Livpure Pep Pro Plus 7 L RO + UV +UF Water Purifier

Guys,

Please never buy and product require installation through Flipkart. I willl tell you experience in detail.

I purchased Livpur Pep Pep Plus + product on Jan 29th. After multiple follow-ups one Engineer came and installed the product. But same day evening I noticed water is leaking from tap and registered complaint.

After multiple follow-ups one technichian came and tried to resolve issue on Feb 8th, but still issue persist. Again i tried to reach them and they said engineer will come and try to resolve on Feb 9th. And they made me to wait for whole day and evening when i tried to reach no one was even ready to attend the call and answer.

Now here the real problem starts, Flipkart is not allowing me to return the product as the Livpur team is not confirming that the issue is not resolvable. Even after two attempts the problem is not solved, still Livpur team is not confirming that they cannot solve this. Not sure what Flipkart will say once return date is over.

The conclusion is even if your product is faulty ultimate luck for replacement in Flipkart is depends upon what the installation team says about it.

So be ready to face your tough days

I would highly recommend not to buy this product as they don’t work after 15days from the date of purchase.

This product just worked fo 15days,after calling the cstomer care for a service ,they were not able to fix the product nor give us a solution because they were just contract vendors to the company ,after visiting twice on registering complaint ,they told the product is faulty ,immediately I reported this to the custmer are team of LIV pure but they did not bother to fix it or give a solution or replace my product...

So please do not buy this product if you are planning to read reviews and buy it...

I purchased livpure water purifier pep pro plus through amazon in april 2018.

Malfunctioning unit since installation water from waste water drain pipe after tank full also the water out flow is there continuously now the machine has stopped working only power on display is seen the service person who came for first free service in december told that he is only for maintenance n cleaning he is writing the note put up in service note and other executive from technical team will fix the problem which he even wrote in the service note bill.

free service due in april 2019 not done after raising many service request.

the agency person contacts and asks for address and never sent any body. contacted help desk at livpure many times they directly booking paid service . where is our free service due its not our fault its your service center fault of not sending anybody even after complaining so many times.

I excalated the complaint through website this week but still no one contacted from livpure.

we will go to all consumer reviews and consumer forum fed up with the service and product quality. used aquaguard for 14 yrs had no issues choosing livpure was the worst decision no service support the agency assigned never picks up the call and never sends any one for service request.RAISED SO MANY COMPLAINTS WITH ALL NUMBERS HERE JS19040900933, JS19052102839 - JS19052811030395 - JS18122001140

My brother purchased this water purifier 15 days before.It is 7L RO which has faeatures of uv+ uf.It is water taste enhancer also.The quality of water provide by this purifier is fantastic.Is is easy to use.There is capacity of 7 liter water.For 1 year service is provided by company free.I recommend to all of you to buy this water purifier.
