I wrote the below mail. No response even after a dozen follow-up. I purchased shoes as it is of Indian origin. But got cheated.

Within a month itself, it started cracking n the side. I stopped using it. As I was busy with my office and we have been working from home, I could find some time today to visit the store and explained the problem to the store keep. He advised me to write to customer care for further looking into the matter along with the pictures of the shoes.
It is a manufacturing defect and leather is of bad quality or not processed properly. Please find attached the pictures of defective portion of the shoes.
I hereby request you to kindly instruct the store to kindly refund my money within 3 working days. I will be forced to file a complaint in the consumer forum if this issue is not resolved.
