Earlier I don't have any experience in mouth shut and never submitted any review for a product
I took two nos of Lloyd window AC 1.5 ton 3 star, through a dealer called shambu shree service located at delhi. I wish to inform the list of sorrow incidents happened after buying a lloyd product
First incident dealer cheated me saying warranty for 4 years through a world cup to world cup offer, no such thing documented in paper & all are fake.
Second incident the installation of AC is done so poorly, i have to explain each things to technician.
Third incident due to poor fitment, in one of the AC the fan blades started rubbing with shroud and it took 3 days to rectify. I had made 13 calls and 10 S.M.S to different people begging to attend my problem
Dealer said company technician will repair, company representative came and told me this is installation fault and I cannot touch it .After so much of debate he agreed to work, the technician is not prepared with tools so I have to borrow and give to him.
Fourth incident company representative suggested me to apply a copper resistance coating so that the tubes will not rust and no leakage, i accepted and told to do for both the AC. No bills given for this work.
After this job another AC showed a fault E2 in display panel, and it is not working. so once again I registered a complaint with lloyd, ref no received no commitment and calls.
Dealer stopped taking my calls, the technician is not aware of what is fault code E2, I told him it is a problem with room temperature sensor circuit.
Lloyd company regional head Mr.Manjit singh not picking customer call or interested to call back after SMS
All these problems creeped up within 3 days of purchase of AC
Please don't buy Lloyd AC it is useless and poor customer service
