L.M.B. Hotel, Jaipur

Laxmi Mishthan Bhandaar, jaipur. is one of the oldest hotels of jaipur even rajasthan. My grandfather was fond of LMB hotel very much but I realised that LMB has lost its charm. It is now become just a trade mark of royalty and standard. But actually the quality of sweets and deserts is just lost somewhere in the name and fame. LMB is a place for standard and high society people, the prices are breaking the sky heights and I do not personally think that I go for brand name. I really apprietiate the quality of any place and its food. The overall ambience of the hotel is really good.

Lakshmi Mishthan Bhandar popularly known as LMB, happened to be on my list of "have-to visit" places when in Jaipur. I luckily could try the yummy sweetmeats the last time I was there.

The famous one being Paneer Ghevar:) Yum, very sweet, hard on the outside, softer inside, loads of bubbles is how I would descibe it. Stacks of Paneer Ghevar are packed and ready to be delivered. I also tasted the yummylicious Lassi and the huuuuuuge Raj Kachori! Totally yum and worth every penny:) The place is very crowded since foreigners and locals visit it. Staff is co-operative and they will readily help you un selection.

Why I like this place:

-Sweets are tasty!

-Helpful staff

-Good location(Johri bazaar.so shop and eat& eat and shop:)

-Restaurant attached for full meals(& also a lodging hotel)

Why I dislike this place:
