Horrible service of LG refrigerator within 4 years there compressor is failed.. rubber gasket replaced still not working properly and there is leagake of frozen water ...all our vegetables and milk products damage ...Paid gasket replaced 3500 Rs still problem ..Many times called on LG customer care India ..but no solution ... request not to buy LG freeze very low quality.

I ordered LG fridge. The fridge is okay for us, its great for small family like.


Fridge is enough for keeping items inside fridge but vegetable tray is small , also volume inside fridge is low and their were no scratches when it came and it was a smooth delivery.


Now talking about some important factors;


Sensor touch inside fridge is little bit complicated to use, you need to understand it properly from the engineer to get used to.


Backside part came out: when the product arrived, back part inside the fridger had came out , hence at the day of installation person fixed it.


Cooling- fridge has cooling good


Services - LG services seems to be pretty good till now, as soon as we filed complaint for installation, next day engineer came for the same and fixed that broken part after two days.

I’ve been using LG GN 511 double door refrigerator for a year now and I have to say that it’s been a fantastic addition to my kitchen.


First of all the design is sleek and modern. The stainless steel finish looks very premium and fits perfectly with my kitchen decor.


The build quality is robust.


With 511 litres of space this refrigerator offers ample room for all my groceries and vegetables. The vegetable remains fresh for longer amount of time.


I can also store multiple bottles and jars.


The cooling performance of this LG refrigerator is top.


My food stays fresh for longer and the freezer does a great job of keeping ice cream and other things at the perfect consistency.


One of the standout features of The LG GN is its energy efficiency. I’ve noticed a drop in my energy consumption since switching to this refrigerator.


One of the downside of this refrigerator is the price point is on the higher side, but considering the feature and performance I believe its worth the investment.


The LG Gn 511 L double door has been a fantastic purchase.

Don't buy and don't call customer care service, this is what engineer (Mr.Ganesh mobile +918810423570) told me to get rid of your product solution. He came after 36 hours and detached PCB board for repair, after 24 hours, He rudely said I don't know about your complaint, I am on leave today don't call me. If you have any problem call customer care again.


Pathetic services.


I advise all, not to buy any product from LG, since they don't take their product problem seriously.


After 3-4 years they discontinue the spare parts with the intention to buy New product instead of repair the old one.


There is no one to care for their customer care problem.


VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.


They want ONE STAR RATING even if they deserve negative marking, what a joke with customers.

I'm compelled to share my disheartening experience with the LG refrigerator I purchased. Despite expecting years of reliable service, the appliance unexpectedly failed after a mere 3.5 years of use, resulting in significant inconvenience.


Upon contacting LG customer service, I was met with disappointment. Initially, I was quoted an exorbitant amount for repairs and advised to wait for three months under an AMC, which seemed unreasonable. Seeking an alternative, I opted to have the sensor replaced by a local technician using LG-branded parts, but the issue persisted. Now, it appears that the problem lies with the grill assembly, yet LG refuses to honor the 10-year warranty on the motor. This lack of willingness to address the issue despite the warranty coverage is deeply disappointing.


As a consumer, I expected better reliability and support from a reputable brand like LG. However, this experience has left me thoroughly disenchanted. The inconvenience, coupled with the inadequate response from LG, has undoubtedly tainted my perception of the brand. Regrettably, based on this frustrating encounter, I cannot in good faith recommend LG products to others.


In summary, the premature failure of my LG refrigerator, coupled with the unsatisfactory service, has left me deeply disillusioned. It's a stark reminder that even trusted brands can fall short of expectations when it comes to customer service and product reliability.

Please don't buy LG refrigerator after lodging the complaint severel times technician visited and told that board got some issue and board not avilable with company since they stopped manufacturing how a company stop manufacturing the spares after selling the product to costomer , after the issue contacted other technician who is doing the repair work brought spare the installed I landed paying 20 k for service and spares after this kind of service from LG I HAVE DECIDED FILE Complaint in costomer form for not providing spares and service to costomer

They give 10 yrs compressor warranty.tho price is high compare to other. pcb circuit is big problem everytime. 5 times i have give for repair everytime approximately 10, 000 rs expense is done. now when i gave for repairing they say lg stop making parts after 10 yrs.

We bought LG fridge, AC, Oven from Pattom QRS, Thiruvananthapuram.


They said the compressor of the fridge has a guarantee of 10 years and its been only 1 and half year since we bought the Fridge, and now, it's not working, compressor is dead.


Likewise, the oven door also got not working in less than 1 year.


Their AC is also getting complaint once in every 3 months.


Do not recommend LG products at all.

I am using LG Refrigarator Model GL 325-2008 since 2008. Now I am annoyed and waiting that it goes wrong and I could get a new model but it is not . and working as it was. so robust. No maintenance. The storage capacity is excellant, the cooling is so fast. try it if you want a Fridge which gives 100 Percent cooling and 0% tension for calling a service centre.

Hi LG Team/Escalation desk/grievance team,


I have purchased LG refrigerator last September-2022. Within a short span of time the fridge is working in reverse. It seems like a manufacturing defect which is very unusual happening in my LG refrigerator.


Initially I tried to manage with this. But Now the whole refrigerator is working like a freezer. Due to this even the medicines fruits vegetables everything is getting freezed. It has a created a heavy loss on my belongings and to my health.


I brought this to LG-servixe team attention on june-19, 2023. The request number is RNP230624008961. A service technician visited a very next day and informed we don't know what is wrong with the fridge and without anyshame he mentioned. will send someone else as am not capable of solving the issue.


Next person came on next day, he toi without any ashamed says I have not worked in this issue. Will send some one who is capable to resolve. I wondered how come such a leading brand has an unskilled service engineers.


Then the very next day I got this message.


"Dear LG Customer, We took utmost effort to complete your Request RNP230624008961 but unfortunately not able to complete hence cancelling your request without any charges. For any support use https://lg-chatbot.com/web/il?locale=en_IN" I was very disappointed to see this all my efforts and money was made wasted.


How come such a leading brand when the product is under warranty working so carelessly and closing the issue without any resolution. When I enquired on the same day they don't have the answer why this request got cancelled. Then they escalated it to senior and created new request as below.


"Dear LG customer RNP230630012169 is given to ThiyagarajanR . After completion of your work to your satisfaction please share the Happiness Code : 80258 with our Service Engineer to close your Service request. You can also visit us for further support on https://lg-chatbot.com/web/il?locale=en_IN"


Which is the new request at moment going on. Am really disappointed even though this has been highlighted to lg seniors and Eacalation team no one has reached me in Resolving this issue. Inter they are sleeping at office rather working for customers.


Then I was promised that senior service engineer will resolve this issue if not we will plan for replacement or repay the amount you have paid.


In between your customer support asks me to contact seller.seller shahs electronics denied this we are just a seller after selling everything has to be dealed with brand only. Looping seller as well in this mail.


Therecomes the senior service engineers who took video of the issue and left I have taken video and will discuss with others and willtry resolve your problem. So far it is 15days no action from him now comes the next engineer who is saying will replace sensor and we will check and diagnose. I am not ready for this.


My refrigerator is not a playground for your sick worst unskilled and inefficient engineer. Lg should be ashamed of not providing a proper resolution to my issue. Now I don't want any servicd from you I have given you 4 chances 4 different technicians which lg has failed to prove their presence. I think it's such a waste company. I have taken this to my lawyer on this whole issue and he too mentioned the same if the service technicians are not capable and if the product is under warranty brand has to replace it or repay the money along with the debt to the consumer. Have handed over all the required details to my lawyer. Anytime fron no lg can expect a notice from my lawyer.


As a final call to lg after giving 4 chances along with a grace time of 35 days from june -19 till date no solution has been provided. Now If you service and the same issue occurs your uneficient and unskilled technicians will not be able to resolve again and my product will go out of warranty and i would have to pay every single penny from my pocket. I don't want this to happen to me after purchasing product from such a leading brand. Also I have completely lost trust in LG now. Now I can ask for only one, either replace the refrigerator with a new one along with the warranty as I don't want to see the same manufacturing defect again or else payback the amount i paid for this refrigerator along with the loss caused by this refrigerator. I am happy to share the loss created by your brand refrigerator.


Shahs electronics please do follow up on this issue.


LG officers please do some work rather than being silent. Also to LG upper management please take action against your escalation officer and your unskilled technicians.
