I have both savings and current account in bank.
For savings account,
without any reason account got locked(I CANT Use Internet banking of my bank, TEZ, PAYTM)
Then I tried reaching home branch regarding this issue, no one replied to me and I tried contacting Customer service.
Then I got mail from support that login in to account and change the pin.
IF MY ACCOUNT GOT LOCKED, HOW CAN I LOGIN AND CHANGE PIN?
That's the worst answer from the bank customer executive.
For current account,
After opening my account bank should send cheque book and Internet banking credentials to the address, but I don't know when the bank send to the address and all, after 1 month when I contact bank, the answer was wrong address.
Except LAKSHMI VILAS BANK, each and every other bank and any mail to my address I received, but only this bank people are saying that address not found or wrong.
Then we continued our transactions for 3 months by going to the bank frequently by wasting lot of time in my business.
At last I have updated another new address which is another branch of my company and I updated in the bank, they took 2 months only to update the address.
At last I got cheque book to the new address, when I asked for Internet banking they continued tomorrow for one month.
Now when I asked finally the answer was INTERNET BANKING is failure.(SOFTWARE).
Seriously I suggest each and every entrepreneurs that don't open your account in this bank.
INSTEAD OF OPENING ACCOUNT IN LAKSHMI VILAS BANK,
MAINTAIN TRANSACTIONS BY CASH.
