The Teacher & staff at Klay were good.

Could have more activities & interactive things done, because what I see was kids were engaged themselves alone most of the time .

I had a bad experience with KLAY. I visited the centre and asked to meet centre Director before finalising admission of my kid. I called them multiple times but they did not given me the appointment. I went to centre after few months and they told there is no vacancy now and upon asking about the Centre Director meet they told me that she is leaving and unavailable. So irresponsiveness behaviour they have. Secondly few centres are so tightly packed that there is no scope of sunlight.

I think the best choice to enroll my kids in Klay School. It's happy to hear so many classroom tales from them. I noticed my kids openly taking initiatives to converse with everyone. I appreciate the efforts made by the teachers and other staff members.

This is the best school in the city of Bangalore and it provides quality of knowledge and the service provided in this school is very good .

We admitted our 2 years old daughter with high hopes that she will learn lot of things at Klay and we choose Klay because of the trust and their corporate partnership with my wife’s workplace. As a parent, we had our own apprehensions about the safety and happiness of our little one but also had high hopes with regards to learning and growth. Sadly, our journey with this centre has ended due to extremely bad experiences which was far from the positive experience we expected.

My daughter took few weeks and eventually was settled. Initially, we did not like their approach of not pushing kids to eat or drink sufficient water, keeping even potty trained kids in diaper and cleaning toddlers with wet tissue paper which is extremely unhygienic. My daughter started getting sick quite frequently, reduced her weight and ended up being seriously dehydrated. At this point lots of other parents suggested that this is common as they are still building their immunity and they would catch common cold/cough from other kids so we decided to continue with the day care.

All of the above concerns were nothing compared to our recent nightmare. A few weeks ago, our daughter was sent home with soiled diapers, leading to a lapse in hygiene protocol. We also noticed lot of rashes and bruises on her body same day due to cleaning with wet wipes. She was complaining of pain while passing urine/stool and was very scared to go to the play-school next day. We informed the centre head politely next day and did not make any fuss over it. Though Klay PSN Center head assured of corrective actions, damage had already been done. This hygiene issue caused a severe bacterial infection. Unfortunately, the severity of the infection became apparent when we had to admit our daughter to hospital due to high-grade fever and chills. The doctor confirmed a severe urinary tract infection(UTI), and there is concern about potential permanent kidney scarring. We had to hospitalise her for almost 15 days and it almost took 4 weeks for her to recover. The physical and mental distress caused by this incident has been overwhelming for both our child and our family.

The worst part is their response on this matter. We escalated this matter to their escalation email but there was no response. We went to confront the centre head but she had just one sentence - “We are very sorry, this was unfortunate”, even though it was a clear negligence that could have been prevented. Most of the staffs were very casual when we were explaining the incident to the centre head. We know mistakes happen, but when it affects our kid well-being, it's a different story. We believe a childcare centre should prioritise the health, hygiene and safety of the little ones, and sadly, we feel let down by Klay, specially given the premium fees charged for daycare. They even initially denied returning the initial refundable deposit but after following up multiple times they agreed to return 50% of the deposit amount. We won't recommend this place to any parent looking for a nurturing environment for their little one to learn and grow as I felt the staff's are extremely casual in their approach to deal with any complaints made by parents. They are just another money making, unethical ordinary school collecting hefty fees from young parents.

Enrolling our daughter at Klay was filled with hope, especially with the added trust from their corporate partnership with my workplace. But, sadly, our time with this centre has been nothing like the positive experience we dreamed of.

Our concerns are deeper than the usual parenting worries. Initially, we did not like their approach of not pushing kids to eat or drink water, and unfortunately, our daughter ended up seriously dehydrated. Yet, that concern fades compared to our recent nightmare.

A few weeks ago, our 2-year-old was sent home with soiled and dirty diapers, causing painful rashes and bruises. But it got worse. Due to the centre staff's neglect in maintaining proper hygiene, our daughter got a severe urinary tract infection, landing us in the hospital for 2 weeks dealing with the aftermath.

Seeing our child go through this is heartbreaking, especially when we trusted Klay with her care. To make matters worse, the Centre head had little more to offer than a simple "I'm sorry; this was unfortunate" even though it was clear negligence that could have been prevented.

We know mistakes happen, but when it affects our children's well-being, it's a different story. We believe a childcare centre should prioritise the health and safety of the little ones, and sadly, we feel let down by Klay, especially given the premium fees charged for daycare.

I won't recommend this place to any parent looking for a nurturing environment for their little one to learn and grow as I felt the staff's are extremely casual in their approach to deal with any complaints made by parents while the centre head is busy doing all sweet talk

Mr shakib has been extremely helpful since I applied till I joined.It was a smooth sail.He was extremely polite through out the process and quite approachable.He guided me very well and helped me to reach the office.I am extremely thankful to Mr shakib and all the help provided.

I think I made the best choice to enroll my child in Bachpan play school. It’s happy to hear so many classroom tales from him each day. I have serious concern on Klay ECity School Teachers, they hardly care for students, my son got hurt, no cctv footage shared, and teacher instead be kind, try to understand deep pain what my son was going through was actually angry on him. This is not acceptable. I would never ever recommend this school.

Good Preschool and daycare facility provided. After Joining here, my baby started talking in English. She is learning so many things. Staff and CD understands parent's concern. I feel it is next safest place after home. She enjoys school time and she misses her school, teachers, staff and her friends whenever holiday. If we feel, we are missing something, then that something is special only.

Coz they don’t value Teacher time..they call you for the interview nd same day 2rounds will be there then another 3roundsfa another 2 day’s and in this process they will not say anything ..you have to keep on begging what is next process like that?? finally they will say ur selected nd there is another round (trail round) before going they say just to familiarise with the environment but trust me it’s not..nd also RTPCR test we have to dond trial will be paid they say nothing is true..finally after all this story urresults willbe ur not selected , that to you have to wait another 1or 2week… can’t they understand in 1st nd 2nd round I’m fit for this or not… but please I’m requesting to the management don’tplay with other’s valuable time…worst experience

When we had the next baby, without a second thought we put her too in Klay. But by then a new management had taken over and the scenario had changed completely. The old teachers who were very efficient and experienced had left and they were replaced by non competent, unprofessional teachers. The overall quality of schooling had come down drastically. Only the fees had gone up. They had taken 12000 INR as a refundable deposit from us at the time of joining. There was an app called ACE where the fee receipts get uploaded and no hard copy of the receipts were given. After two years lock down came due to Covid and the school was closed and ACE app was withdrawn shortly. In June 2020 my child started attending another school and I requested the deposit back. They responded after a long time that they will refund as soon as the school reopens. In the next two years, the center head changed many times and in response to my reminder mails for deposit amount they would ask me to send account details and nothing would happen after that. Now they are flatly denying that they had collected the deposit amount. I furnished the proof of online transfer and after that they have stopped responding to my mails. To those who are planning to send their babies to Klay, let me tell you two things.

Firstly, Klay has nothing extra ordinary about it now. It is just an ordinary school collecting exorbitant fees. Secondly if you take admission in Klay, please make sure you collect the hard copy of fee receipt and refundable deposits and keep it safe for future evidence as the management is not trustworthy

Klay failed to meet its standards post corona. Management has to take necessary steps soon. Please visit the centre and know what is happening/talk to parents and listen to their concern. We are leaving our precious kid in your management but you guys are busy in counting the money. Definitely not what we expect from Klay

.This is an eye opener for parents who would like to enroll in Klay. Premium day care is what you guys have named it??!! .Parents please go for someother daycare/ play school. One main reason why we have selected Klay is for live streaming. We are still waiting for the access and technical team is so busily working more than a month , to give us the access n login credentials. I can see lot of parents complaining to the admin n centre head fr various reasons. Even the kids safety is big question mark. Please employ more staffs and helpers , the teachers are definitely not giving individual attention this is not we expect from the premium prep school . We can go to any other school if this is the standards maintained here..totally failed after the pandemic I guess... Parents if u are reading the review please think twice before enrolling your kid. would like to go head and inform my office admin to avoid such daycare and not to have tieups further.. Student teachers ratio is very high .the teacher is not even seeing all the kids.. kids just doing their own way/talk/roam.. Teacher is just doing her part of teaching and going with next activity lined up. Not cared about whether kids are doing. I have never heard this kind of negative review from other state friends. Only Electronic City branch is so irresponsible. I would like to go head and inform my office admin to avoid such daycare and not to have tieups further.. Klay is not fit for corporate tieups and also parents who pay lumpsum amount think twice.

We had paid some fees for my kid for k1 for first quarter as co-pay and rest of the amount paid by the employer. Second quarter fees were increased by 50% and when asked for explanation they are telling policy with employer changed and when I try to check with my employer klay is pushing with last date . Earlier last date was not at all communicated but at the end when we try to query policy they are enforcing last dates . There is even lots of problem with half day care timings. One person from kaly says 9.30-3.30, then center director says no its 9-3 . Since the child is in klay for more than 6 hours, it has to be full day care evnthough I always took my son by 3.30/3.45 . They are just behind money and I felt very unethical with dealing things .

Klay has an option for Klaytopia where they will send you the activity kits home and we can do as per our timing. So we have opted for 3 months subscription and spoke to a lady for more than half an hour and promised the delivery 2 weeks in advance every month so that kids won’t miss out on activities and I have paid full in advance.

Post that payment, no kits are delivered until we call them and complaint. Last month too I received late that too only after we called and complained. Today is already 4th of Nov and no kit is arrived post called and complained.

Horrible service. No professionalism in dealing with parents. Staffs are highly incompetent.

I NEVER RECOMMEND KLAY. I AM HIGHLY UPSET.

Klay prep school, Perungudi, based out in Chennai, did a very good job in my Kid's studies. Their teaching methodology is very good and the teachers are also highly talented and creative and professional. I will highly recommend this school.

Pros: students to teacher ratio is very good.

Equal attention on all kids.

They are teaching Math, Hindi and English in an advanced way and Also in a very interesting way

It prepared the kid very well for her school not only in studies but also in her interaction with teachers.

Cons: I can't find any.

I highly recommend this School.

My son was going to Klay Hebbal since 2015 and was a studying in K2 class till Friday (September 6).We have put him in Klay due to its brand name but it turned out to be a very bad decision. The class teacher (Niti) in K2 is very unprofessional and keeps complaining about the kids. She infact shouts and yell at them. I would strongly recommend not to send your kids to Klay Hebbal unless you want to spoil their future. The quality of education is very poor compared to the amount of money they charge. The teachers and management always puts the blame on kids and their parents. They expect all the kids to be docile and obedient. Rather than solving the problem they are creating new problems for the parents. I hope my review about Klay Hebbal will help othera to make the right decision for their kids.

I found Klay one of the best in Bangalore when it comes to Day care when both the parents are working professional. Like any other organization, Klay also has pros and cons.

Pros -

Plenty of activities, etc

Cons -

Fee too high

Need to pay 4 months fee at once
