS WITH PAYMENT LINK AND I PAID BUT HOSPITAL HAS NOT RECD THE PAYMENT. MY BANK SAYS WAITFOR 7 DAYS EITHER TO GET PAID OR REFUND.
NOW I HAVE CANCELLED DOCTOR APPOINTMENT AS NO TEST REPORTS WERE AVAILABLE
Very good hospital. Doctors are very good specialy Dr.Meena Muthaih, Hemanandini Jayaraman, Balachandra BV.
