I am writing to raise awareness regarding the Annual Maintenance Contract(AMC) fraud that is being run by Kutchina.
We purchased a 3-year AMC for our Kutchina Chimney On 16th August 2023 and we entered into an agreement with Ikonic Kitchen Appliances, a franchise of Kutchina.
Despite our payment of Rs. 3250/-, we have not received a single maintenance service as per the terms of the contract.
Our repeated attempts to seek assistance through Kutchina’s pan-India customer care number have been met with constant deflection and delay.
We lodged multiple formal complaints, yet it has been over a month, and we remain without any response or resolution.
Every time when we call their official customer care number, the same person receives the call and assures us that some service technician will call us on priority, to perform the maintenance, but we have never received any such calls till date.
We have followed up with the customer care repeatedly in the course of the last one month and yet the result is still the same.
Hence we understand that Kutchina is now running a bogus AMC fraud scheme, wherein once they sell an AMC contract to a loyal customer then they keep delaying their after-sales services so that the customer finally gets tired of chasing them and eventually gives up.
Beware of this type of AMC fraud schemes that are being run by Kutchina and please do not fall into this trap!
