Kurl-on Mattress

We have ordered kurlon mattress more than a month ago. We paid the money too. They have promised to deliver it in 15 days. But haven't received yet. They are very irresponsible while calling to customer service. They always gives false promises like " We will escalate your case to higher team" and will solve the issue in 24 hours etc. But nothing happened. They are cheating us and looted our money. Their customer service is the worst one I have seen in my life. I would give -1 rating to their service. If somebody thinking to buy kurlon mattress through online, please don't do that. They will cheat you and loot your money.

Bought kurl-on mattress from ANU FURNITURE, Bangalore and used mattress just for 6 months and observed mattress sagging, so raised complaint with kurl-on and it has been 2MONTHS since I got any response from both Kurl-on and Anu furniture shop. Sagging is under prescribed limit of 4.5cm but still noone is taking any serious action. Started getting neck sprains and fear that baby will slip down as well.

3rd customer support..

i have purchsed a diamond mattress 3 years ago with 5 years of guarantee for free of cost replacement. Now the kurlon team said i have to give 60% value of the new mattress.

They all are fraud

I bought my 1st Kurlon mattress around 1.5 year back in 2022 based on the dealer ship recommendation ( said people are using it for 15 yrs and faced no issues ) and I bought Ortho coir model at 20% discount on MRP. In 1 week i got sagging issue and replaced it with the same model and it again got the same issue in 1 week. I lost trust on Kurlon but they are not refunding the money so I was compelled to get the replacement of same model or upgrade and diffrence of MRP I had to pay extra even though on market it will be available in 20-25% discount but they will charge full amount. I thought of giving another chance and paid 3500 extra for upgrade to Magnum plus matress.

Again I got defective matress + it also sagged and had immediately replace it with the same model as I didn't have option of other mattress in same range, so I tried it again. Again it sagged in 2 weeks but I was mentally tired and decided to live with the sagging at that time. In 3-4 months it got worst and I started having back pain due to it and then decided to get refund from kurlon as I can't keep this headache with me with 31k rupees wasted. They just keep repeating we can't refund. Either upgrade and pay difference of MRP or choose same or lower model. I strongly wanted my money back and want to get rid of kurlon but they are driving me based on their written policy.

Then I asked them to suggest any mattress in my range which will not sag but they are not able to provide me guarantee that the new matress will not sag. I believe it is their tactics to trap the consumer with lower price model and harras them with poor quality mattress so that consumers only have option to upgrade and pay them unjustified amount. Mentally they have harassed me by their poor quality and enjoying on someone's hard earned money.

Never ever go with Kurlon for any product. Their are many new companies who are offering better support and product and charging half then Kurlon.

As I've been using the mattress for almost a year and a half, I could tell that this company has risen from the previous ground what I had seen. The improvements they had made, and by reducing the hassle is one of the most important feature I believe any company should do.

Avoid buying kurlon pure coir matress, first the quality is bad secondly no proper support from kurlon to fix it. They give warranty for 2-3 years, but it’s just for namesake. When you provide all the details for replacement, they will find any lame excuses and avoid. Pathetic experience

Kurlon is easily the worst mattress of India. Literally the poor management has destroyed this company from bad to worse.. Majority of the people employed are third class cheap grade belonging to some gandi naali.

Just steer away from this poison of a corporate organisation. Never work for them and never ever buy a Kurlon mattress no matter what. There are FAR FAR million times better options available than buying anything from this S hit company KURLON.

Purchased this for my mother as she was complaining of back ache and wasn't getting proper sleep. From day one of sleeping on this mattress she didn't complain which otherwise she used to daily and now after prolonged usage her back ache is completely gone and she sleeps good.

I remember purchasing a kurl on mattress for one my friend and she thanked me for suggesting such an awesome mattress. After a hectic workday all a person need is a good sleep, and she always had a good sleep and felt rejuvenated the next day without any body aches.

This year i purchased kurl on mattress the quality of the product is really good.Whoever is planning to buy should go for it.

I had purchased Kurl-on Mattress in the month of April 2023 and after few months of use only, the product started sagging. On giving complaint to their noida dealer too nothing had happened and on registering complaint , they told us to post the video which we did but no action could take place. Through this post I will just like to beware the prospective consumers not to buy the product as the quality is indeed not good and whatever promises the company makes, it does not follow it.

I saw a kurlon pillow.

They quoted it's price as 2k.

He is telling something as magic foam.

Nothing in it

It is not even like normal pillow.

It's price is max. Rs 100 or 150.

Don't go for kurlon.

We're Kurlon dealer in Udaipur, we're fed up with kurlon employees(rajasthan region) and kurlon service like sometimes we recieve the mattress after 16-18 days and one of the kurlon employees whom we deal with Jai shanker ji vyas he sometimes seems manerless and does not even coperate with us.

Even after messaging Jyoti ma'am(CEO) there is no resolution from her side as well, this is absoultely a failure from kurlon, very pathetic
