Mango Mist Resort, Bangalore

They are brutal commercialists. We planned to take a stop for food on the way, as we are pregnant. You cannot visit their restaurant until you take their room or activities packages. Which we didn't want as due to pregnancy we cannot participate in physical activities and had to return home that day itself. They brutally refused stating without opting for packages we cannot entertain customers. It may be good for trip planners but is horrible for impromptu trip lovers. It's super crowded; should be marketed as a amusement park rather than a resort, which usually is a serene place where people go to escape the hustle bustle of the city.

We had a team outing on Saturday 22nd July with foreign delegates joining us and to our surprise the resort was super crowded with no quiet space. The resort was buzzing with people all over and didn’t feel like a relaxing place but more like mela. On contacting the management Mr.Nair, General manager of the premise was giving illogical reasoning and was adamant on not refunding or cancelling the advance and forced us to postpone the visit but gave no ear to the high crowd and our purpose of visit. Me telling him that the resort would get bad rating also didn’t hamper his thoughts on not refunding the money and stressing on taking on the day. Miss. Juhi, corporate sales personal came to rescue and made us comfortable to move around and gave priority on welcome drinks and eateries however I would recommend to check with the management of Mango Mist on the crowd if you want to have a peaceful relaxing time with friends and colleagues. Also avoid weekends at all cost, it’s no worth paying a huge money to get into rush and to stand in line for every activity and food. Overall I see the resort to be average but the food is good. Didn’t like the General Manager- Nair’s attitude and approach and the way Mango Mist manages weekend corporate crowd with No Refund policy for whatever reasons may it be… because of these 3 factors I give a thumbs down to this resort and would not recommend it to anyone. Beware once you book with them then your money is gone. You need to bear and adjust to be around in the crowded environment.

Went with excitement to have pleasant stay, dine and good team outing with family last weekend and But big time disappoint.

Very unhygienic place. Many activities were not proper and under maintenance. Food are tasty but the serving dishes plate and bowls are very dirty.

We paid 10k for 2 adult and 1 kid is sooper waste and disappointed.

Employees are too good and caring.

Went with eager to have a good team outing last month. But disappointed a lot : (

They give just 4 coupons in which one is for the drink. So with just three coupons we can participate in the activities and adventure. Only few games can be played with one coupon and all other are three and two. So, definitely you can't enjoy within the free coupons they give. For extra coupns we have to pay INR.50 per coupon.

Many activities were not proper and under maintenance.they are very strict at the dress codings for enjoying in the pool.

Lunch is the only thing they provide that is good. Please don't come with much expectation which will definitely disappoint you .

Terrible experience, as part of corporate team outing from a reputed company, we went to this resort, not a great place . so many retractions, staff behavior not at all good(if we speak against they are like get out, break the band).

food ok ok . Drinks too much costly upon that we are not allowed to take our own booze and we need to take the booze in their bar only . no much activities(they tell we have very sportive activities and none was interesting) . I will not prefer this pathetic resort to any one(fully crowded) . this is the worst resort so far I have been.

Note: Management please teach your employs to talk to the customers properly(arrogant behavior not acceptable).

The mango Mist resort is good and it has a natural environment. It is one of the beautiful resorts. The environment is very serene and we loved it. The packages are also very attractive. Mostly the golden mango lunch is the good one. But in holidays, too much rush is there. People gather from almost all over Bangalore to spent their holidays.

I stayed in Amrapali cottage and my experience was so good that I cannot write in words. It was just woo http://www.

They have luxury hospitality and I definitely got the luxury experience there. I cannot wait to go there again.

Today I am going to share my experiences in mango mist resort. me and my friends planned to go trip for Bangalore so we just search for a good resort and we book a room in mango mist resort. unfortunately after entering in to the resort we feel very bad by seeing the room. we are not satisfy after seeing the room. the room quality is very poor.we just complained to the manager. he also not responded properly the way he behave with us was very rude. we are totally unhappy with this hotel. we planned to stay three days here but we just vacate with in 24 hours from these resort. food also very poor quality.it is not worth for money.

I want to cancel or postpone my booking. No one responding to mails or calls.

very bad customer service. you have to live by your cancellation policy. return back 80% amount.

This is a very bad way of treating customers.

Emergencies will always be there. My friend's daughter is sick and hence we having to cancel the booking. it's a genuine reason and still the resort is being so in-sensitive to customer's request.

After a long scan for resorts in Bangalore, I committed an error in at long last choosing this resort.Break quick is normal and we proceeded with the experience recreations till evening. The staff conduct is not in any manner satisfactory, extremely discourteous folks they have. They don't have any strategic way and they don't know how to carry on with clients. Lunch likewise its normal, every one of the things tastes same and finished with futile snacks. Very little assortment of nourishment, constrained sustenance that too with terrible taste. This place really spoilt our disposition for the day. My solid proposal to all is to keep away from this place as it is exercise in futility and cash. Mango mist is one of the popular resort in banglore. It was away from up to 12 kilometers fron Electronic city banglore.

I want to share my experience about this mango mist resort. Me and my friends have planned to visit banglore and we thaught to stay in hotel and we choose Mango Mist resort because of it is near to electronic city. We took one ac room where the price was very high after entering in to the room we felt very dissappointed because it is not good as we have imagined.The room was totally with a bad smeel even more in the bathroom . The room serviece is very bad they do not proper responsibility on the room. Very bad serviece after getting freshup we thaught to have some food. We went to eat some stuff the total resort was fulled with people . Where we got food it was very high price . The quality was not good very bad presentation and bad quality with high price. The value of money is very high in every thing. So I do Not recommend this resort.

I waited this hotel 6 months ago and because now also the option of this mango mist resort in Bangalore so I am writing this review to help you know about this hotel before you visit this hotel, I waited with my family to this resort and stayed in the hotel for 3 days and I will tell you that it is a very bad hotel when we went to the hotel it took a lot of time to find a room for us and the room that was found for us was very bad very cheap quality it was not clean dust was there in the room very much the bed sheets was smelling the bathroom was not clean it all the showers did not had any force only the water was dripping from the showers that's why the room service was very bad and I asked Twitter for dinner he denied he said that there is no food in the hotel the food that they ordered from outside was exhausted week we can eat from outside like that the waiter said when I complain this thing to the manager is supported better but not the customer so the guest service is very bad in the morning when I ordered the breakfast the waiter was annoyed with my order and kept the breakfast in a very rude manner the breakfast was very bad in taste it did not taste well so we had to eat from outside so food and presentation of this hotel is very bad all these bad points dedicate a very bad hotel and resort so the value of money is very low you will waste your money time experience with your family friends when you visit this hotel you will be very disappointed so I recommend you to do not visit this hotel from my own experience

LOCATED ON THE ANEKAL BENERRGHATA ROAD THE MANGO MIST HOTEL LIES AT A MARE DISTANCE OF 12 KM FROM ELECTRONIC CITY. THERE WAS THE FIRST VISIT TO MANGO MIST. THE INITIAL CHECKS IN AT THE RECEPTION GIVES US VERY NICE IMPRESSION.

THEY ARE VERY POLITE AND THERE IS AN UNIFORMITY WITH ALL THE STAFF MEMBER IN GREETING GUEST. I HAD VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH STAFF SPECIALLY MR MOHIT FELT HOMELY ATMOSPHERE

DAY STARTED WITH WARM WELCOME WITH YUMMY AND HOT BEAARKFAST. THE AMBIANCE WAS A FRESH DAY VIEW. STAYED IN WOODEN COTTAGE WHICH WAS CLEAN AND GOOD. THE PROPERTY LOOKS SO GOOD AT NIGHT. ALONG WITH ALL THE ACTIVITY FOR ALL AGE OF GROUPS AND PEOPLE THE RESORT OFFERS WIDE RANGE OF COTTAGE AND TENTS.

The Mango mist is the best place. I had heard a considerable measure about this place, however would never truly go there. It was an official outing for me and we were a group of 35+ members. The organizer at my end, like every other individual did check all the reviews and closed the deal with Mango mist on good faith, however we were lined up for some bitter disappointments.

While there are plenty of good things about this resort which you can read through the other good reviews in here, let me just cut it short and write about my experience - which was bad.

1. The tents here are not the usual tents that you find in such resorts, rather are actual trekking tents which are easily movable and way too small for twin occupancy.

   
   




2. There are no separate washrooms or toilets for individual tents and there are common shared ones. We were a large group with almost half the strength of women.

   
   




3. The whole time we stayed there, the washrooms were poorly maintained with foul smell. And the staff there were rude(frustrated is the right word)

   
   




4. For the people who forgot to carry their swim wear the only option was to "purchase" garments worth INR 500 for use(the one offered to us was clearly a used one).

   
   




5. Food was average.

   
   

Lastly, the manager, Mr. Tipu Sultan, can definitely use some customer management skills as he successfully annoyed all of us at every juncture of our interaction with him. He had enough opportunities to turn this to a customer WOW experience, but he simply let it pass. I wouldn't say, my team was saintly either, however Mango mist could have handled it better.

I would love to share my personnal exeprience on the Mango Mist resort so I visit this resort last year. The room quality of this resort is very great. Guests come to visit this resort far and wide, because this resort is very famous in this world, the facilities offered by this resort are very excellent. Very good services of the guests are served on this resort. Only they are presented, there is no cheating with the guests, because of this, the presentation of the food of the hotel, It is very nice which is very much appreciated by the customers, from which various types of food items are available at the resort and on this resort the food is made available according to the taste of the customers. This resort environment is friendly to the customer. With this resort decorative and clean There is no shortage of cleanliness. Customers come from the excessive amount of money on the resort. Expenses are incurred because there is no unavailability of any facility here, due to which customers spend excessive money on the money here, the value of money remains.

1. I used Mango Mist resort four months ago during a tour with my family. I stay three days at Mango Mist resort and enjoy its beauty.

   
   




2. I and my family both disappointed with this Mango Mist resort service and facility at those days. I wait 30 minutes then they saw the room. Mango Mist resort room service is very poor and not comfortable for family, its foods quality is also poor. Mango Mist resort manager did not solve any problem.

THE MANGO MIST RESORT LOCATED IN BANGALORE.it has very bad quality service.the rooms were real dirty not clean properly.the bedsheets and the covers are dirty.the wash room is not clean totally dirty.when I ordered the waiter for dinner he said that it will take some time because the food is coming from outside.aat 11 and a half at night the dinner came and it was of very poor quality no taste in it wasnt able to eat.they charges heavily and provides very low customer service.this is very bad resort doesnot give satisfaction.

It was my first experience with Mango Mist Resort - Bangalore and it was a very bad experience with this hotel due to very poor services and very bad room quality.

I have visited many times at Bangalore for my office work tour or for my business meetings So I have stayed in this hotel but due to its poor room quality I stay here only for one night after this I changed my hotel.

I checked in this hotel at 4:30 PM on 23rd April 2016 and it was online booking and when I go inside the room I was shocked because the room was not properly clean and not well maintained, The bed sheets and pillow cover was also very bad or it was not washed

Mango Mist Resort - Bangalore Service: The services also very poor and there was no kitchen available inside the hotel because when I was ordered for dinner the waited told to me that food will come from outside and it will take time

The waiter's behavior was also very rudely and not supportive, The food was also very low quality and it was without taste

There was no proper decoration and presentation inside the hotel and nobody was there for customer services properly

I realize that it was a very cheap hotel and there was no value of our money for such facilities and services, Its found non-recommendable hotel due to its very poor services
