Apollo Systems LG Service Centre(E-22, Judge Rd, Killipalam, Karamana, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala 695002) is LG’s authorized service center in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. They are very worse. I registered a complaint with LG regarding my washing machine in April 2016. LG redirected to Apollo Systems LG Service Centre, located at Karamana, 10 km away from where my house located, Choozampala. I called the Apollo Systems based on the message from LG. The problem was new to me. My little daughters Anklet went inside the washing machine, it was outside the Drum of the washing machine. The service centre contract person Mr. Rajesh, Apollo Systems told me don’t use it and bring the machine to Karamana. I repeatedly told him I can able to see the Anklet and I requested the guy to could you please come here and see the problem and if not able to solve at home, then I can able to bring it to your office. I added it will be to expensive for me to bring the machine by a vehicle and loading guy. He was saying their machine need to use to take it out so need to bring. I was totally disappointed as I could see the Anklet laying outside the drum. I finally, called my relative who is in Trivandrum and told him the problem. He told just try by yourself by pulling the machine down and if not able to take, I will send some other technicians who are locally available. I just pull the machine down which was kept in a stand and the Anklet flow down to floor. I just sorted out my issue in just 10 minutes after a long fight with customer care centre. I then used the machine and told the customer care to close the complaint as the customer solved the issue by himself. I reported to LG customer service that Apollo Systems LG Service Centre technician was not ready to just come to my home and solve the issue. It’s bad that the guy was not even ready to come home and see the issue even I am ready to pay his fee as per the agreement with LG. He was not even ready to come even after 4-5 times repeated calls from home. He was adamant that I should bring my washing machine by vehicle 10-15 KM. This indicates very bad attitude from his side and LG should never give service centre to such kind of centres. LG is big brand with so many electronic items selling across the world. It’s a trusted brand and high value electronic items. So the company need to take action against such private service centre.

I purchased this machine 2 months back and feel it like the best machine I ever had.Also compared it with other companies like samsung and whirlpool but found it better in performance and long life.it price is very less compare to other company Washing machine .It is fully automatic .It has 8 litter capacity.Nice programs like soaking technology. I have bought this washing machine 6 months back, good quality and good brand. its all over performance is great. reasonable price.comparing to other brand this washing machine easy to handle quick respons and will get quailty of wash in avery wash and staff at the store were very good and responsive to help us to find washing machine .We are still using this washing machine with same good wash as it was at first wash overall good machine for such a price range I would recommend this to all whi are looking forword to buy washing machine

As the well known brand i.e LG I considered it to use. LG comes with full automatic front loading system. It reduces the burden of people when comparing with IFB. Because in IFB the belt system of the drum makes the washing machine to shake and move around when the machine is on. In LG the belt is fixed in the system and withstand so that it doesn't move when compared to the IFB washing machine. I had been using the LG washing machine since 6 months. I found the results were very good but there is some problem i.e. we had to put white clothes separately in order to get vanish from any stains on them. If we put all the clothes together i.e. colored and white the results will be poor.

All except the above issue it works fine and maintains its accuracy. I loved using this machine because it reduces the burden of me in washing the clothes and the clothes washed in this washing machine will remain good when compared to other washing machines.

So I request every one should go for LG's brand as it is trusted and popular in this world.

My friend recommend me LG washing machine, so I purchased on the day of diwali last year. As I am employed and living alone, I used this on weekly basis and is easy to use but still still faced many problems. During warranty period, the motor got replaced, the pastic got faded. The customer support is supportive but the quick turn around on any request is not expected.

Now, I am thinking to try another brand IFB. I checked and found 97% postive reviews on different online sites. As compare to LG, IFB is cost effective with high warranty term.

I bought LG Washing Machine Fully Automatic top Load was of my excellent choice in 2012 after my marriage. The cost was Rs. 13,000 and stand was costing Rs 1,000. I bought from AKR shop velachery Chennai. I never had working problem with this washing machine. Technician came to my home after 1 day of purchase and explained to us how to use. Its fully programmed one with just press on power button and on button. It takes maximum of 30-40 minutes to complete the full washing of whole cloths. Its compatible to any washing powder. We also have option to use more options such as wash, spin and rinse options. There are also options for soak, fuzzy, quick wash and also you can adjust water levels, washing power levels. We never had any service related problem any time since 2012 and we are 100% happy to use LG Washing Machine Fully Automatic top Load. I recommended same to my parents at home where they had some issue with Whirlpool washing machine which they bought for Rs 14000. They had some problem with Whirlpool washing machine. Now it’s out of service and now they planned to buy LG Washing Machine. It’s not highly power or water or washing powder consuming one. This is easy to transport also as small in size and it got excellent stand. Washing made easy with LG and also it was one time investment and the cost was economical also. The technicians are also good quality and easily accessible by phone. LG had good wide network of service centres with minimum cost of service charges. This provides great way to service.

This washing maching was brought in our home 2 years ago.

It is use by my mother and this washing machine is simple and easy to use. Anyone can use this washing machine. It has two different place in first use for washing cloths and another is use for dry cloths, you have to take cloths from one to another compartment for dry cloths. You can also run both at a same time which is good.

You have to only 5-8 minutes for dry cloths which is very useful in rainy season.

There is some arangement require for water inlet for ease in using thus washing machine.

I had purchased this washing machine one year back. It is worth Rs 20, 000 and had one year warranty. It worked very well and clothes were washed properly for a year. It is fully automatic washing machine. But after warranty ended the clothes don't get washed up properly. There use to be stain Mark. Most of the time after setting the timer to 50 minutes it get off within 30 minutes. And after spinning the clothes don't get dry properly. And it do spinning in water and don't drain all the water. This machine has to be used with great care. And there are very few centres for this machine in Mumbai. Because of that problem I called service Centre. The staff came for repairing after a month. Their services after buying is not good. Also the staff gave the estimation of Rs 7, 000. I had to purchased the new machine as after repairing the working of the machine is not guaranteed. I suggest not to buy this washing machine as you will waste money after buying it.

I have a lot of faith in LG products so I purchased a new LG fully automatic washing machine and it costed around 15000/- to 17000/- I had purchased the machine from Vijay sales which is located at Pune station road. All you need to do is just dump your clothes add detergent and come back after the specified time and your clothes are all washed and partially dried as well. I usually do heavy washing with my washing machine for example blankets, bed sheets curtains etc. At first I start the machine use the quick wash option add 1 spoon full of detergent and keep the water level to 8 and then after 45 minutes my clothes are all washed. The only draw back is that dirty clothes which have stains need special hand washing for example your daily socks can`t be washed in the machine. I am using this machine since 5 years and I love the machine a lot

Recently last month I bought LG's 6 kg white color Fully Automatic front loading washing machine because LG is a well known electronics company.There after one month of using this machine I am fully satisfying about this product.The main thing is machine's noise, it's absolutely silent and efficiently working good on clothes, nicely remove stains, dry cloths completely and consumes less electricity.it is easy to use.it has multi functions and convenient washing options for everybody. price wise I thought it's good deal.i bought it at croma store.

Hi friend, I brought LG Washing Machine WD-1275QDT almost 7 month ago and it was cost to me almost 25000 rupees but my experience is totally bad using this costly product.

It's capacity is 6 kg only, and maximum speed of motor is 1000 rpm,power 1700w. It has 2 year warranty .This machine’s dryer tab is not proper work and the timer tab do not move more than 20 minutes. I’m fed up with this machine. I did calls many of time the service center and say my problem. Then the engineers come and repair the product.Their service is totally just waste. The timer or dryer or bathtub or drain pipe everything in the machine is just of thin quality. Bad sound comes out from machine. Customer service is not good. Most off the times they do not received phone calls.

I do not recommend you to buy this product of LG. Try other brand's product. I will give it 1 star out of 5 stars.
