Kulhar Chai, Kankarbagh, Patna

Hello guys, I have gone to this Kulhar Chai restaurant two days ago for having dinner as I came very late to home and didn't want to cook by myself.

Food and presentation: the presentation of the food was not quite convincing and there was nothing innovative in their presentation, rather it was very ordinary and simple. The food was not well garnished and personally, I am very concerned about the presentation of food so this ordinary presentation just pissed me off. The quality of food was also not very good as it contains a high amount of oil and spices which are very unhealthy for any human. They were also not cooked well and seemed raw.

Ambience: The furniture was not well cleaned and there was dust present on it. They were not comfortable either. Tablecloths were also very dirty and stinking. Although the interior design of the restaurant was good, the furniture was not matching with it.

Customer service: The manager of this restaurant is very irresponsible and he also misbehaved with me when I complained to him about the bad quality of food which they served me. They were very late in completing their order and also were not paying attention to any of the customers.

Value for money: All of the items on their menu is very expensive and the kind of service which they provide, they just don't deserve that amount of money for their food. They didn't even provided free water for drinking and compelled me for buying water from their restaurant. They charged very high for their food but in return, they served very low-quality food and no service to me.

I completely suggest everyone to not to go to this restaurant ever because they are just concerned about making money rather than providing quality food and service to the customers.

Kulcha chai, I had heard lot of time but this time I visited myself. Kulchar chai is located on kankarbagh in patna. The ambience of kulhar chai is cool and great like freinds get together with ease mood. Kulhar chai is place where stranger makes friend that is best part of it. I ordered two cup of tea. After some time my ordered came at tray which is very impressive no one provide tea like that. After that I taste tea oho mind boggling in my point of view. Ingredient of tea is fennel, ginger and many more. I feel like he brought chai patti from darjeeling. True is that it is medicine for tea drinker. If you have tetotllar I am sure that you also used to drink a cup of tea. The money I invested for a cup of tea is valvuable and worth it.

This resturant is only good for its infrastructure and classy looking dine. When we talk about its food its not at all good. The food served is not worth for the price it charges. If you are charging so much money then you should also provide tasty food.

Its customer service is average they will take order from you serve the food and water and thats it, if you have any complain they are not bothered.
