The product works great. The buttons were fine and it surely gives a superior feel. The only thing is you have to hold the button while it's in use. You can't leave it and do another work. It's not too heavy or too light. It is easy to use. A must buy product in this range.

Excellent design and good motor power. I used the chopper very frequently. Mixer attachment is also good, very useful when you want to grind hot ingredients like slightly uncooked daal. It makes very good buttermilk, also for some home make shrikhand. Because of the metal finish, KitchenAid 3.5 Cup Food Chopper 240 W Hand Blender is not stained if you use it in tomatoes or turmeric grays. I have been using it for 3 years almost everyday.
