Kent WONDER (11033) 7 L RO + UF Water Purifier

One of the worst product I have everseen in my life. Huge maintenance cost and the service guys everytime keeps changing filters, motor, etc charging everytime Rs 3000-4000. The company is least bothered as service guys are looting the customers. Plz #ThinkTwice before buying any kent product.

I am using Kent UV+ RO purifier since 6 years, and each year I am spending atleast 8k to 10k on service, every time there is some or the other problem. Totally dissatisfied with the product and service, their filters are so damn expensive. Water starts overflowing from the pump and burns the circuit. This happened 3 times in 6 years of service

After installing this product, after 1 year we have faved lot of problems. Change filter. After change filter within two months again we get continue beep sound. No water flow. We call customer care, they expect again to pay 300 service charge. Again need to change filter. Very bad product. I advice please don't buy.

Nice product from KENT.The purified water from this product helps us our body to stay fit and fine as well as kills the harmfull micro organisms.This product is also helpfull for our digestive system.I was being using this product and I fell healthy and fine after drinking this purified water.At last I want to say that for better health better diet and water is essential.so why not from this.

Horrible experience both with the product and the quality of service. We bought the product two years ago and have problems from

Day One. The product stops working and requires multiple calls to the Service centre to get someone to visit you. Even

after the visit, they are only interested in replacing the parts and charging money. After two years of agony, we have

finally stopped using the product.

Never deal with this company. They have no respect for their customer.

The water purifier was installed on the he 14th or 15th, the water had been drained out more than twice. We still have a very bad taste in the water. Waiting for a technician to come in 24hrs is hideous. I have tried contacting the customer care and the recorded message States my complaint number saying it will be resolved. How dangerous is the bad water taste and how can it be rectified. I need it to be done immediately as we are unable to drink much water.

One of the worst RO systems in the market. Bought it two years back. In two years the IC board has got spoilt twice, the candles changed after service started leaking. Much worse than even a local system. In a span of less than 800 days, multiple parts have been changed. Their quality is extremely sub standard. You definitely do not get what you pay for. Used a Zero B earlier. It lasted a good 8years before I changed over to Kent.

Strongly do not recommend.

I bought this water filter.After 3 month the ballast was burnt. I live abroad and ask Kent service to replace the part within India.They answered I should bring it back to India the whole filter for warranty while I gave them an address to mail it in India.Worst customer service.Dont buy this product.

This is excellent product of drinking water.Its cost Rs. 19500, it has double purification function. Kent RO systems Service Centers are frauds and cheats and they will close your call as routine visit and then charge you for parts and services even if your product is in warranty and sometimes their technicians will not provide bills for products inspite of repeated requests and service center owner will question you for not taking bills instead of questioning his employee.

This seems to the practice of service center to dupe Kent and Customers by closing legitimate calls as routine visit and sell parts and service separately.

The only way to use kent RO is to make sure you know about each and every part and their how to find that the part has reached its end of life. Else these cheaters will cheat and rob of your hard earned money.

Never buy kent product. Its a complete fraud company, worst product and the servicing is a nightmare. I had bought this product two years back. and after use of 1 year there were many problems started. The serviceman came and replaced all the parts cost about 9000. again after 6 months same issue came. the service agent came and again replaced the same thing which they replaced last time.

We did not had any option . again after 5 months same issue came(water was not coming). now I fed up and stopped using it. I have the bills of parts. I am sharing.

These company people are TOP CLASS BASTARTDS. They all are FRAUDS. Never trapped with kents product.

I raised a complaint with KENT RO on leakage. I was told a technician will visit.

After few follow ups a technician comes to my place, opens the tap, breaks it n tells me to call a plumber! Thank you very much!

Later customer service calls, when I tell him of the ordeal he tells me that leakage is plumbing issue n technician can’t fix it. If that’s the case, why was my complaint registered and why did the technician touch the tap?

Very unhappy with the service n attitude.

I bought Kento RO+UV filter in may 2017 and have been using it since 1 year, in the past one year I had this water flow stoppage 3times and some minor parts have to be replaced, as the product is in warranty no major costs incurred till now.

I had some problem again in june 1st week(not in warranty anymore), and he changed some part which costs 300 and for service he took 300 more.(600 in june 1st week.)

Now the water is leaking out from the filter and the service guy says he has to change some part which costs 2000 Rs and for service 300.

So basically if you buy Kent product, be prepared to pay 50% of the price every year for maintaining it, one of the worst and costliest product in the market, you have to improve your service.

I also tried to check cost of AMC(annual maintenance contract) and to my surprise the call center people say the mechanic will come and test your machine he will charge you 300 for check up and then tell the price, I already have a service request for water leakage issue and these people say you have separately for servicing and then for the guy to check AMC separate charges, what a crap way to steal money.

I checked few online blogs and found out the AMC is around 2500 just for free services and around 6000(30% of new filter cost) if you have to insure your filter parts, what a way to sell your faulty product.

I am now trying to cancel the request I made, and guess what you can't even talk to call center representatives till your service is taken care off, it just says your request is being processed and you don't have option to cancel it, great value for the customers .

Keep it up Kent RO, I can't even find some dealer who can give me 2000 for this product and exchange it with new one, that's the value you are creating for yourself in the market.

Its being 2 years I purchsed this product and came to know that I totally wasted my money. The agent came from KENT for installation was not even having proper tools for installing it, he was asking for a drill machine from me.

Actually the product comes for around 16000 INR and not worth it, I would like to suggest people to purchase a RO system from nearby market rather than purchasing it.

User Friendly: It is simple to use, You just have to on it and give water supply.

Durability: The product is not durable at all, The parts are made in such a way so that they stop working after two months of use and a agent will come from the company and tell you filter is obsolete or the UV stopped working.

The parts offered by KENT are so expensive, One filter costs 800 rupess. and the filter stop working after just 2 months.

The style of the product is not good, it is not handy, No matters its handy or not its going to give you a lot of problem and headache. its totally waste to purchase this product.

Service and Support: The KENT looks for opportunity to fool their customers and having a huge business. They do EMC at really high cost.

Please dont buy this product at all. its totally waste.

Friends i'm also used kent grand before 2 years. So I want to share my experience with you. Guys it have many water purify filters like Ro Uf Uv Tds. The best thing in Kent is Alarm system. When the kent water purifying filters are not working well the machines alert you with a alarm. The taste of kent grand is so so so good. I'm so happy with it. But it have lot of problems like it have average maintance cost. It have many time tds setting problem & averall the looks & design is good.

Positive Points.

1) Good Water Taste

2) Good Looking

Negative Points.

1) Kent Machine wants Maintance in Summer & Rainy season

2) Machine wants Tds setting in summers & rainy seasons.

Kent RO was my first RO that I installed in my house. By my experience Kent really gives pure and healthy supply of drinking water it saves us from different diseases and I really say it is right but talking about it's bad aspect, it isn't that handy, it requires maintenance and it's spare parts also cost a lot which gets damaged by usage, for best quality proper supply of water is needed. So, I think it is a must to have but before you buy it read all your manuals and check it's service in your area because it's service is not that good. By ending my review I want to say that it is a good product which requires a good maintenance which you need to have.

Very pathetic customer service. Their technician say the filter change doesn't work and you should not bother about that. Charged 350 on 27th and again will charge 350 today even though the problem is not resolved. Also they have lot of weird processes for verification.
