I worked as a intern here for 6 months work culture is good, Senior mangement helps u lot with anykind of professional problems and most important thing money biggest motivation factor for any employee, if u wark hard u will get good benefits in terms of incentives. But there are some cons are there like Pressure is high and sales target are unrealistic.

Interview Process was Good and it was a nice learning Experience. It started with interaction with Mr.Vinod Sachdev(Lexi Pens, Chief). Candidates asked questions/queries and it was answered by him. Then candidates were told to select one topic and start group discussion on it. Lastly one to one interaction happened. Overall it was nice interacting Process. Office Environment is really cool. And Employees are very Professional and particular towards formal dress code

The comapny has an enthusiastic work culter, it is target driven, very much focused, and also have motivating collegues. The company is a fast growing company and has bright career opportunities for employees.

Male employees get an opportunity to explore the market abroad. The Director is very open to new ideas of young generation. But haa his own way of working and sorting things out at workplace.

Some pens are too much costly like 200, 500, 2000, 50rs.Etc.While they work properly .And Lexi pen which I consider 1 of best pen I am using .When I was small I am using this .Never it come to 'not working

Wonderful, good hand writing.Where many teachers recommend Lexi ball pen to improve your writing.while there are many companies which has completed with this company and had rise price but Lexi had not did that.and this is 1 of the oldest company as well oldest pen I am using very comfortable in writing.There is various kind of pen available and company is working with pride is also most selling pen

Very Nice efforts by the company of being creative enough to market and sale their product. It was having a nice and a catchy effect in the website to attract the students. Their way of explaining the lexi pens is in sketch work.

Overall I found the work place and its environment really good.

The office which is located in andheri west, is also in a good area in Mumbai. For me giving interview was also a great experience.

Lexi Pens Head Quarter Lexi center in Andheri West, Mumbai. I have visited for students job interview.Indeed this company has healthy and friendly environment.All employees as well as management team are very genuine and supportive.Incredibly smart and friendly employees.Great atmosphere and management is honest and welcome the idea from interview candidates.Hospitality really too good! In india there are varieties of company I had ever cind of pen.because there are always new new company are producing new new quality with new new look.lexi pen is so popular that it is solding in a market when I was small kid and I had grown now 18 years today I am.so you know how much old the pen lexi is.lexi lens was girst in market to launch a pen .there are varieties of name you are familiar with the word of pen as cello , montex, s.s, and so on out of them my favourite pen is lexi pens only.because the look is very good.

I think this company is not a good company at all. I have worked in the Lexi company for 3 moths. But believe me I can not tell you that the kind of problem I have faced there. There is 12 hour shift. The company gives 30minutes for the lunch. In morning if you will come even 5 minutes late then also supervisor will scold you. The HR of the company are also not take care of that kind of people who work on small post. This company the kind of pen makes, there is also a quality of the problem is also there. The ink quality is very bad. Ink leak problem is very common with the Lexi pen. I will suggest to my friends and the people who follow me that they should not purchase Lexi pen. I will suggest to people that they should also share this message as more as possible. This company is very loose in keeping the quality of the products and taking care of the employees and giving them proper growth.They does not take care of their customers as well.

Lexi is a company that manufactures  pen which is one of the most selling pen in Indai.I have been using this pen from my childhood and I am continue using this pen its just the best pen an I just love writing with it.The pen is so smooth and the ink is just perfect its not too dark or too dull.I use this pen for normal use as well as while I am writing my paper.

The best part about this pen it is so cheap and it is reliable.The grip of the pen is also very good and it is very light to hold.
