Very bad experience with the house boat. Please make sure the houseboat is not from "Blue water cruise" 9895683066. Offloaded our luggage in mud on the offshore. Very old houseboat. Did not check reviews online that was our mistake. Very unprofessional conduct.

The trip was good, the lunch enroute to Munnar, RASA is good if you like the Kerala Veg Thali. The hotels provided by Exotica at Atherapilly'Silver Storme is good esp the frist floor has a good balcony, hotels good, the Staff very polite and helpful.although the break-fast is nothing to write home about. The hotel at Munnar, The grand Plaza, staff was again very good, again Clean. Toilets are good which is important. The food is okay, nothing to write about.

My trip was memorable and thanks for your support to finish the tour with out loosing what we expected from you guys. From the selection of driver to the hotels, everything were so comfortable and I was happily returned home with the memories of fog covered hills and the tiny village homes of Alapula . Recommending Cochin based tour operator Kerala Travel Exotica for travelers to kerala up on my personal experience in exploring that beautiful state Kerala. I had a memorable tour to Munnar, Thekkady, Alleppey and Varkala beach. I had a descent price quote from them comparing to other agents and mostly I attracted them by their soft handling and one who handled my trip was Mr. Vinesh, he was expert in telling about the destinations and locality facts. He directed my 2 days trekking in the unexplored part of Westernghat. Also my driver helped a lot me and friends to find the eateries and shops. Thanks for arranging nice trip and comfortable resorts.

We were in Kerala for a week trip and we enjoyed each moment. They offered all that they promised through mail. One of my friend recommended this company to me still I searched for some other operators too. However I got the prompt response from these people. The best part of the trip was their driver Sajith( He always keeps the cab clean) and also the houseboat. we got a deluxe boat with mouth watering food.

Munnar and thekkady resort were very good, however we liked the Peppervine resort in Thekkady more as they have a good pool.

I definitely going to come next year with my frieds to Kerala and surely I will use your service and I am happy to recommend you to all my friends and family.

Its just over our official tour to Munnar-Periyar-Alleppey and Varkala for a group of 14 members. Over all trip was just awesome with proper sight seeing, qualitative rooms and on time coordination.

Service of their driver was very professional, we had no single chance to cal up our operator to complain on any element of the tour. We team appreciate the effort of Kerala Travel Exotica for such memorable trip.

Kerala travel exotica is an unbelievable organisation. Don't pay them fullmoney in advance.

Don't book the house boat through them, they charge for delux and you will get a poor economy house boat. They don't have any control on house boat.

So many well known travel agencies are in kerala. For hotel booking first ask the name of the hotels they are going to book and after that call the hotels directly and find out the standard of the hotels. Once you paid the money, they will not attend your calls or enquire wheather you are satisfied with. Their arrangement. Very bad customer service.they will not admit any of the difficulties you noticed.

We had booked our trip package with KERALA TRAVEL EXOTICA(KTE) with 5 days and 4 nights.

Which covers Munnar, Thekkady and Alappy.

It was a wonderful and memorable experience. First thanks to KTE and SANA, who has helped us to confirm the tour package. Rooms, which they have booked for us were excellent and I should say amazing.

Which was beyond our expectation.

A Special thanks to the Driver Mr.Suneer, he was amazing and so perfect in driving and so friendly and cool & Calm always. He has guided us all the time and explained about the places and helped us to visit almost all the places.

He was one of the reason why our trip was enjoyable and memorable.
