I visited Lucknow restaurant in Ranchi and found that there's very little space available inside.

Even though it lookes reasonable in size from outside it actually quite congested inside.

The ambiance is not good as many people were accommodated in a very small space.

The seats were poorly arranged and there were not much space available to seat comfortably.

The lighting and decoration was very old and needed upgradation.

Now the food quality was good but they did put little extra salt in the items.

Their staff was polite and their food presentation was to the point. But the staff were a bit lazy and didn't pay much attention to my needs.

The price was another important factor as I noticed that some of the items were exorbitantly priced and had less value for money.

Recently I visited this restro. But surprising the facility was worst ever.

The food presentation was not fair.The quality of food wss also not good.Food taste was also not good.Lot of oil present in food.

The ambiance of that place was also not good.The water basin has seepage prblem.There were no seperate sit for family member.

Customer service was also not fair. The staff of the restro. Was very lazy . They will not hear you even you tell twice or thrice.Behaviour of staff is not polite.

Overall facility was not so good as per the price.

This is really the worst restro i've ever seen. Altough you get some good food but that rarely happens. The service is as slow as a snail. One would bettee go than wait there for the order. The ambience is also not to the mark. Not cheap on terms of money but yes a slight difference from other resturants. Would suggest them to look for proper chef. The restro's environment need to be taken care of. And most important the service.
