I had ordered a product on 3rd Jan2025 and was to be delivered to me by 7th Jan 2025, however wasn't even shipped till date. When spoke to customer care, their manager Nafiza ask me to cancel the order instead of giving me a solution. A store like lifestyle is 3rd graded.

Online shopping on lifestyle app. I had bought 2 dress on 15th oct which got delivered on 18th oct same day .size was incorrect. I requested for return. Since there was tag mistake from lifestyle store . They told me send a mail .i did send a mail with image. Since 15 days I am calling lifestyle online customer no. They till give us 24hrs we will pick up. They are telling some system issues due to that product is not picked. Superior never available. If I should at them then they transfer the call. Still no use .keeping customer's money without customer fault its metal harassment I have called n no of times. LIFESTYLE IS CHEATING CUSTOMER'S BE AWARE DONT DO ONLINE SHOPPING.
THEY DONT WANT TO RETURN MY MONEY.
We took 1 top from sarath lifestyle..it was damaged so we went near inorbit one ..they totally denied to exchange it ...if hey are not able to exchange then why open the branches ...it's scam with customer...now I asked the store manager no. He said he is not sharing the no. My concern if I bought from another city and in hurry it's not visible the damage then I hv to fly for same store .thn what's the need branches or offline stores

I bought 4 items missing the most expensive item from my order ?? life style ruin my day it was a very important day for me I was waiting for the item to be delivered at the earliest but they never deliver my item even though they took the money . Really a bad experience noi
Life style is cheating people, don’t encourage this kind of cheating people have to do some thing with social media or Tv channel media
Worst customer service. No replies for the mails send. If we call customer service they ask to send mail and no matter how many mails send the reply we get is wait for 2-3 business days.
I ordered product on 5 th Nov which was to be delivered on 9th Nov . When the product did not deliver I cancelled the order . Customer care confirmed the cancellation and to my surprise instead of refund the product was delivered on 20th Nov . 11 days after cancellation and the team refuse to take the product back and provide return . Must pathetic customer service. No one is bothered to understand the issue .
Pathetic customer service.fraud website and store. Sent wrong product not the one shown on their website. And after one month of rebuttal they washed off their hands by saying it’s not our fault but the manufacturers fault.
They never gave a complaint/ ticket number also. They mislead people big time.
I bought sketchers crocs for my son and they have given me damaged crocs. They donot take any responsibility at all. The store manager Mr. Naveen bhardwaj he was very rude to us, kindly hire some professionals. With your worst customer care service i have to keep your damaged product with no other option. Lifestyle is a worst and fake company please do not buy anything from lifestyle. I request you to kindly take sone action against your manager Mr. Naveen.
I bought Puma Shoes and within 1 month the shoe lace eye got damaged due to manufacturing defect. They donot take any responsibility at all of after sale service. Donot provide details where to approach. Their
I have purchased 2 dress online it was not delivered still they showed status as delivered, I tried to call multiple times even sent email to help and CEO ids, but no reply apart from automatic reply.
This is not a way to grow in business, you have to have strong customer support who can look into the issue
Such a nonsense online service from last 25 days they are not taking the return product everytime they say ticket is issued will do the needful so please be mindful before ordering

Currently they have By 1 get 1 offer. And when I tried applying for that the total amount is completely different. And even though I'm selecting same brand but still that is calculating total for both the Jeans .
As shown in the photo which I have uploaded, it shows that I had paid Rs. 399/- for NONSTICK COOKWARE POTS & PANS SET, 15 PEICE, GRAY WITH RED HANDLES= 1 on 18th April 2022 thru. Paytm(order no. 116991). I do not know whether the Lifestyle trend is fake or real. I think so that I have lost my money because it is almost a year I have not received it. Hence forward I will never trust such fake sites.
The shop has a really good collection of clothes.
BUT, G R ROPPA, of lifestyle in forum mall is not kind to costumers, argued with me specially, and treated us very rudely. She used non-good and language and sarcasm, and made a scene.

I have purchased a jacket from offline lifestyle website. Since the item didn’t meet my expectations I placed a return. Now, lifestyle is saying I never returned them the order. Not sure what I can do now:(
I had ordered denim jacket from lifestyle online store I got only half jacket and to add insult to injury after reaching out in n number of sources finally the delivery guy came to pick up but after seeing the product he left saying I didnt choose a reason for delivery and cancelled my return request
KkdI ordered a product and received no order number etc but was billed on my visa.They want an order number I never received yet they had enough info to bill me?
Bought here for kids several times. But this time they were a bit busy and screwed up the bagging without removing tags. Had to come back twice from the exit beeps.
After all that one tag was still left out I I came back for that 3 days later. Very casual response from the manager as if they are not accountable and inconvenience is NOT A THING
