Sanjeev Kapoor is a well known famous Chef. His innovation in this profession made an brand image for him. Here he spread feast of traditional and authentic Indian recipes. Its an assortment which will reach the hearts of Indian Cuisines. You can read this book and understand easily because it has simple english.


It is always my Best guide for me which helps me lot while cooking.


He divided this book into 6 division like SOUPS AND SALADS, SNACKS, VEGETABLES, SWEETS, RICE AND ROTIS, ACCOMPANIMENTS.


SOUPS AND SALADS: It has rare varieties of salads like beetroot, red pumpkin soup etc.,


SNACKS: It has variety of snack items like pakodas, samosas, fried items, medu vada, batata vada etc.,


VEGETABLES: There are exotic recipes like Shyam Savera, Jhal frazee and mirchi ka salan etc.,


ACCOMPANIMENTS: Varieties of dals and raitas are presented in this segments.


RICE & ROTIS: The oriented bread varieties with equally aromatic rice preparation are excellent.


SWEETS: It has mouthwatering sweet recipes like Basoondi, Rasamalai, Besan ke laddu, jalebi, etc.,

Sajeev kapoor is the best cook in india. we use this books for make food.its help in makeing verity of  recepes and vegitable. we are vegetarian. and I like curry I make best taste "curry" using this book. it also help my mother she is    vary passionate in cooking. in this book all recipes gien step by step. and this book contain colour photo of dishes which make this more attactive. and photo also attract food lover to see photographe I always wish

Hi, friends, I bought this book six months back I am using this book since I bought it


it is very good book .i read this book completely . It is very useful book to make wonderful recipes with vegetables . My kids always felt boring to eat vegetarian curry's . Then I bought this book and prepared curry's in the following steps which is written by Sanjeev kapoor's . Then my kids eating my recipe's with enjoy a lot . Cooking unknown persons also make curry's easily because reading with this book . In any season available vegetables are brinjal and potato I prepared this vegetable currys always in a same way but after reading this book I learned so many ways to making masala brinjal curry and potato curry . Sanjeev Kapoor told so many variety vegetable curry's how to prepare easy and tasty in this book . This book is very useful to who one is shows interest in making variety vegetarian recipes . Now I am a expert in cooking .

Hai I am married but did not know how cooking that time the book is very useful and the author sanjeev kapoor is a best santance making and the all the recipes is very easily I understand and theyare cooked in a varety of vagetarin my family members is encharage itself and the readability is very nice then the recipes all the matters is a good health making it is very useful and the all the aitams helthy one. they are really verygood The vegetarian special all the food and snaks and soup and varity of dish is given the sanjeev kapoor the vegetable prior is like and now the day to day my house the 4 to 5 dish I prepared particularly I cooked teasty all ingredients is easyly to collect in the market then the book is used many people The receive guest easily 2 or 3 minits the dish prepare and teasty

Having book reading habit is realy good.From that we can gain new things we dont know.


Iam very passionate in cooking.And iam  a vegetarian too.So I always seeks for different variety of veg recipes thats how I found this awsome cooking recipe book of the great Chef Sanjeev kapoor.


This book is realy easy to read & helpfull for the beginners because its is provided with proper procedure & all cooking tips.Not only for the beginners its realy helpfull for all to improve their skill in cooking art and to learn differnt kind of food recipes.


Even I have learned alot of recipes from this book and tried all recipes.almost all have came out well.The recipes which was my favourite from what I learnt from this book is( aloo parotta, panner tikka, tava sandwich, soya manchurian) .


My family is more happy now that they started getting different yummy foods from me.My work is realy appreciatable.So me & my family is happy now:)I strongly suggest all you to try this book and learn new recipes and feel good:)

Sanjeev Kapoor is a very famous and fantastic cook . whatever recipes they cook are healthy and tasty.I prefer this book when I want to cook something special for my family member and guest.


When I got married I did not know how to cook the food.i knew cook only 3-4 vegetables and Roti and rice thats it.


After marriage for cooking I take the help of internet but this is not easy because all time network problem I am facing .so it was very long process.then my friend suggest me to buy this recepies book. when I purchased this vegetarian recipes book I found every thing is in there.


So many type of recipes are there like vegetables, dessert, snacks, starter food, soup etc.now I am so happy with this book because with the help of this book actually I learn how to cook the food.


every time I try to cook some new recipe so me and my family member can eat something new on a weakly or bi-weakly basis.


One thing which I like this book is whatever ingredients are use in recipes by Sanjeev Kapoor all are common and understandable mostly ingredients are available in every kitchen.The book is available in both language in market hindi and English.


The presentation of every recipes are very nice.All the recipes are available with their pictures.

Sanjeev kapoor is a famous chef and almost his all recipes so much of interesting and I am also having a book of vegetarian recipes because in his recipes he can use the ingredient which is not highly valued or it may be simple ingredient and tasty therefore I prefer to make recipes made by sanjeev kapoor. in his vegetarian recipes also I can make a try it was really good because he can use simple method to make recipes on that book. I love to reading this recipes and preparing that food in my home I will so much enjoying such things.

Well today again I'm here to share recipes with you. Well learnt them from my friends and students so thought should share it with you all...... so here try out few of my  personal favorite recipes.



Minto Martini:*


8 mint leaves


60ml citrus syrup


60ml masala tea decorations


30ml lime juice


30ml sugar syrup


some ice cubes


*Method:


crush the mint leaves, put ice cubes along with the remaining ingredients in a glass or mixi  and shake well and strain and now serve.....


Hmmmmmmmm one of my fav mint flavoured drink


Coffee Blush:


*2 springs curry leaves


few coffee beans


60ml Chivas Regal


60ml mixture of sugar syrup and lime juice


some ice cubes



Method:


Blend the coffee beans and curry leaves together. Put ice cubes along with other ingredients in a glass or mixi and mix well....garnish with curry leaves and few coffee beans.... serve


Trust me all those who love coffee will love this recipe......



My all time fav:


Beach delight:


*45ml orange juice


45ml pineapple juice


20ml blue curacao surup


15ml sugar syrup


a slice of lime or orange for garnish


ice cubes


*Method:


mix orange, pineapple juice, curacao, sugar syrup and ice together in a glass. shake well.. serve chilled.. garnish with lime or orange....


Well to make an alcoholic drink one can add vodka .......


Trust me these 3 are my all time favourite... I've given names to them the way I like to remember them... u can do the same.... many may have the same recipes in different names so please don't get offended I work in hotel industry and we get similar kinds of recipes with different names


Hope you like them.. These goes well with both veg and non veg dishes.............

Could anyone have imagined a CHEFin India to be famous and be talk of the town?? This is what SANJEEV KAPOOR( ex chef of long forgone Juhu Centaur) has done. Infact, he has redefined the image of BAWARCHI (THE COOK)and brought great accolades to this profession. His innovationsin Indian Culinary Artearned him the status of Brandimage.


Even today though students opt for Hotel Management, still they shy away from being a Chef. This profession was always looked down though we have to admit that in restaurants, catering etc. Men do their job with great finesse.


It was in early 90?s when the satellite channels opened up, ZEE T.V. was the first to package a cookery show ?KHANA KHAZANA?in a slick manner with its host-chef Sanjeev Kapoor. The lightings, the ambience, use of proper camera angles and the neatnesshave brought respect to this show.


Prior to this, even DDused to have some shows on these lines but hardly anybody could watch it. Also the stuff shown was not that easy to cook, most of the ingredients certainly were not readily available in the kitchen.


Only Sanjeev Kapoor revolutionizedthe entire cooking. He could make all those tandoori stuff or sweets, which really took lot of labor, in a JIFFY. (I still remember how easily he made jalebis with a specially stitched cloth). His charming smile, simple explanation, useful tips instilled CONFIDENCEin viewers to go ahead and try them.


. One just had to peep into the RASOI GHARand Lo! Cooking would be done with what was available at home. After 3 years of running this show at the public request, he brought out his First ever cookery book---KHAZANA OF INDIAN VEGETARIAN RECIPES. (Non-vegetarian dishes are published separately in another book at the request of viewers)


There has never been dearth of cook books by different people but the moment this one was launched, it sold like Hot Cakes. It became NO: 1 National Bestsellerin the year 1999.


Being an avid viewer of his shows, I had to grab my copy and till date I consider it as the Best Guide on vegetarian recipes. Here he has spread a feast of traditional and authentic Indian recipes. Its an assortment which will reach the heart of connoisseurs of Indian cuisine.


The contents have been divided into 6 sections:

(This set of spoons ?cup is available in utensil shop). A detailed glossarycontaining the ingredients and the common utensils used in Indian cooking are provided at the end of the book.


The photos accompanying the recipes are MIND BLOWING and so Real tempting us to pick up and eat from the book itself !!! What a Fantasy!!


I have many other cookery books but this is definitely no:1 mainly for its Presentation, Precision and the Perfection in making the recipes WORK. U can never fail if followed correctly.
