Horrible! The kids are taken good care of, but they lack in teaching them the basics, the teachers and principal repeat the same events regularly. They are not organized in the list of activities they conduct. They do what they feel like. And so many kids cry to go there as they get bored everyday. So many parents also complain to them asking them why their children have a bad handwriting? Why they cant answer simple questions? Why their skills are not getting updated? Also the infrastructure, play area is so limited, how are the kids going to play and spend time. Disappointed after visiting many times.

We had a bad experience here. Learning is not that great. Their main focus is on cultural activities as a part of their advertisement.  We felt they had untrained teachers and the helpers were very rude to the kids. When I went for a 1 on 1 with the teacher, she gave feedbacks that as a parent we felt was totally wrong. My Son totally started showing disinterest in going to school. Also when he saw the helper lady, he started stepping backward. My cousin had the same experience and we switched or children to a different school. My cousin's son never learnt any writing. If you want your kid to learn something, this is not the place for your child.

• From a parent of poor kid from Kidzee*! Beware!

This is to inform you that our 3.5year old kid, studying in nursery - kidzee bellandur complained about pain in her private part and after some questioning informed that Manju Bhaiya in her school put his finger.

We were shocked and immediately took her to school, and met Dr. Veena(principal/director). The baby identified Manju bhaiya in person and told the entire incident 5-6 times consistently to Sneha, Preetha and Dr. Veena.

While we were in Sakra to get her checked, Dr. Veena blatantly refused to file FIR and defended Manju!

We filed FIR through the hospital, and got the man arrested the same night. But to our surprise, Dr. Veena called us and started Pleading us to release him!

Manjunath is in jail under non bailable offence, but you never know how many more kids have been through "this" in last 8years since the guy is working there.

We urge you to check with your wards, if they know him coz. if they DO then it is anyway a NEGLIGENCE as no men are allowed in the school!

Parents have filed a case of negligence against Kidzee bellandur. As she failed in every aspect to prove to be worthy of managing a school of such young kids.

KIDZEE is the best pre school for the kids.it has many branches all over india.kids who has turn to 4-5 years are having great platform in the form of kidzee.they provide basic knowledge of english alhabets.they also provides extra curricular activities.this school has a nice campus.the teachers are very kind and humble towards their students.they concentrate on each and every student.kidzee provides great foundation for the kids.i am totally satisfied with this school.its fees is little expensive but gives good value of education to the kids.it gives total value of money.

Kidzee is best suggested school by any parents in india who has sent their kids to Kidzee school. Kidzee has so many branches around the country, in bangalore there are many branches. Kidzee is high quality pre school for kids who just turned 4-5 years old, Kidzee provides kids basic training for higher education. Kids learn basic English like alphabets and rhymes which improves the brain quality. Kidzee bangalore has a very nice campus according to me, kids there enjoy the ambience. They provide books, toys etc. Just like other preschool they also have paintings of cartoon characters and alphabets, which the kids enjoy very much. Kidzee is expensive no doubt but still good to go, quality education is priceless so no issues paying so much. I think one of thebest preschool is kidzee. Highly recommended. Child friendliness is too good with best qualified teaching stuff. Teachers are very kind to students, extracurricular activities are interesting and knowledgeable for kids.Surely a good school!

Personal Experience with Kidzee Bangalore

1) We had a general request to view our kids activity through the CCTV recording, but we were told by Kidzee officials that these recordings are only for legal purpose and will not be shared to parents, post this request they got offended and it was a 360 deg shift with their behaviour.

2) Our son was unhappy throughout the year to attend the school, this was very unlike him and he seemed to be unhappy with the handlers at school.

3) During the initial days of my son attending the school, he had

separation anxiety and during this time we observed & also were

informed by other parents that my son was left alone unattended the entire 3 hrs, nobody used to attend/pacify him even though he used to cry the entire duration and used to have running nose.

4) Our son used to have nightmares and would get up in the middle of night crying out loud " want to go to mummy". This has not been observed once we got him admitted to the new school.

5) My son used to complain that he was mishandled by couple of

teachers and caretakers, also he states that he was locked in a room full of cockroaches.

6) Teachers pretended to be very kind in front of us, but it was

totally a different scenario once we were away from the premises. This was informed to us by one of the Kidzee teachers herself.

7) Our son till date has never urinated in his pants but there was an instance where we found him crying with wet pants(urinated) and he was left unattended at the gate(literally thrown out from the school). This was the last straw which made us immediately to take him out of Kidzee. The teachers/facility never even bothered to call us or inform us to get a spare dress/ tell us about kids state.

8) When we approached for refund of the INR 10000/- which we had paid as a confirmation of my son's admission to next year, we were told Kidzee does not have a refund policy and we will not get the money back.

We also requested the money to be utilized for one of the needy

students, but this option too was rejected by Kidzee.

9) We are surprised to hear from one of the Zeelearn representatives(Swetha) that we have been provided the Kit and refund as claimed by Kidzee, a lie.

10) When the franchisee(Zeelearn) asked us to give a written complain we were thinking the complain would be entertained and an action would be taken but it turned out this too was just an eyewash. The lady didnt even bother to acknowledge my mails(swetha.kumar@zeelearn.com)

Kidzee is a nice brand to choose when the choice is given to put your young ones in their primary educational system . This place has the sweetest of teachers a child could ask for! My friends kid joined there like 3 months back and all is good so far! No regrets! The nannies are very caring to the little ones.
