FRAUD!!!!! Kesari Tours will take money from you for tour. Then they will cancel the tour and will NOT refund money to you. I had paid Rs160000/- for Europe Tour. They cancelled the tour themselves. But they are NOT refunding the amount paid by me. Innumerable calls and emails sent to their official email addresses remained unanswered. Friends, be careful before you are cheated by Kesari Tours Pvt Ltd.

Kesari Tours a WORST class travel company .....

I have booked my Europe tour with Kesari in Jan 20. Due to rapidly spread Corona Virus we decided to cancel our tour and completed cancellation formalities in March 20 . Written almost 4 to 5 mail communication to Kesaris all possible mail address on website as they have switched off all mobiles and line line numbers since march. No any form of communication from Kesari side regarding status of cancellation or simply receipt our mail communication.


Advertising themselves as a world class company


After July 20 only one single landline started but no body able to give answer to our refund status. nor doing anything on that. Person replying our refund policy yet to release just fooling customers and avoiding refund payment


I appeal all of you never go with Kesari tours to any trip as no customer service exist now in Kesari tours. & become third class travel company.

Booked dubai tour with Kesari toursas I had heard something good about them. I had asked the agent while booking itself if we will be taken to hotel after landing in Abu Dhabi and she had said yes and that is why I booked the tour.


At the Bangalore airport the guide told us that we will not go to hotel. We landed at 6AM in Abu Dhabi. The tour manager told us to freshen at airport and we were taken for breakfast.


We had to see the Grand mosque and so all ladies had to change the outfits. We were asked to change at petrol bunk rest room.


My senior citizen mom fell down while coming back after changing clothes. The guide kept telling come fast come fast. I told him.. see my mom fell help me lift her. That time they came to lift her.


The local guide was helpful and even helped with wheel chairs for my parents at mosque.


At 5 PM we were taken to hotel. My old parents were very tired and slept without dinner too.


Though I asked for wheel chairs for my parents few days before tour, I was not given the same at burj khalifa. The tour manager said no wheel chairs are there.I told him I checked online and it's there, just tell me where I should go.


He said that he has to be with group and cant help with wheel chairs.


My old senior citizen parents had to walk all the way.


At Ferrari world, the tour manager behaved rudely with me and scolded me in front of entire group for coming slowly. My old parents walk slowly and the tour manager was walking very very fast with other group members. My parents stopped for restroom as it wont be available later as we had to travel to Dubai by coach. The tour manager said that I should have had informed him. How can I inform when I am at the end of the group and he is running infront?


At Abu dhabi we were provided at 5 start hotel but in Dubai we had to stay at a budget hotel. Kesari looted us while booking and provided with budget hotel in Dubai. The hotel was in outskirts of Dubai. Nothing was in vicinity to shop.


In gold souk, all the group members finished shopping and even boarded the coach. One family was still shopping. The tour leader assisted them with happy faces. The entire group was in the bus/coach and since there was no parking the driver had to take 5 rounds around Dubai. But the leader did not scold the family as they were Kesari frequent travellers. Also the tour leader took us to his favorite shops which were very expensive for us. This we realised later. Probably he got some commission or freebies.


The good thing was food and dessert. At one point of time I felt like telling the tour leader to give our passports back which he had taken and we would roam on our own with cab.


He was very arrogant and kept boasting about himself everywhere. He was dominating and we felt like being kept in jail. Though the shopping festival had started, we dis not get a chance to see that. In dessert we could not see a camel as they took us there for dinner which was pathetic.


Bollywood theme park was pathetic, instead free time for shopping could be added in iternary. Also in iternary provide day to day time table with time for each tourist attraction.


Kept talking in Marathi when half the group was non Marathi. They were Bangaloreans and had tough time understanding his words.


Will never travel with Kesari again. Have travelled the world with other travel agencies but will not go with Kesari tours as they misguided about taking to hotel and took us to restroom to freshen and change clothes.


Too much cost cutting is not good and stop giving excuses about check in times. If booked in advance all can be managed.

On New year's Eve at 3am in MINUS 8 DEGREE CELCIUS with my 4 year old child and wife, I am writing this review. I think now you can imagine my situation.


On New year day, instead of enjoying with my family I am struggling for basic needs. For -8 degree CELCIUS, kesari had provided only blankets.


Room heater is out of service.


No one has provided hot water bags even after continuous follow-up.


My 4 year old boy is shivering due to cold. Me and my wife rubbing his hands and legs.


Called your manager Rahul Thorat for help. But he is not picking up the phone.


Then called his assistant Yashonand for help, he is telling there is no staff at hotel.


VERY VERY VERY POOR MANAGEMENT


NOT EXPECTED THIS FROM KESARI...

We recently went to Darjaling with Kesari tours. All service were well done till reaching to Darjaling.! Rooms booked were excellent.and the food service were were also good.! But I think they should also provide morning tea/coffee.!


And the tour guide should know more information about the tourist places.! They informed us daily at evening about the next that plan. And gives information but.i think they should also give proper information about that place when we reach there.!


And special services should be given to senior citizen.!


And when we went to Sikkim. A room issue was there. We were three members and there was only two people bed. When we requested for third bed.it was not available. So plz book the rooms according to the family members.!


And all service were good.! ?

It is a very sad situation to see that a renowned company like Kesari, does not even bother to reply to the mail to there esteemed Customers. Its a real sorry state of affairs at your end I must say.


At least one line Apology mail was expected, let alone clarification on the entire discomfort during the tour:




  1. Last minute Flight Changed - Forced to Pay Extra 4.5k per person with no fault of ours(For me it went to 22.5k as I am a family of 5 and that's a huge amount). Also Thai Lion Flight one of its worst kind with non edible food served.




  2. Both Hotels Citrus Grand and Jazzotel - Breakfast Lunch Dinner not at all edible. we survived on fruits and salads.




  3. Icing on the cake - We had to carry our luggage from the bus drop point to our respective rooms.






Is this the kind of service we expect when we pay our hard earned money to enjoy .


Kesari is known for its utmost hospitality and care, is this your definition of Hospitality? In that case I am really sorry to say you have lost your 39 valuable Customers who were there on this group.


I personally would never visit with Kesari in Future that's for sure.


Kesari lacked its homework before planning this Tour and we were forced to be on the receiving end on all the three Points mentioned above.


We Expect a refund of what we paid as were not at all Happy by the Service Provided by Kesari.


There is NO Complaint against Ms. Deepika Kale & Ms. Nok. They went out of there way to try and make our already discomfort journey into Comfortable one.


We have suffered what we had to, Hopefully Patrons who would travel in future with Kesari do not land up in a situation as we did.

Worst.we missed flights which v booked through kesari. They didn't confirm till the last dates. Simply blamed others when it was their mistake. It is their work to help us whenever we call, rajendra bobabde and aarti putran whom we spoke to were not at all humble when we tried to seek help.

We booked our tour "Europe tour with christmas market " a month before tour date .... while taking our money they gave us confidence that we will get our visa ... we provided with all the documents needed still our visa got rejected.... we asked the kesari visa office for what reason our visa was rejected ... and they told us we cannot tell you that ... also now they are not ready to give our money back ... they want to cut 60% of the amount without giving us a reason where exactly we went wrong .... the amount is more than 1 lakh

I went to Thailand with Kesari and enjoyed alot . Management of Kesari is very good . The tour manager was so good and polite and managed the tour very well . Guide was also good . Hotels were excellent and food was tasty and was on proper time . There was not a single trouble which I felt in the tour from Mumbai- Thailand-Mumbai.

This review is dated April 2018.


We(self and mother) travelled with Kesari on a Domestic Group Tour to Mussorie, Nainital, Jim Corbett. Ours was the'Economy' version. Kesari also runs'Premium' tours on the same route.


Kesari managed everything brilliantly. It ran like a well-oiled machine.


While ours was economy, the hotels were 3-star or 3.5 star. Each hotel - Tulip Inn(Green and Breeze Resorts) in Mussorie, The Palace Belvedere in Nainital and the Serenity Resort in Corbett - were clean, food was great and hotel staff was polite.


Kesari tour guides were polite, friendly and had everything well in hand. I'd like to expressly call out their names - Abhishek Sansare, Ketan Bhosale and Chinmay(apologies, I don't know his last name) - were very helpful and we never felt any hesitation is asking them for any help.


We were a group of 47 spread across 3 buses. Inspite of the challenges inherent in managing such a large crowd, the 3 of them, led by Abhishek, did so effortlessly.


Prior to travel, we received detailed itenerary, names of fellow passengers, and were called by the tour guides at least twice prior to the travel date to make sure we knew travel times and we carrying necessary documentation etc.


Food in each hotel was buffet and was Indian food - breakfast was usually a few Indian items like Poha or upma,


Idli, paratha, cornflakes, toast and egg; lunch was usually along the lines of rice, dal, chapati, sabji, dessert and one non veg dish. Tasty food, never too oily or spicy and never resulted in tummy upset. I realize that the food was cooked by the hotel staff and not Kesari:), but I wanted to call out the thought that goes into selecting hotels and menu items.


The daily sightseeing schedule, though packed, isnt crazy. You get enough time to relax and unwind and simply chill out in your hotel in the morning/evening most days.


Start is usually at  8 or 9 am(depending on the number of sightseeing spots to be done and distances).


We had many families with kids or senior citizens and the pace of the tour was such that everyone was comfortable with it.


At Corbett, there was some difficulty in booking(something to do with changed rules to book safaris or some strike or something). The tour guides kept us appraised, without making a fuss but I could see the struggle and endless phone calls and co-ordination they did to get the safaris booked for us.


In a nutshell - Book your next trip with Kesari. It'll be money well-spent.

I had really worst service from Kesari pune


These people had taken full amount from me of 1lakh 3 thousand and after 1 week they are saying we don’t have booking for that day so have to cancel it. are these the ethics of any tour. and now saying u can book for 9th may 2018 that too it’s not confirmed. I am gifting this package to my brother for his honeymoon


So much disappointed. and the coordinator Kanak she is really disgusting

Kesari pune. Worst ever, unreliable unapologetic disorganised nonsensical. Flights booked 5 months in advance suddenly changed. Tourist visa docs checklist given but then they asked for 1000 other docs. For these follow up documents my aged parents made to visit 15 times and make 100s calls. Looks like they are least interested in flight bookings and visa processing as they don't make enough money out of this. Never ever think of Kesari for your travel needs. Surely there must be many other respectable operators. Or just do the research and book yourself!

?@Kesari_ Tours , just returned from Morocco Spain Portugal tour. 1) no veg food provided in morocco.2) 100km away hotels, no tour guide for first 3 days, 3) missed Gibraltor rocks cause change in itenery. 4) not sufficient food after long journey of 9 hours 5) last day all hotels changed . cheated!

Today I had gone to kesari office at fc road pune for getting information about applying a visa for Canada and US. Aakash was the name of the person(table 12)




  1. He didn't have any proper infornation on the price everytime I asked something he went inside to ask someone.




  2. After asking him the details about the cost being different online he said if you have so much information why dont you apply on your own.






This is the wyorst reply I have ever heard from any company/agency.


What is he sitting for if this is the answer he has for any questions.


Worst experience ever.

Quiet expensive. service is good but price rage is too high. In market other tour operator ate there offering same packages in lower rate. Other facility are same jast brand name. Plus point is food offering on tour is too much. Hotels that kesari arranged for us were really good. They were comfortable and had great service. Also food quality of all the hotel was good enough to make the trip more exciting.


Kesari planned our trip in very good way.


Our tour guide was very humble human being.


There were comfortable coaches for travelling to the beautiful sightseeing places. I must say it had great facilities. Overall experience was very good.

Kesari tours providing a good package to the places for looking. It had a good option for the customers. The services an support rendered by this travel agency is very good and satisfactory.i really enjoyed a lot with this tour travel as they helped me a lot in guiding the visits of new places which I never seen and shown me all the famous spots with detailed pictures . The tour guide was very educated and well familiar with all the places. The food and accommodation provided by them was very excellent. The tracker was very convenient and enjoyed ba lot with this tour guides good description and amusements things around the place.cs we visited. the kesari tour packages at every attractive and helpful in guiding the customers to reach to maximum places and enjoy very place in the tour .

I have made a tour with this travel agency and have got full satisfied.Agency person are so helpful I have a problem there they helped me a lot to get rid out.The food quality given by the kesari tours is good there chef cooking is was sham.They prefer a gide without costing which helps me lot in goa.The hotel is also good.The tour is on my affordable price I am fully impressed.i am making my next trip to ma kali with then all final.
