I feel this review is:
Tried Booking Flight Tickets using the Kotak Rewards Program. Even after 4 days of making the tickets and the payment getting though dint receive the Air tickets. Upon Contacting the Customer care was informed that they would check on the same and get back. But 2 Days have passed and no one has bothered getting back. To my shock the prices for the same flight have now increased quiet drastically. Such a pathetic turn of events from a reputed company. Their Credit Card Reward program is just a show out up with nothing concrete or reliable. Seems like they are making false commitments and making their customers suffer.

I have salary account in Kodak mahindra bank last 5year but kodak mahindra bank is dedection money any time I have complain any time but this is no response. This is very poor service. And froud . My account dedection is rs. 9267 till time. This is froud bank
Today unnecessarily M.A.B 4500 in my account that cut the compound together.What outsiders will chat with the bank is the bank's own employees Give me a request and threaten to deduct one month's MAB and return the rest of the money to my account.It would be better if it bounced tomorrow on the day of my loan installment.

It was a pathetic experience, executive were very unprofessional, doesn't know what to do , unable to solve queries, they were just sitting and having their gossips , don't even listen properly
Ghatiya se ghatiya service...aaj tak itni bekar service dekhi hi nahi hai...local bank jaisa kam hai and local bank jaise adhikari hai..kisi ko kuch padi hi nahi hai.. please iss bank mein kabhi bhi apna account nahi khulvana..

I must say kotak Mahindra Bank is very useful and good customer service with multiple benefits . Also customer support is given .

It was a nice experience banking with Kotak Mahindra Bank. During lockdown, I opened a zero balance 811 account online and the entire process was completed online including KYC by sending otp on Aadhaar Card linked phone number. I enjoyed banking with Kotak as there is no minimum balance criterion and no penalty even if the bank balance is zero.
So actually fraud people are running this bank. they are charging interest fee without any notification. for 2000 rs they will block your account.
In the name of processing fee they looted 1000 rs which they didn't inform earlier. if you are a customer who doesn't know much about credit card hidden charges they are going suck each and every drop of your blood.
Not even one star, worst customer services, no value of customer, executives not responding to phone calls even for current accounts
I applied for nri account and their communication with the customers is null and they don't even care about replying to a query.
Have multiple feedbacks, What a waste. worst experience.
You never receive any communication from there and every time you talk to any executive, they give you totally different story.

The customer service is really very pathetic.
The number mentioned as "Toll Free" on the back on my Current a/c card charges Re1.5/min. For the first 3min you'll be interacting with an Audio Bot and it will ask you some details regarding you account. And no matter you enter the correct info or the wrong one - the call gets disconnected after 2 to 3min and charging you some money, time and your patience. I had mentioned this problem with my account managers senior and she told me to skip the phone banking call my a/c manager directly for any help (they too acknowledge that their phone banking is pathetic). It's been 5 months since I have calling my a/c manager to get a few things done - and he doesn't give a rat's arse.

Worst service no value for customers. I had applied for Debit card. They deducted the charges but till date I have not received the debit card at my residence address which I had requested. Tried to reach customer care number but they refused to provide services. It's very embrusing the brand like Kotak Mahindra Bank has such a worst service.
These people have only one task. If you have any money in your bank, then they will pester you to invest in some of their scheme. That is when you will hear from the staff of the bank. They have a call center which starts conversation with "I am sorry." but do nothing.
There is a Relationship Manager who is allotted, but strangely will not have a phone number
If you go to the branch, it will be spik and span. There will be some people who ask your CRN number and start to bug you for an investment to one of their schemes. They will point out a small mistake like date slash missing and ask to correct it. but will avoid doing work.
I required funds immediately due to emergency and raised request on 9th june 2021.
It's been already 30th july now- money is not been credited in account.asking me to visit bank I person for verification, every processing is taking more than 10 days, they ask for thing and then process for next 10 days then they show some other problem and again take 10 days, then another issue and another 10 days.m just so sick and tired running after.custi
Dealing with Kotak guys is really difficult.Mr Ankit Deshmukh , so called sales manager is very unprofessional.Ankit is all abt vague talks also seems he owns Kotak GRP n will never answer calls n it takes him a month (still in process) to open current account and most disgusting is his manager Mr Abhishek Tiwari is still unaware.
Request to Kothak Mahindra, pls take proper training on Ur products b4 selling to customers.
Also u guys are spoiling Anand Mahindra Sir's name .
I was cheated into buying a add on credit card by saying that it will be an additional card with separate limit only for me to find out that the credit limit offered will be a combined limit and not a separate limit. This was brought to my notice when I was thinking that I had sufficient balance as reflected against my card and only to find out that my balance was Nil. I immediately contacted the customer care and they put the blame on their sales team not taking the responsibility. I wish the higher authorities put some proper control over these kind of employees who go on cheating the customers by giving false information just to sell their product.
I never seen this type of cheaters in banking, Because of my finacial issue I didn't pay my credit card bill, After 2 months KOtak collection team called and converted into EMI s, After paying alll emis still they are not provided NOC. if I call to them they are telling call collection. if I call to collection team they are telling call to customer care. I didn't understand why this kotak bank people are irresponsible idiots. They are literally drinking humans blood with charges.

You can change your mobile number many ways . one is you may visit the nearest branch along with valid photo identity proof or visit any nearby Kotak ATM. or other is by the ATM machine. Please login into your Kotak bank net bank after login on right corner at the top you would see a profile/update contact details click on it. In profile update you will see your registered mobile number to change click on edit. fill your new mobile number on next screen and then submit.
