Kent WONDER (11033) 7 L RO + UF Water Purifier

The service was booked from Kent's application. the filter was defective while on warranty.Meanwhile, the technician gave me a local product and also took money from me. that day I was not at home.My parents don't understand so much about this. He made me fake bill.

Itis simply not worth to buy any KENT system. After 1 year the service guy came and wanted to change everything except the plastic case and charge 50 %of initial cost. Not accepting to change which filter I suggest. Simple robbery.

Better boil the water and use. It is safer and the fuel won't cost much.

Very bag experience! Within one year , twice they changed the filter. First they charged Rs. 500 in guarantee period. I faced same problem after expiry of 8 days guarantee period, to replace the same part they charged Rs. 4685 !

I raised a service request by Kent Customer care service 92789123454 for new filter upgradation, next day I got call from two service guys but one service guy came and replaced the filters and took 11k for AMC and gave one fake online bill, and the other service guy I cancelled. Next day I found that my purifier completely stopped working and that fraud guy told I was from local repairer sent by Kent only and he blocked my number and he is not reachable now.

When I tried to raise a complain through Customer care service 92789123454 they told me to send a email instead of call to servicehelpdesk@kent.co.in and service@kent.co.in, after sending a email got a reply that I need to call 92789123454 instead of email. That started this irresponsible game of ping pong.

Now I lost my 11k but not sure whom to blame.

For visiting they charge 300 and for installation they charge 350 day light robbery by kent service personnel

Sorry to say that iam customer of Kent Ro the world's worst product that I hve opted. Let me tell you, Kent Customer Services are the world's Worst services. Why? See below reasons..

Kent Customer Service is so pathetic due to following :

1) Customer service once you register for service on Kent App - assign engineer no. will be sent to you he never calls you back however if you call back engineer does not attend your call untill 5 consequetive times you call.

2) Finally he lift call on 5 th time, and say I will come in half an hour which he do not turn up on that day for sure

3) Next he do not call back and thus we only call back to them once again after sailing more 4 to 5 times and attend the call and now if he feels he will come and inspect the water purifier.

4) Now he knows only basics but not sure what is the exact problem in the device..he said it is a pipe leakage.Exactly last year October 2021.

5) we were continuing the same with little pipe leakage and found more leakage by 2022 and thus registered again again step 1 process repeated...this shows the interest levels and skillset of engineer.

6) I found this engineer is least interested in job and worst service. Below is engineers number

I would request Kent Ro to give feedback and provide training to this guy... Or else you will definitely loose your customers....

Filters costing 4000needs to be replaced frequently . Technician simplyblame it on poor quality of water !! Instead of improving quality they are just fleecing customer !! If it’s because of poor quality of water then whole of apartment complex wherever There system is installed should face similar issue which is not the case.

Keep writing to customer service they will give only standard reply that warranty is only 90 days !! Very poor customer service . No escalation is available other than just the central customer service. No one from senior service team bothers to contact customer to understand the concern !!

I should have seen this reviews before I went to buy Kent last year in Oct. The water tank has started showing cracks from inside the water tank about 2 inches in length however when complained the service centre owner said its a scratch made from.outside and did not replace it despite being a manufacturing defect and within warranty. The customer service representatives told at the start yes it will be covered in warranty and will be replaced but after the owner of the pure aqua mall service centre in Pune manipulated the whole situation and now they are denying replacement as well. Both the product company and the service is extremely bad one should never buy any products from kent and specially from pure aqua mall pune sales and service centre.

Waste product and service is waste... Service guys will not tell anything if you ask.. They simply say to change filters... It's a big fraud to see the filters from servicing team... They don't know anything if you ask what RO will do...Waste product....

Totally money waste product and so poor services. Every week the purifier is not properly working. So bad experience. Every week the old parts is change in the filter. Already money spent Rs 11000. My product serial no is KR1309030588. Filter ownership name was Rabindranath Bhakta

Never buy never never & never

It is like buying a Kent logo labelled box at > 6 times actual price becoz all the parts fitted inside box viz. Normal filter, carbon filter, membrane filter etc. are imported items as also in a local RO.

The Kent unit's wear & tear is very fast & highly frequent for which the company offers lollipop of 4 years free service. The catch is eachtime you call for service, you are most likely to incur hefty charges for change of parts.

Even the imported sealed filters (costing > 10 times of actual price) starts leaking within a month or two of its replacement which speaks volumes of its quality.

It shouldn’t be even considered. Such a waste product and they charge 15k.it stopped working after two weeks though this is brand new item.when we raise any support case, they simply close without even attending the case. Such a worst support. Request please be aware of Kent water softener. Don’t go for it, save your money.

I had purchased r.o system grand model at the time of installation additional external pre filter installed. As I am using this r.o. for single person who stay in the room for night only 4 days in week i am staying hardly 2 liters per day water is being used. But within 11 month machine get stopped, Kent sevice engineer told for replace r.o. and other filter cost 5000/ . So these systems are not for middle class and below. Systems are made for maintain the company's cost once buyer take this they will get revenu from buyers. So very bad performce of these machine and maintianence cost are very high such like these machine are for use and throw.

Service charge is so hight if you buy once then give money to the company every year is approximately 4k-5k for the name of service charge.bhai agar ham tk product 20k de k buy Kar rahe Hai to yearly 4k rupees maintaince de to bhai ham kyun kariden .... very bad ?? not value of Money .

At which price i have taken .. the same price have to give for it maintainance

It will only work for first 8 days on 10th day it will stop working ...

It takes maintain more than it costs. It works some days and then loses its mind. I am so tensed bcz of this product and company. I want to resell but there is no value for it. Plz do not take any product by just watching their advertisement they all are liars.

Almost all vendor they give product with many ways but issue comes after buying product, Kent is really smart post sales how to gambling money, every product and small product they are going charge and if you are careless to ask questions, they charges u for visiting, charges under free warranty,
