My experience:

My Mother was under the treatment of Dr. Vijayalekshmi N for more than 10 years at KIMS.

She had thyroid and was given Thyrocab by this Dr and she was having it for more than 8 years.

All other doctors who saw my Mother asked to do Thyroid removal. But finally we used to

go to this Dr as final opinion.(our mistake?).

But this lady said, if you are worried about beauty then only do the surgery, as/and it is not cancerous.

I quote what she said " Abhangi undenkil maathram surgery cheythal mathi . ".

My mom was having breathlessness as well, after 8 years this Dr suggested surgery. But by

that time the roots of this Thyroid grown below to her heart and lungs. After surgery(@ different hospital)

complications came and my mom died due to Constructive Pericarditis at her age of 67.

, why can't you move against that doctor in Kims who allowed a small thyroid to grow enormously

into the heart and made this much complications. Actually she killed her .

Its a good advanced multi speciality hospital, in Trivandrum. We got a better treatment here. Tku...Management.Keep the wings.., keep the flow..

I went to Kim's for one of my relatives treatment. She was getting consultation from Dr Padma.

I can see from that one visit Dr Padma is one of the doctors who don't know human values and professional ethics about how to treat patient.

She won't suite as a human first and after that as a doctor.

My respect towards the doctors totally died after seeing her attitude and that proud.

She is the worst asset to Kim's.

Kim's won't grow if such doctors they are recruiting.

The best aspect about KIMS is that they have kept the premises very clean inspite of the huge no of patients.The Doctors are also very good and take good care of patients. My family goes to KIMS for all healthcare needs. I would recommend KIMS Tvm . The Ortho department where my mother was treatment is very good. The physiotherapy

In this era Kims hospital is famous for good titment. They take care presents like own family members . Clean and freshness around the corner. Doctor and nurse are friendly . Famous doctor are visiting everyday. CCTV and security services were also taken. 24×7 doctor and nurse alert for good health of pasent

Patients have to wait for long time for tests washrooms are in worst condition , inspite of taking appointment it takes lot of time to consult the dr nd it is very inconvienient for elderly people to sit for hours and dr prescribe

I am residing near TVM Medical College n surrounded by renowned hospitals like Cosmo G G n TVm med College.Stil I chose KIMS right from starting it's operation in tvm Bec of their excellent service.But the recent experience do not want me to come to KIMS. Unnecessary waiting for consultation is disadvantage.staffs are not able to start consultation on time and it's worse for pediatrics.consultation starts 1-1.5 hr late and long queue of kids with parents are seen.

I came today for consultation of my son with Dr and have been waiting for 3 hrs. He was hospitalized last week and is assumed tat he still has infection.Y shud we chose KIMS for such service

I had my blood test a week back, the person who took my blood was not even able to get the nerve even if it was so clearly visible.. he pricked in the needle and was trying to find the nerve to get blood at that time and it was very painful...

I had to give blood sample again post breakfast, i said him that the first time he took my blood it was very painful, and asked him to be careful atleast this time. But he did the same. The needle peirced spot had become so black and even after a week it is the same.

Worst experience ever. Will never suggest a blood test in KIMS KONDAPUR..

Expect Doctors no one takes care of patient's.. they don't even respond if you call (bell/phone) from room and if you go near the nurse station and ask them to come for celine change or any then only say we will send or come but it takes too long...

And 1 more disgusting incident

It has taken 1 whole day for only billing purpose....its really test your patience and frustration level goes to peaks because they will make roam like a anything and you won't find a correct person to answers your questions

And the last but not least

The lift management is disaster

Hands off to the lift management teams for such a amazing management ( Even a 1st class child can also manage better than you ppl).

This hospital is a very awesome hospital, when my grand maa is very weak for her accident thats time we had her in this hospital, therr we got for her very good treatment with awesome doctor ( dr.mishra) . Even she was get as well soon. After that my grand maa talking with everyone when she feel good and strong. Thanks kims hospital.

Unfortunately had to take my mom to KIMS in an emergency. She had got some insect bite which developed into an infection. The initial care and attention were good, you will be impressed by all these tricks that they do to impress people. They had written a few blood test and Droppler test for my mom. Blood was done at the same time and for droppler test, patient was taken to the 2nd floor, before going I was not informed about the payment to be done at emergency reception on the ground floor. When I checked with 2nd floor reception for payment, first of all, this lady was not available on her seat she was busy chit chatting with someone in the main lobby and she refused to accept the payment saying that emergency patient payment will not be accepted here and made me go all the way to ground floor for payment. My question is why they cant accept the payment when it is same kims reception. Still bearable you take everything thinking ur loved ones should get proper treatment on time.

Test reports came after 2 hours which I am sure was ready before only but they were just delaying it. In between, u will have so many people coming to you asking n telling u the same thing. After diagnosing my mom's issue one of the doctors came n spoke to me about the treatment plan. My actual issue started after this 2 hours gone and nobody came to me and no treatment had started nothing, I was going n telling in reception to make it fast as my vehicle will come and have to travel back to Kollam. They were least bothered they don't respect your time. It is just business for them. I spoke to the nurse and told her to speed up the treatment. Please note still there was no treatment started. Finally, after repeated request, she told one of the doctors to write the medicines. This fellow who is supposed to take care of patient Dr.JISS was casually standing there and doing time pass.

I lost my cool by seeing this then they came to me saying u have to go the pharmacy which is on the 7th floor. 2 and half hours already wasted. They don't understand the frustration n helplessness that u face especially when you are new to this place. For them, they just give bill time to time and ask u to make the payment. In pharmacy also I requested one of the nurses to take the injection downstairs as the patient is waiting then they are telling they can't do it because her duty time is over. Seriously how long will it take to take the lift and go to ground floor and give the medicines? The attitude they gave towards the patient then they claim to be one of the best hospitals in town. They are only interested in increasing your bill nothing else. They just want to admit people there and hand over a huge bill. They will bill you for the minute things used and also unused one. They started saline for my mom and stopped in between when she was taken for Doppler test. They didn't start it again when she was there for two hours. In the final bill, they charged for that also. When I asked the nurse when she said I will cancel it. So people please don't just go n pay the bill without checking it is u who are losing your hard earned money.

Once I raised my voice at reception one Ms. Prameela and Mr. Jaizal had assured me that they will take this matter up and try to change which I doubt will happen. Let's hope to see the change at least patients and people coming with them is not troubled. The most disappointing things are the casual attitude and no importance for your time.

People please speak up and raise your concern and just don't blindly follow what they ask you to do. Ask for explanation clarification. It was 10.30 in the night when I left the premises after finishing everything.

Also, note dispute of asking them for the reports they didn't give me the reports.

Chandra shekhar Naidu kills the patients slowly .this hospital fully commercial.nayudu see the patients only once day in any critical condition .plz dont go plz dont go save ur lifes .he don't come even after patient dies.in this hospital patient stay ling time in ICU only , after so many days doctor will tell he will die.

My recently married wiife admitted in hospital as flu....day by day flu cannot cure....after two week doctors say she affected a rare disease as stills diseace..and must shifted to ICU..we accept.. ...day by day her body condition was down.. after 10 days in the ICU she die..the doctors have much experience ...totally 24 days in kims..and 14 lakhs..expensive..I request don't believe doctors as God..take own descision..This is a no 1 business hospital...

Its purely business and money game. Daily new test. When asked they say someone will come and talk . Delayed discharge procedure. Staff response is very bad. Food served at Kims canteen is worst. In the name of insurance, heavy charges. This is my personal opinion what I have noticed.

I have encountered two situations--

Firstly my wife was admitted to this hospital and she told clearly for the cashless transaction only. The management was ok with it but during discharge time the cashless option was defecate and told that investigation is not covered under cashless.

Is n't their duty to told us earlier ??

Secondly after completion of saline water they not unfasten the bottle and needle from the hand for more than 10 hrs and kept as it is until and unless was not discharged from the hospital without caring about the suffering of the pain.

What rules this hospital is following??

I visited last week to Gyne... She didn't share any suggestion and prescription to me. Directly shared required lab test online at reception and they also don't give any hard copy for required tests without billing. Even though I went for I proceeded for blood tests costing 8700 Rs. Lab people informed various lab reports will be generated in different different dates, so I requested them to send reports on my email. I also shared email id at PRO (Public relation Office) as per their process. I'm continuously getting msgs that test reports are done and didn't receive a single report over the email. I also tried connecting lab via phone multiple times no one is answering the call... KIMS is worst hospital.

Hi sir my name H. SHANKAR. I had a BIOPSY SURGERY on the last 12-12-2018, and I paid 15000 bills for this Biopsy and also paid 5000 and lab, chest test and X-ray Tests. This is my Admission No. IP1819029903. I have a doctor name Dr. NEIL NARENDRA TRIVEDI His phone number:+91 9849991370 URO SURGEON. My problem is that after my surgery I went to follow-up 20-12-2018 this month and I cannot do what's just what I'm doing is to that's okay how is it at least we do not dressing or do not ask if we are educated like ours, What is their status from the villages? The Receptionist, Enquiry and Lab response is irrelevant. Doctor too much irresponsible and negligence to talk patients its very poor service. I came from the Long distance to the test and did not ask at least how your health now is even read it at least. The most important thing is that you do not send my reports to the my Mail, like you said on the Display Board, so this is my No:+91 6303988449 I call your Hospital ten times, no one can response and they said sir we are not send mail you came and take by hand. Recently had a surgery in this hospital. After surgery care was very bad. Un trainned nurses and they used to come after 30 mins when you call them. Apart from this I had to come for daily dressings and wait time was very big. I completely agree that to consult with surgeons it takes time as they are very busy. But it does not mean that most of the time u end up waiting for hours together as if u don't have any work and you are very healthy to sit and wait for long time. Really bad experience. There can be better management to save patients time and more dressing rooms and more nurses so load is less and turn around time is less. In today's fast world no one would like to spend 2 hours everyday waiting. I hope management understands this and make life easier for patients.
