Mango Hotels, Agra

Last month I booked a room in Mango Hotel and my experience was not good as they don't have any pick and drop facilities for touristor and for customers.When I booked my room at recieption, the behaviour of manager was not good as he was busy with his hotel staff.When I entered in room the condition of room was bad as the bedsheet was dirty and fan was also not working and they don't have any Air conditioner.They didn't provide me any wifi and loundary service.

At night when I went for dinner the food was fresh and tasty but thier charges were high and they don't have any south Indian dishes.The presentation of food was good and waiter always ready for help and serving to everyone.

I visited Agra recently on work purpose and stayed overnight at Mango hotels. The biggest drawback of Mango hotels is it's location which is far away from Agra city ( more than 10KM) so it was difficult for me to reach the hotel. I had the pay extra for taxi from Agra to the hotel.

Upon reaching the hotel, the receptionist made me wait for a long time although there were no other customers but he was occupied over the phone. Such ignorance from the employees is very irritating.

They also take a long time to serve food and the cost is too high.

Coming to the room decorum, it was decent with the required needs of a basic standard room but it was slightly small in size and less spacious. The TV was not working properly so I had to call room service thrice.

Overall, Mango Hotels is a decent hotel for an overnight stay but it is not as cost effective as much as you may expect.

Third class hotel.Never ever stay in these hotels.  Low grade, smells dirty, noisy, no hotel decorum at all. Terrible staff, terrible service and I heard that they dont pay employees salary on time so employees are leaving day by day, how pathetic. Never ever should anyone stay in any of these hotel in India.

They lure customers and I belive people are knowing the fact now days.therefore the hotels are empty all time and one gets the room at last minute also; I stayed all their hotels in Agra, Amritsar and Jodhpur as I had done a journey throughout in that sector recently and I was literally crying like anything. It was my worst vacation ever
