Jul 02, 2015 08:05 PM 4722 Views

Lifestyle Gurgaon is just near to M.G. Road metro station of Gurgaon where three shopping malls are situated  at one place.

One Side there is MGF Metropolitan Mall and on another side there are City Mall and MGF Metropolis mall where lifestyle is exist in MGF Metropolis mall on front side.

Lifestyle is a one stop shopping place where you will get all the range of apparels, footwear, Jewellery, luggage and fashion accessories.

In lifestyle you will find only premium brands like woodland, hush puppies, Samsonite, VIP, American Tourist er, Kajo, and lots of other brands.

Must visit.

LIFESTYLE - great store.

For me lifestyle is a fashion store where I can go and shop any time because  I am sure I'll always get what I want. Easy to choose, lifestyle has something for every age group. I clothing it has gives me a confident look.

The one in ambience is my favourite, it always has fresh stuff.Specially if you want to buy a handbag, no better option than lifestyle, it is amazingly good. For me. always a thumps up to lifestyle store.

False commitment and faulty products
Jun 26, 2015 05:33 PM 3557 Views

I bought a casio-G shock on May 2, 2015 worth Rs 8, 500 and within 25 days, the display was not there in the watch.

Although while buying the watch Lifestyle promised me that the G-shock is the best brand for the rough and tough use but I am visiting and calling the outlet to fix the issue and now I am like a beggar to them.

I bought that watch for my child and he is still waiting for his watch to get fixed and is also very sad. Inspite of being a loyal customer to the brand I am facing such kind of irresponsible and shameful response from "Lifestyle".

When I went to their outlet, they are asking for INR 2900 more to fix the problem. I cannot even understand why the hell should I pay to them for their faulty product. My regular shopping expense with lifestyle is around INR 25, 000 and now I think that being a loyal customer to a brand is useless.

I'll personally suggest to all those who are reading this post, please never visit lifestyle or any of their outlet, as these people are really faking and selling the faulty products to the customers and making fool of them.

Good collection
Jun 01, 2015 12:32 PM 16650 Views

I have always loved lifestyle's collection. I have always bought alot of things there. There parking space is awesome. First floor is for ladies collection, which has very good collection according to every climate. Second floor is for men's and kid's where I seldom go. I simply love there 3 rd floor which is Homecenter. They have awesome collection of household items which is sophistication mixed with durability. I bought oil jars, dinner set and bedsheets from there which were little expensive than the normal market but they are awesome.

Lifestyle is always full during the sale so try going there little early in morning otherwise you will have to stand long in queues outside the trial room and take out clothes from dumps lying everywhere. Try there bag and make up section as well which always has a very good and unique collection. Its the place which I visit almost every weekend and which never disappoints me.

Love the place!

When Lifestyle opened in malls, I found it really expensive and slightly drab even. Then newer and fancier stores started opening up and I totally ignored Lifestyle for a while. Until recently when my sister took me shopping.

I was really impressed by the collection they stocked. They had a huge variety of Indian and Western, formal and casual wear for men and women alike. The staff was really good. They were really helpful and cooperative. At times, I felt they howered way too much but then that's their job.

I ended buying three shopping bags full of clothes and I am absolutely in love with them. The clothes are of good quality and were pretty cheap and affordable when compared to the other brands.

I recommend Lifestyle to all to all the youngsters and adults alike. It is a great place to shop!

The Landmark Group has its indian fashion retailing chain which is known as Lifestyle. Lifestyle is started in 1999. Its first store was in chennai. Now it has spread across the country and almost all the major cities have its outlet.

It gives you enormous options of clothing and accessories. They also promote the other brands such as Biba, Global Desi, Gucci, Park Avenue, Ethnicity and many more.

It gives you ranges of clothing which can be affordable to your pocket. It also has options of higher range of clothing which can be option of occasional wear.

My favourite

I prefer buying my clothes from lifestyle as it has built trust of the brands that I use.i don't prefer any particular mall for this but I just walk in any outlet to buy my stuff.

So far I have seen good collection in the pheonix mall, lower parel.especially the melange brand for kurtis are the best for regular office wear and they are of good quality too.

It is a hub of all good and affordable brands which I prefer.in lifestyle you will find the good collection for the men's, children's wear also.

I prefer this over globus anyday because it is value for money

The order is being placed very soon and the staff members are very helpful in searching if you are not getting while searching.

The range of clothes are not so much expensive and a normal people can do shopping easily. It keeps there customer happy and provides them good sevice and facilities all over

Bangalore India
Perfumes at Lifestyle, Bangalore
Apr 05, 2015 07:19 PM 17607 Views

I had purchased a Calvin Klein Downtown perfume 90ml from LIFESTYLE INTERNATIONAL, Austin Town, Bangalore, on 15/02/2015. On opening the perfume at home, I found that the fragrance lasts for only a few minutes indicating that it is from an old stock or is defective.

I subsequently complained to the store from where it was purchased on 19/02/2015 and was asked to leave the product for testing. I received a call from their representative on 21/02/2015 that there is nothing wrong with the product without providing any proof or documentation of the testing carried out.

International brands like Calvin Klein do not develop perfumes that last for just 15 minutes and I, and anybody for that matter, am disinclined to purchase a perfume that lasts for such a short duration. I did not think that Lifestyle would stock inferior or defective products that would affect their brand.

I thereafter made an online complaint through Lifestyle International's grievance redressal portal on 21/02/2015 and received an email confirmation stating that the matter was under process. After repeated emails and calls, I was informed a month later that they will not be replacing the perfume, leaving me deeply disappointed that a defective product has been sold to me.

I had hoped that Lifestyle's quality assurance and customer grievance redressal system would ensure that customers do not feel cheated and would replace the product, but my experience so far has left me disillusioned. I have paid for a product that is completely unusable.

I am writing this review to let other potential customers of perfumes, and perhaps other products as well, at Lifestyle know of my unpleasant and disappointing experience with the brand.

A True Feedback on LIFESTYLE HOME CENTER
Feb 05, 2015 10:57 AM 20995 Views

I wanted to buy a "show-stopper" sofa for my living room, which I took 2 months to research and decide.

Everybody suggested UrbanLadder, I do agree that they have great customer service and quality. But pricing and haptic experience was a concern, with online shopping, even u have home trial.

I want to sit with my whole family on the sofa and ask each one's experience and feedback, which was lagging in UL.

So started hunting shop by shop, which was not so easy, trust me!

And found 60% sale in home center oasis mall, went there tried almost every sofa in their stock and we all decided upon one, went multiple times to make sure am making a right choice.

But, to my shock there was all negative comments in this portal, which was a big concern for me, so decided to write to the Home center management and checked if these allegations made here are true.

You wont believe, immediately after 5 mins I got call from the relationship manager, who promised 100% assured quality service to me. and he told me that they have worked upon all those loop holes and made the system better now.

I booked the sofa, It reached my home in 4 days. my father told me there is a small dent in the head rest fabric which the executive claimed It was due to shipping, will regain after use, but I called the relationship manager to confirm, seeing me not 100% happy, he immediately ordered for a replacement, which reached us in 2 days.

I am 100% happy with Home Center, Will recommend anyone to go for it!

Thanks you!

Lifestyle-Bangalore the frauds
Dec 14, 2014 06:38 PM 19202 Views

Hi All,

Never ever buy anything from these frauds. I was given a voucher from the counter lady for Rs 1100 and she didn't explain me anything about it.

When I went to redeem my pints I was told that again I will have to spend Rs 2000 per coupon to redeem the points. Already I had spent Rs 6000. Bl**dy cheats.

NEVER EVER GO TO THEIR STORES. THEY ARE BIG TIME FRAUDS.

Gurgaon India
Worst Staff,Sells Cheap products and No return
Jun 10, 2014 03:28 PM 3947 Views

I bought Miami Blues Shades from Lifestyle, D.T Mall(Gurgaon)

(https://lifestylestores.com/ )and was told by sales person of Lifestyle that this brand belongs to Polaroid  https://polaroideyewear.com/uk/. I bought shades on 27th Apr, 2014 with in 1 and a half month one of the screw from the sunglasses came out suddenly.

This product is being sold at high rate despite being of a cheaper quality product by Lifestyle and leading stores to cheat people. When I went to get this cheap product replaced in Lifestyle(DT Mall, Gurgaon) I was told by a Person Named Mr.Aditya working as DM that “LET ME SEE HOW U GET THIS PRODUCT REPLACED”.

I was shocked the way this person behaved with me and rather listing my problem he started arguing with me. This was Lifestyle! I would suggest Lifestyle should change the way they behave with their customers and when they know they are selling cheap products they should be ready to hear from the customers.

Very poor customer service and behaviour.

Hi,

We had ordered a bed with two night stands on the the 10th of Jan, slated for delivery on the 18th of Jan. Not only is 8 days unreasonably long (for a regular household item) it is extremely aggravating when that commitment is not met.

On top of that customer service is rude and unhelpful to the extent of asking us to take a refund. We have no idea on when the delivery is going to happen and how much more harassment (missed appointment, missed work hours) we have to go through before we get should have been delivered within a few day. Delivery inquiry executive Miss Evlyn and the store supervisor Mr Puturaj have been thoroughly disappointing and highly unprofessional.

The local shops provide more professional and on-time services in our experience. This is the most unexpected behavior from a high-end store like yours.

We will discourage people from patronizing your store to the best of our ability.

2nd Worst Experience from the same store
Jan 24, 2013 05:19 PM 9318 Views

I had purchased a TV unit. It was assured delivery after 7 days and fixing within 24 hours of delivery.  They did keep up their word partially by delivering half of the package on the 7th day (without glass components – which were reported to be broken while in transit) . A

nd then there is no update on delivering the remaining and fixing the unit. On our repeated follow-up we were told different stories each time justifying the delay.

Its 4 days since the partial delivery is done and the issue is not resolved yet. I would not suggest Lifestyle Home Centre to anyone as I had the similar experience when I purchased the Dining table 2 years back.

Pathetic customer service
Jan 05, 2013 02:48 PM 9000 Views (via Mobile)

This outlet in Bangalore is one of the worst I've ever encountered - staff are unhelpful, not knowledgable and that's just the floor manager in the home furnishings store.

Poor quality furniture and service
Nov 06, 2012 04:48 PM 2731 Views

To anyone who may be reading this, please stay away from investing in furnitures displayed in Home Centre. It might look elegant but it is of horrendous quality. We got duped into buying furniture worth 1, 20, 000 (6 pieces) out of which 3 have already proven to be of bad quality. The cot has a crack at the side and one of its legs is also cracked.

Three of the drawers of the dressing table (the drawers are around 3 ft. not small) have shifted their positions as a result of which we cannot use them at all because they can either stay in a closed position or stay open. There is also a crack in drawer where the nut was fixed. We purchased 6 seater dining table and we are a family of only three members so the three mostly remain unused. In spite of that two chairs (the back rest) have big cracks in them. And the best part is all this happened within 3 months of use. The bed had crack when the people from home centre had come to fit it. We complained about it then as well but no action taken till date. We complained about the other problems later again no action. We went there and complained personally but nothing has happened so far.

Some of our friends had already predicted during the house warming ceremony that the furnitures from home centre, lifestyle doesn't last long. But, we thought maybe they are a few in hundreds who have experienced. But, no we were a fool to buy anything from them. It's better if you don't buy any furniture from here. The person who handles consumer complaints is least bothered to rectify the mistakes. I am very dissatisfied with the whole purchase.

Never buy anything from lifestyle home center
Oct 31, 2012 11:11 PM 9469 Views

I pledge I will never buy anything from Lifestyle home center again.

My mistake - I purchased a dining table without reading blogs. As other customer has suffered my sufferings has started. Out of 4 chairs 2 chairs are faulty. One chair has misaligned holes for screw and one chair screw has started falling the moment first person sat on that. There is for sure manufacturing defect and I got assurance from the carpenter that they will raise the complaint and within 48 hrs your chair will be replaced. It is already more than 72 hrs. I am a bit early to write this blog. But, their problems are unlimited - The furniture customer care number is useless, nobody received my call, I tried at different times. Then I called the store from where I purchased the dining table, i.e, Oasis center, koramangala, Bangalore. I got concept manager's and store manager's number. I called store manager as concept manager was not receiving my phone just to get false assurance that I will check and get back to you. Once I got call from the store and again got a false assurance that someone from their store will come for an inspection of the furniture. Don't they know the basics that they should do the inspection before delivering the furniture not after delivering that. Anyways all this has started and I think like others it would take a moth or more to permanently fix the issue that too I follow them very sincerely. Wish me good luck and I would suggest ,my dear friend, just stay away from them.

Worst shop ever visited by me...
Sep 11, 2012 01:23 PM 9323 Views

I had booked for a Cot and Dining Table on Aug 31st 2012 and had paid the amount too. The next day I was told that the stock is not available and amount will be refunded.

From that day, I have not received a single call form them. Everytime I need to call them to findout the status. and it has been 10 days now and till now my money is not returned.

Don't ever go here
Aug 21, 2012 10:34 AM 9187 Views

I purchased a 3 seater sofa on 29th July, paid in full and was promised delivery on 8th August. Let alone delivering, no one even bothered to call and inform the status. When you call to find out about the delivery, no one even know what's happening. I have spoken to at least 6 people and each one says they will get back to you in "2 minutes" and does not respond after that.

With great difficult I got the number of the "Customer Support Manager" (KHAN) and got a promise of delivery on 20th. Again no response. Today I have been trying to call the customer support land line, mobile phones. No one even picks the phone!

Just stay away from store like this. You can definitely find much better products on Infantry road and will be treated like a King, not to mention the far lower prices. We went here because someone gave us gift vouchers. Never will be step into this store again. Better to support the local entrepreneur than these idiots!

PS: I have recorded all phone calls to these people if someone wants to listen.

Gift wrapping
Dec 12, 2011 05:51 PM 10239 Views

Until now i have had a pleasant experience at lifestyle, but today was pathetic.

I bought an entire barbie set for my daughter, for rs 3, 499/-. The staff at the second billing counter directed me on saying this was closed, i told them they should have a sign to that effect, saying that the counter is closed

On asking about the gift wrapping they said it would be done outside. At the counter outsidei was given a choice of two papers, both with the lifestyle logo on them. When the staff started packing they were making a mess of it, i asked them to be a bit careful as it was meant to be a gift. The staff there told me to wrap my gift myself! Being for my daughter i wrapped it, as i didn't want her toee it till we got home, then i went inside to the customer feedback desk, told them that i was made to wrap my own gift, and would like to make a complaint, they made a show of calling some 'mahesh'.

I waited there for five to ten minutes and then asked them, they made another call and said he was at the gift wrapping counter. I went there and he was not there. On returning to the complaint desk they now said that 'mahesh' was out to lunch ( it was 04:15pm, maybe lunch time for some, but if it was they could have told me the first time). Finally as they expected i had to leave as i had elsewhere to go, rather than run from pillar to post in - lifestyle bangalore - with no redress to my grievance. I wish they just charged for the gift wrapping and gave us some good service.

In the inner circle group, the max stores are much better, and if in bangalore, garuda mall is as close, with better variety and i have always had great service there.
