I write a review about maggi noodles is very dangerous to health.but children's and youngers, olders also like to eat it.why because it's easy to cook and taste is better than rice.They dont know it's side effect and problem.I tell you what are used in the maggi and also explain what are side effect and what are the problems to health. You won't find or notice any side effects of Maggi.But believe me EVERYTHING IN ACCESS IS BAD! And since it is used in so many packaged things and Street/Food at restaurants.Maggi is made of maida. Even your atta maggi is mainly made of maida. Then it is deep fried in Vanaspati(Dalda). Dalda is mainly Trans fat. Maggie can be slow killer.
The health effect that it has at first are quite mild. But with expense of time they become severe.
