Liberty Shoes Ltd (Liberty)

I wrote the below mail. No response even after a dozen follow-up. I purchased shoes as it is of Indian origin. But got cheated.

I purchase a pair shoes on 22 Oct, 2021 at the following stores at Bangalore.

Within a month itself, it started cracking n the side. I stopped using it. As I was busy with my office and we have been working from home, I could find some time today to visit the store and explained the problem to the store keep. He advised me to write to customer care for further looking into the matter along with the pictures of the shoes.

It is a manufacturing defect and leather is of bad quality or not processed properly. Please find attached the pictures of defective portion of the shoes.

I hereby request you to kindly instruct the store to kindly refund my money within 3 working days. I will be forced to file a complaint in the consumer forum if this issue is not resolved.

I personally use the liberty product and found it very comfortable. Specially t-shirt in summer and shoes for all the season, I use and very much satisfied with the products quality. The price is also affordable comparing with other company's product. It also maintain a standard and value to our living.

I really loved liberty shoes. Shoes has comfortable design and shoothing lower pad which provides heating resistance to feet and we feel comfortable wearing them in summer also. leather quality is really appreciable and I loved the furability of leather. In comparing value for money product, liberty shoes are excellent.

This type of product ( liberty shoes) is less available in market and its quality is poor that it is important to improve quality of products and need to be available in wider area with best designs and better quality of liberty shoes.In some areas or in shopping malls this shoes are available with best symbols that seemed to be looking good but this product not so very bad.

I have taken may shoes from liberty shoes but never had satisfaction because after 1month they are broken and they are so costly plus not a worth to pay for these shoes instead you should try some other brand shoes so that you don't regret after buying this kind of stuff so please friends don't take liberty shoes ??

Hello friends here I will tell you about the liberty shoes the shoes quality is not up to mark and price is also high.and comfortable vise not good but still people wearing liberty shoes which is because the brand name popularity.i feel that they trying come down shoes price then it will be more like it. But company is still strugling by the way.

Heyy friends, I am Mohinesh Sharma and today I will review the Liberty so let's get start. Liberty is a well known brand over the country I have also used the shoes of this brand but that I purchased from Liberty showroom 4/41 maliwara, Ghaziabad -201002.

but the experience of shoes was worst. The material used in the shoes was so cheap only the design was looking nice but the quality was really poor so never buy this company brand otherwise you will have to regret.

Finally I would say that the quality is really disappointed.

Friends I would like to share my experince of the interview I gave at one of the liberty showroom took by area manager, he asked me one question After looking in the showroom what you will like to change first my answer was that I will only display merchandise and no cartons during trading hours on the floor if I have to do display I will call one or two associate an hour prior to display the product and remove all cartons from the floor before the trading hour begin. I was sent for interview by one of the consultancies, you guys won't believe the feedback gave by the manager was - this guy I mean me is trying to be smart, tell me guys if I reply anything wrong. Later on they offered me 17k bucks like that area manager was paying from his pocket. Really pathetic interview ettiquetes. This company what I believe is totally grabbed by so called job consultancies and it was not run by liberty management but these consultancies and some managers are running it for there own welfare. This company really need its own hiring management review.

Liberty shoes are of very good quality and it is Well trusted company.I love to buy shoes from liberty as it provide the best comfort comparitive to others.i genuinelu suggest you to buy this product.If I talk about price it is actually convienent and affordable.the best quality libert offer is it is light in weight and we can use for running walking anything we want.in addition to that am using liberty product from past 5 year no issue has arise till now.go and purchase

I had purchased a pair of shoes from Samvit Greens, on 1/5/2017(bill sent as attachment), from your exclusive Liberty outlet on Sarjapur road, Bangalore. My plan was to use it only for occasions. To my surprise, after 6-7 uses, the upper layer of leather is cracking for which I consulted a Metro shoe store which happens to be very close to my place. He asked me check the manufacturing date of the product, and to my surprise, he was right. The packing date was February, 2015. He said that if the product was old, such problems exist.

Put a mail to your customer care, who said that the product is under discount. I clearly mentioned that, I had not asked for the same and the dealer voluntarily gave it and also there was no sales promotion campaign running at their store.

The question is not of Rs. 1700/- lost by me, but I do not want people to get fooled by the quality you provide for your products. I had a high regard towards you.

15 days before I went market for purchasing a pair of shoes for office purpose.i want light and comfortable shoes that I can wear whole day. I had seen many pair then shopkeeper shown me liberty gliders in pink colour , at first sight I liked its looking very much . when I tried this , I feel so comfort , relax and light. So finally my search was completed on liberty .

I purchased formal shoes at Liberty Naka showroom Lucknow on 21 Dec 2016, within 2 month now show sole is getting separated and skin is also getting swelled. It seems the product was stored from long time. When I visited store to make complain, store manager said he can't help with the swelled skin; however can help with sole pasting. Such a shameful response. My first and Last purchase from liberty. I was happy with Lee Cooper.

I have already marked an email to customer care but did not get any response.
