Please don't buy any product from Livpure, it stop working with in 6 months and they have worst after sales service especially S.M enterprises is the worst, they wont even pick the calls

I have a Rented RO, Big headache product, Money Waste dont go for it .

There is no service after installation, machine will shut off even you have water balance,

No water out put even after 24 hours of Recharge, No customer care, No response No resolution of Complaints even by the Review Team

Rates sall be hiked on very higher side without prior notifications 325 plan become 449 within a year

Never Trap for this fake product.

1. I rented water purifier from livpure and it delivers poor quality water even for 600 TDS I gey only 125 TDS and taste of the water is not as good as Hindustan liver pureit

I bought the same model in 2010 on rent basis @ 480/month and 60 litres of pure consumable water per month. The company also provided free servicing for first year whenever I needed for upto 3 times. The model was not very expensive that time so I bought it after experiencing that the price was worth buying it for the quality of pure water it provides. It's kind of soothing and refreshen your mind. More crystal clear than Bisleri. That's y I am saying it's the best in business. Their expert servicemen are well equipped and well-behaved and knows their work that u only have to tell them about the problem. Well, In my case, I didn't had much, though, their customer care executive is also very friendly. Overall, it was pleasant experience to install this model in my kitchen.

I have placed an order for the Livpure Envy and made an upfront payment. During the payment the sales lady UMA very sweetly mentioned everything is free of cost, this is until we see that the customer service and technicians do not respect the customer who makes a genuine payments and wait for the service to be installed.

The customer service is so pathetic that they themselves do not know whether their own employees are working or no.

This is one of the most horrible experiences ever. I have placed a cancellation request about 5 days back and I do not have any response from the team till this time.
