Livpure Touch 2000 8.5 L RO + UV Water Purifier

I bought this water purifier in the month of August 2016, by seeing Adv by Sachin Tendulkar, because he's genuine.but exactly after a year.means by 2017 August onwards it's creating problems one after the other.some 2 months back there was a problem and spent some Rs.3500/- and some 15 days onwards I'm unable to draw water from the unit.I tried to reach the customer care people from livpure.and raised a complaint but it's utter waste it seems.whom to contact and how to this problem. it's really a waste product which bought.

Hello every one, now I want to share my experience about livpure water purifier .six month ago we sifted new home then we need to water purifier one of my friend suggest to me Livpure touch water purifier . then I decided to purchase it .the cost of the water purifier is very reasonable i.e. 10000. the taste of the water is very good . its clean water very well . after two- two month I was check TDS of the purifier that's also good . the carbonated filter clean the impurities in the water . its also a very user friendly because there is four options available .if you need one glass of water, one bottle water and continuous water there is option available and the fourth option is menu button if you press this option you can see the customer care number and its always show that how much water is purifier . the style and design is very attractive . I always recommend to every one.
