Kims Hospital - Trivandrum

Horrible feeling with the management of kims. Patient got discharged and is still at hospital on the 3 rd day because of insurance claim delays, the insurance has claimed an additional 50Rs and kims cannot proceed and release the patient as they need the exact bill amount itself to be approved by the agent, this has caused in charging additional amounts for the rent, good etc which was totally a waste.

They kept the patient and bystandrr wait for a very long time

Ky humble request to those who have insurance claims are the people sitting there have no clue on the process and is not genuene

This hospital is a prime example of 'Unchi Dukan Pheeka Pakwan'. They charge exorbitant fee for simple procedures but the amenities are no better than a substandard medical facility. The AC doesn't work in most of the areas, no timely communication between the checkout staff and ICU. Patients keep waiting for hours to get discharged due to this and have no chairs for the single attendant allowed with the patient in ICU. Attendant has to sit on the patients bed. No working wall clock, no phone allowed so no track of time..its just a bogus hospital with terrible services.

A Hospital can be testified, how they treat a died patient. Untill a patient is live they treat very well , won't even allow you to see your loved one if they are in ICU. Once they die, they will treat dead body like SCRAP literally SCRAP. Yesterday my friend's father passed away at 3pm and they waited outside the MICU for 4 hours to see his remains, at the end they moved remains to mortuary with out giving any notice to the attendees even though we have informed them to show his face to his wife. They are in hurry to fillup the bed, once patient dies business is over with the body, then you move on to next body which can become a dead body.

Worst ever seen in private hospital. Doctors are good but the thing is they will give appointment on one time and we have to wait for 5-6 hours to see the doctor. For getting this facility we can visit medical college their also good senior doctors are their.

Recommendation and money plays here … if u don’t have recommendations and money power plz don’t visit this ridiculous place. Kim’s management Kindly note for all persons u r giving sake charge of bills.

Worst hospital with no patient waiting area

5th floor security will say to go 1st floor waiting area but I'n 1st floor waiting area house keeping people will be taking rest and laying on sofa. There is no waiting area for patients attender. Attender shud stay on raods. Kims management shud think of it and solve prob for patients attender waiting Area

I went with a mild allergy and she made me do all the tests which cost me over 5000. She had the worst attitude and acted like she knows everything. She prescribed some medicine and I had issues while having the medicine she prescribed. She did not bother to diagnose the disease but on increasing my bill at any cost.

Worst Dermatologist in Trivandrum. Don't know anything and best job for her would be marketing

I went to a small hospital nearby and they prescribed a medicine for a month and the issue is completely resolved.

Personally I had the best experience while I wanted to prescribe medicine. I had another hospital prescription in my hand. The pain medication not available outside. But after registering and opening new file , casuality doctors did informed the pharmacy and I got all my medications on time.

My wife had undergone pacemaker replacement surgery on 16 May 2022, even though the removal and replacement was done properly, to my utter surprise the sutures was done by a nurse without a qualified surgeon due to which the entire area looks swollen and odd, causing unbearable trauma for the patient.

When patients come with great hope for a better treatment, the results are disheartening.

I had an appointment with Dr Sudhakar cardiologist for 24th May 2022 at 11.00 AM. I was asked to report one hour earlier, I reported at 09.30 hrs. After seeing another doctor I waited at the cardio section and I was listed as the first patient. Unfortunately the doctor came at 12.30. Though I was the first in queue two other persons enter doctor' s and I could see the doctor onl at 12.45. The girls at the desk were of no help. The doctor was very kind and patiently examined me. Overall I was happy with the visit. I wish the hospital maintains timings and regulates the patients to avoid inconvenience to old patients like me. Dr Sudhakar is an excellent doctor with a human touch.

I went to KIMS Hospital for my husband's treatment for blood cancer, it was a great experience with the doctor Narender Kumar Thota he was very friendly and helpful he guided us in very good way to recover from the disease and Bone Marrow transplant incharge Jyothi helped us very well, Nurses and The cleaning services were good

Went to KIMS, Secunderabad for my daughter's surgery.. All went well. Doctors & Staff were good. Thanks to Sister Soumya of Plastic surgery dept for being nice.. Dr. Gangadhar Vajarla, Radiation dept was very helpful and cool.. Special thanks to Mrs.Lakshmi of Billing dept was kind, greatly helpful, guided nicely.

We have contacted the KIMS appointments to find out different health check-up packages and to book one of them for my parents. As we are abroad, we wanted to make sure they get the best care possible. When we got into contact with Sunkara Durga Prasad(communications department), he has been very polite, listening and understanding of our situation and explained to us different packages that we can choose. He explained the differences between the packages and the benefits. He has even gone beyond and offered us to arrange the appointment and meet my parents at the reception when they arrive for the check-up as they come without the attendant. He is in communication with us throughout the process and made sure we are comfortable. We couldn't have asked more from him. We wish him the very best of luck.

I have admitted my mother for angiogram on 3/3/2022, under CGHS.all the document given but still admission procedure took 2-3 hrs.angiogram was with held till admission was completed.pt was taken in only after showing admission form. As my dad is retired govt employees we need to pay some amount in advance . We had paid excess.discharge done on same day , it took 4-5 hrs for discharge. they said Extra will be refunded back on day of review op. On the day of review op on asking for refund, the account section of kiims hospital doesn't have 2000cash. For 2000 rs refund i need to wait for 2hrs, for 2000 they send me to other department. Such a worst accountssection.

Kims Hospital, Ambedkar Nagar, Nellores 24 hour emergency center is great and they help to sort out all the emergency cases immediately. If it was not for this department probably my sister's case would have been really delayed.

They say that God hears the need and answer's , Dr. H Nagaraju rao is a godsend and incredible doctor.He’s very patient person who genuinely cares about his patients. He always takes the time to explain things to me in terms that I can understand. He’s diligent in making sure my father's health is at best. Not only he has taken great care of my father's health, but also he is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. My wife in her second pregnancy now at KIMS a little nearest to her home.First one in SK hospitals.Now we are suffering a lot from this hospital when we changed her to nearest KIMS.on her Thyroid check up she is 5 month pregnant .The Dr. One who is in thryroid section discussing with her colleagues for hours forgiving a preganancy lady infront of him for him
