Kent WONDER (11033) 7 L RO + UF Water Purifier

I have bought Kent Grand plus in 2019 about 18k, and 2.5yrs almost paid near by 15k. The maintenance and parts are so costly. Very pathetic service .

Service executive makes fool to customer.!

I have recently took service as the filter was not working and its in free service. Executive came and just by opening the filter saying all part you have to replace and it will cost 6K.

I knew he was just trying to earn more so I send him back without buying anything and took service from external vendor. this external vendor guy explained me in details and in just 1K he gave to sediment filter and thatz it.

Be aware of KENT guys.!

Never ever buy kent ro systems

Kent was not working (tds above 250) and hence i booked kent service. Technician came and charged 9k and still there was no reduction in TDS. We called him again and he came and charged 3k again. Yes you are reading it correct we became fool by spening 12k just to repair kent.We would get new RO system in less than this price. I am able to see other good new RO systems around 8k.

They took 3 days to visit our home after booking. It affected my family health also.

I want to avoid people getting fooled like me in the name of brand. Its no more a brand now.

The customer care first of all dont respond to the calls..n when u call them they r extremely rude n arrogant

Of the experience is today where the executive Irfan was soo rude n shouting on me, their numbers are switched or they dont answer the call and top of that they are arrogant in their behaviour!!

I bought kent in december 2021 and they give free service for 3 years. Every time I ask for service they give me a bill of min. 1000rs and after 1 year they have some timer which says its 1 year complete, you cant reset it just filters need to be replaced which cost around 6k each year and that too which come after 5 days continuous calls and follow ups. after that technician came and he created another problem of overflowing and now saying that also need to be replaced buz I didn't buy bigger product from him.

I hd taken AMC of kent RO pearl that is free services for one year paid. with in one month, 3 times functioning of RO stopped , they didn't change filter even after complaining thrice, every times they come only clean filters, so due to dirty filters RO motor get damaged Then I hd paid lot of money for new motor after 4 days again RO stopped functioning So shameful services

Pretty bad product, have spent about 15k on repairs over the last 2 years. would have been more economical to buy a new one. Customer service is terrible, you will be directed to a chat bot which was probably developed as part of a college project. stay away if you want to retain your money and your sanity.

I purchased a Kent Grand RO system in Dec 2021. Kent spent huge amount on advertising and boast about customer service. There service is very poor. You cannot speak they have pre-recorded messages. Even after putting service request nobody is coming. My ither local RO was much better with low price and excellent service. Extra money they charge in comparison to local ones is just waste of money.

Kent is a big brand in water purifier's market but uchi dukaan pheeke pakwaan is the right idiom for KENT. I bought Kent Grand RO on 5th oct 2021 and 10aug 2022 it's membrane was dead and company change the membrane as per the commitment of one year warranty but today 15dec2022 again the membrane is dead and the life is only 4 month of membrane which cost is rs 2700. Now company demands rs 4340 for repair. The second problem with Kent is AMC which they charge rs 2000 only for electric parts and rs 2700 for membrane, rs 1550 is for filters and rs 500 for other filter that means rs 5000 need every year for maintenance

It has been only 9 months since I got your product and now you are charging me Rs.600 for shifting the purifier from my flats within the same cluster. Your executive says that the service is free but these will be levied; isn't this a service! Your guys are looting.

They say they will give 4 years free service but they don't. The service person came in 1 year, only cleaned the bucket and then asked for warrenty card. Then said we need to pay ₹300.

I have taken Kent Grand Zero water waste water purifier in April 2021 for Rs. 16500/- in chennai. It gave alarm beep for change of filter in 07/2022 (we are2 people in my home so water usage is less)

I had to change filter which costed Rs.4635/-

Now in November 2022 I observed the water filtering is very slow and called for service. The technician came and told Motor pump needs replacement and along with that one filter is also need to be replaced which will cost around 5200/-.

I thought Kent is a good brand and I can use the filter for very long time..but now I realized that the cost of maintaining the filter is very high and a common man cannot bear the charges of filters and other spare parts because the cost of spare parts is very high and the technicians always tells to replace this part replace that part..

.just they want to sell the spare parts..

I got frustrated with the maintenance cost and attitude of the technicians

Bought Kent RO - Six months back, got serviced two times with in span of six months. I was offered 3 Years free Service, and even with in six months time only, got get get the candle and other things got replaced by chargeable basis. Got to understand that one year warranty means - any things goes bad inside Kent RO will be replaced at free of cost. Finally end up paying - for the candles replaced.

Horrible experience - with the product, not even sustaining for 6 Mnoths, two times service in with in span of sx months,

I was offered 1+3 - 1 Year warranty, and 3 Year, of free service, the way the KENT RO is performing I dont think, it will last for three years.

I have water purifier and it comes under warranty so tap was having leakage so I raised complain to replace it. These people are just extending and after few days they say that's not comes under warranty which actually comes. Their escalation level are useless they will never respond neither on mobile or email. Total worst team.

I replaced my filters at a cost of 4800 in July and again in September RO started beeping. When service personnel came he asked me to change the filter which would cost 5500/- .When I asked how can the filter be damaged in 4 months he blamed the water quality. In our apartment we have TDS of 275 for raw water so it can't be a problem.

Their service professions are not at all trained in the product. only knows how to replace the filters and keep blaming external factors for a shoddy product. Everytime I have to shell out 300 rs for their 5 minutes of visit.

I highly recommend not to buy KENT products as this company's business model is built on fleecing customers in service

Hi All,

We bought KENT RO purifier for RS 17, 500 on 12 Sep 2021 and they given the warranty for one year, purifier often stops working,

so we have raised the 4 service request in one year in the warrnaty period, then service engineer will come and rectify the issue,

however it will work only for 2 to 3months, N ow warranty period got over,

In the meantime, we got a Call from KENT RO that warranty period is extended without any additional cost in last month.

Now it stopped working, so again we have raised the service request, the service person attended the service request and saying we need to replace the filter

and it will be costed Rs 4500 along with the service cost, so we don't know what to do.

so please think twice before buying KENT RO purifier.

Frequent break downs and extremely bad service.Thinking of throwing this product.Have changed every part except the water tank and cover.

You are kept on hold for a long time before getting connected.

Customer service people do not take your feedback on phone and ask you to send an email.
