I recently had the pleasure of embarking on the "Best of Turkey" tour organized by Kesari Tours, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience. From start to finish, everything was impeccably organized, and this can largely be attributed to our outstanding Tour Manager, Mr. Salil.

Mr. Salil’s organizing skills were evident at every step of the journey. His attention to detail ensured that our itinerary ran smoothly, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the stunning sights of Turkey without a hitch. He was incredibly patient, always taking the time to address questions and accommodate our needs. He was always there to help with a smile. His dedication to ensuring our comfort and enjoyment truly set the tone for a wonderful adventure. He shared fascinating stories that captivated everyone in the group.

Mr.Salil’s extensive knowledge of the region’s history and culture and the way he explained in our native language added a rich layer to our experience, making each destination come alive.

Our tour guide, Mr. Beytullah, was nothing short of spectacular. His energy was infectious, and his passion for Turkey’s history and culture shone through in every conversation. Mr. Beytullah was highly interactive, encouraging us to engage and ask questions, which made our experience all the more enriching. His depth of knowledge was impressive. From the bustling streets of Istanbul to the serene landscapes of Cappadocia, each location was expertly narrated by Mr. Beytullah, making us feel connected to the rich tapestry of Turkish heritage. His enthusiasm was palpable, and it truly elevated our journey.

Overall, the "Best of Turkey" tour was a remarkable experience, thanks to the exceptional team at Kesari Tours. Mr. Salil’s organizing prowess and Mr. Beytullah’s engaging history lectures created a travel experience that was not only enjoyable but also deeply informative. I booked Kesari tours to explore Europe's Christmas markets in December 2019. I was meant to meet the group directly at Budapest and join them for the bus journey ahead travelling thru Prague, Slovakia, Vienna, Dresden and culminating in Berlin.

Except for me, everyone else travelled from India as individual families. I found the tour guide to be extremely partial. I got slightly lost in Prague and was late by 10 mins to meet the group. To my utter surprise, the tour manager spoke to me very rudely and I got emotional. Because I made the payment already, I decided to say sorry and move on. I was just waiting to reach the final destination - Berlin from which I can be on my own heading back to London while this tour headed to Mumbai.

In more than two occasions after the Prague episode, there were families coming late to rejoin the group, some were late by over 30 mins but to my utter surprise, the tour manager did not say a word rather had a laugh with them. I perceived that he couldn't because there was a man involved. Had it been single woman, he sure would have shown his attitude. I decided to give this feedback to Kesari upon my return from the tour. It didn't surprise me either that the tour manager asked me to provide a feedback for him but immediately after took back his ask realising that not much I had to say about him and his work.

Couple of days later post the conclusion of the tour, I was in Copenhagen holidaying when I received a call from Kesari tours asking for feedback. I provided the exact feedback as above to the lady on the phone but not sure if any action was taken hence sharing my experience on this platform.
