In this laptop doesn''t have a DVD drive. but you connect external optical device with this product.

It's not supported for cd but it's having huge space which is sufficient for your memory pictures and video

The pointer arrow has disappeared from my hubby's screen. Not sure where it went or how to fix this. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I can't get into anything. Thanks

Disable "hide pointer while typing" under Control Panel (large icon view) > Mouse > Pointer Options Tab and enable "Show location of pointer when I press CTRL key"
