False commitments. No proper response, No proper treatment to the customers. Worst experience ever in my life . They get full payment from you showing your bike and then you have to hang behind them. They dont share any proper update or respect customers. After 45 days of making full payment and multiple fights/arguments with them, my bike was delivered. Delivery experience was another worst experience . I had given handle bar raisers to be fit . They have fitted with a local nut/bolt without getting my confirmation. They say that one of the nut was faulty. God only knows the truth. It was really a nightmare. Their showroom manager/GM all give false commitments just for the sale. I wont even give them 1 star but mouthshut review makes it mandatory to give a star, so I am giving them 1 star.

Was impressed with sales executive Mr Rajesh, who guided properly in selecting the RIGHT VEHICLE. The showroom could have more chairs for visitors. At times it becomes a musical chair for seats. The vehicle cover which is Part of the additional parts, could be avoided as daily vehicle users with a covered parking doesn't need it. There is no choice of colour for Helmets.

I bought a Honda activa 6G from kun hondai, Adyar I am very satisfied with the product and the service of the showroom was very good particularly Mr Anbu helped a lot and cleared all my doubts very politely and his follow up was also very good. Thank you
