I bought two ton ac, but since day one it wasn't working. I complained very ist day and when several technicians having no knowledge how to rectify it they checked it after several visits they told me that outdoor unit is faulty and they will repair it. I requested both company and their tecnical team manager that I have abid 65k from my hard earned money so please replace it instead of repairing it. But they didn't agreed and took it to their service center and then it back after some days. They did this procedure several times but the problem was never resolved. I feel very bad because my hard earned money went waste, this is a fraud company with useless technicians. Do not ever buy ac from Lloyd because it is a scam company. But I promised that technician head Mr. aijaz from srinagar Kashmir that once I find him I break his bones

I purchased lloyd 1 t ac last month 16.
3 days ago ac is not getting on at all.complaint registered, technician came today, saying "board complaint ".
He told it get repaired aftr 2 weeks.
Very pity .
After buying 2nd day air nose problem still not resolve.
now Water linkage problem.
Every time some Anadi technician come and give new solution.

I’ve been using the Lloyd 1.5 Ton Split AC for a few months, and here’s my take. The cooling is pretty impressive, especially with the turbo mode—it cools down the room quickly even during hot summer days. It’s also fairly quiet, which I appreciate. The energy efficiency is okay with its 3-star rating, but I feel like it could be better. One downside is the lack of smart features, which some competitors offer. Overall, it’s a good, budget-friendly option for basic cooling, but don’t expect too many bells and whistles.
This is a bad company. I took it for 4 months and got a problem. I asked for a return. The company has not changed.
The problem has come 4 times in one year, this company is not good

Hlo dear friends. I write my honest review for all. I bought this ac 2 month back and it around 15days for installation.After installation horizontal swing was not working.So i complained and when technician visited told me that horizontal swing motor is missing. Within one month 5 technician visited and told me that your part is missing and soon we will resolve it. But toady new technician visited and told in this ac there is no horizontal swing it means lloyd technician are clueless and don't know anything regarding Ac.
So please avoid purchase this brand Ac

I recently purchased a Lloyd air conditioner, and the experience has been highly disappointing. The installation service was extremely poor, leading to persistent issues such as water leakage from the unit. The technician’s solution was merely to tap the wires, which did nothing to address the core problem. Additionally, the installation itself was done incorrectly, exacerbating the issues. To make matters worse, the technician was very rude and unprofessional, making the entire experience even more frustrating. I would not recommend Lloyd air conditioner services based on this encounter.
I had the worst experience buying a Havells Lloyd AC through Amazon. Imagine getting a brand new AC installed only to find out it doesn’t cool at all. When I requested a return, Amazon directed me to Lloyd, saying it was a brand issue. Lloyd then said they forwarded the issue to their technicians. Meanwhile, I am left suffering in the hot, humid climate with a brand new, non-functional AC. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I never expected such poor service and lack of accountability from both Amazon and Lloyd.

Havels is just a cheater company. LLYOD was a super brand but after Havels have acquired this. Havels is making substandard product. Even in single year I have faced so many problems, noise, cooling, water leakage etc. more over I approached company management directly to share my experience about their product worst performance but they just started arguing. Now just after a year I am helpless and now selling this to kabari.
Pls never buy any product of Havels.
Last year in May....we purchased Llyod inverter AC...not knowing it was a wrong decision.....in one year we already started having issues....they r saying gas leakage is there....refill to be done, that also will be only with 3 months warranty....pathetic service...already charging 3k for the same.....seriously. 6 years back we purchased Electrolux AC .....till now they are working good....this company is useless....plz avoid it's items.....money is not to be wasted!!!
The unit was installed after 5 days that too after multiple calls to the customer care. The unit stopped working in 3 hours and showed E1 error. The technician booked a replacement for fan unit on 5th June and I am writing this review on 9th June while still being on hold with the customer service. They even have no idea when the part will be available or to track it even. Pathetic customer service and brand. No quality checks of the product done it seems. They are not even ready to replace it. Also, I purchased it from Croma online and they also seem to have no interest in solving the problem or taking responsibility for selling products of such companies either. Never ever buy anything from Havells or Croma again.
I purchased 1.5 ton split AC from Amazon. When engg came for installation I noticed that the packing of inner unit was damaged. I opened the packing and found that body was also damaged and remote and other accessories were also missing. I reported to Amazon, they asked me to get a report from service centre. I kept on following with the service centre but they not reverted. Really disappointed with such third class service support from Lloyd. Pls never opt for Lloyd as their service is very very very poor. Now neither Amazon not Lloyd is listening to my problem.
I need AMC, but your response and Havells service very irritating. I already raised a service request with customercare. Customer care service also unsatisfied. Going forward I don't want buy Havells products due to irrespective service for customers.
I purchased 5 star Lloyd Heavy duty split AC 5600 watt cooling capacity, but it is a scrap just like cooler only throwing air not doing cooling
Pathetic AC. Defective product from day 1. Total waste of money. I need replacement for my product as I have consulted service centre from 3 days and technicians are also non professional without any knowledge. Zero cooling and water leakage from AC. Strict action will be taken from my side if my issue is not resolved within time.Thanks
