You can't rely on their service as they are more keen to selling their partsand cheat us

Just stop using such innovative ways only to attract customers rather than that invest your ideas in improvising your product and improving your customer services, that will help you to atleast save your existing customers. Its just been 1.5 yrs and your product is proved the worst by your our servicing people, cuz every moment when they do come they just are behind customers money. This isnt working, filter is damaged is their all tym fav excuse to prey customers. Though warranty period stands for 1 yr where they dont even bother to call you or be in touch with customers but as warranty period is over they turn so caring for their customers only to earn money. The service mechanic are just trained to earn money, even during installation they find way to add surplus charges stating your building water flow speed is either poor or very fast and solution to either buy booster or filters. If you say no they literally have fight with you stating your product will get damaged if you dont take their suggestion. After the warranty period every 3 months service mechanic just charged us between Rs 600- 1500 stating filter issue or warranty extension which claims nothing. THE WORST PRODUCT PLEASE DONT BUY ANY KENT PRODUCTS

  1. Our product serial no. is KR1905027382 and purchase date is 23 Oct 2019. The cost paid for this product is Rs 16500/-




  2. On 23 Oct the service guy installed faulty equipment which was of no use and we were not able to get drinking water out of purifier.




  3. On 29 Oct, there was marriage at home and our purifier was not working after raising complaints with your distributor which is why we have to arrange mineral water bottles for marriage purpose. We incurred huge expenses on water during marriage as purifier was not working. We can produce marriage card on request.




  4. After frequent requests and raising issue on twitter company sent technicians on 13 November 2019 who were not able to resolve the issue. There is frequent leakage.

Service technician visited and told my kent ro water purifier pump pressure is less, need to replace the pump, told me to buy amc worth inr 2000 and assured me pump replacement.so i bought the amc.


Later other technician visited and told that pump is working fine but problem is with filter.


Now they are asking to repalce filter which is costing inr 3700 and which is not covered under the amc.


So kent sevice centre ASHOK VIHAR, DELHI cheated me with my hard earned money.


Please do not buy their product as they are liars and cheat.

I first time bought a Kent product i.e. Kent Grand Plus RO water purifier in July'19. I realized it was a very BIG MISTAKE for choosing a brand as the service experience is very PATHETIC from such a big brand after raising first service request after 4 months.


I called Kent executive(Nishant) at 9:30am, he committed to come by 11am. Again, I called him at 12pm, he again committed to come in half an hour by 12:30pm.


I got frustrated after waiting for so long by 2:30pm for a single service and called service executive(Mr. Gupta). He assured me and said your case has been escalated and now his senior will call me in next 10 minutes and again here is another disappointment as didn't receive any call.


The Kent executive(Nishant) came around 5:30pm and left by 6pm by saying the service has been done now. Here comes another BIG DISAPPOINTMENT when the product stopped working at all after providing the service by the company.


I wish I hadn't called him, so the product would have at least been working.


Kent RO is HORRIBLE product.

We purchased Kent RO last year in 2018. we are utterly disappointed and feel cheated. Every three months one or the other filter has to be changed.


within a year of purchase we had to change the motor 2500, and filters once in every three months 3500 . GO for it if you are ready to shell down 7000 to 8000 per year on maintenance.

This is Abhishek, I have Kent RO grand plus filter in home, I have raise request for service through Kent service. and technician(Bashya) visited from RS enterprises on 5 Oct and clean the water container.


After 1 week it's stopped filtering the water and I request again and same technician visited and he don't want to replace the filter which I have ordered from Amazon then I ask I want to discuss your boss and he connected to some MR Prashanth and that guy also said we cannot replace the filter which you have ordered from Amazon.


My question is: Why Kent technician cannot replace the filter which I have order from Amazon. If there any rule then.




  • Why you are selling spare parts on Amazon.




  • Why it's not mentioned in your service request site that technician will not replaced the item from out side.




  • It is not mentioned any where in his invoice which he has given me on 5th Oct.






I have already paid 300 Rs on 5th Oct and this service is valid for 15th Days, who will serve me now.


Can I get my 300 service charges which you have charge to me.

Hi friends, I am today sharing my reviews on my newly purchased Kent New grand RO.


My family never had an RO as we don't ever required one. However, upon a friends suggestion, we thought of having one.


Going by several reviews here and there and with help from some friends I ordered Kent New grand RO, however, I was initially ordering Kent Grand. But I was told Kent New Grand was an upgrade over Kent Grand, so I ordered it from Amazon. I paid almost 14699 for it. Product was delivered properly and timely by Amazon and later installed at a suitable time by kent authorised person. Product is working fine. However, I have noticed that it wastes a lot of water, I suppose it wastes almost 5 litres of water to give one litre of pure water. Other than this it makes a lot of humming noise which makes it very uncomfortable for my mom to work in the kitchen.


Why I am giving this product a negative review is partly because of the pricing policy of amazon. I ordered and received my product in mid of august at 14699. however just 2 weeks later it is being sold at amazon on 12999 with 10% discount i.e. at 11700. So it would mean that I have been charged 3000 rs extra. So am I not cheated. It is still being sold at 13499 with 10% discount i.e. at 12000 approx. SO I have paid almost 2500 rs extra.


So everyone who is reading this review should be aware of this and should get clarity about price, before ordering it on Amazon or anywhere else.

I am sorry to say that the Kent RO Systems service is very useless and dirty service. Just got the service done two months ago and I spent around ₹ 5200. And after two months it deteriorated again. And two months ago, the one who did the service is named Jeetendra. If I spend ₹ 5000 after every two months, three months after four months, than why should I take this Kent.

Please don't buy Kent water purifiers. The worst product I have ever used. It stops working every 2 months and needs to replace its filter and other parts. The maintenance cost is very high, almost spend around 10K in 2-3 month time(soon after their 1 year free service period).

I bought a Kent RO system purifier a couple of years back. In the last six months I landed up spending around Rs. 14000 on replacing various parts and still the filter doesn't work. It is unablle to filter water.


This is a scam by Kent in earning by replacing filter parts and using bad quality parts that have to replaced frequently.

I had purchased KENT RO around 3 and half years back. For the first year it was good. But then in every 3-4 months I have to replace Membrane, Filter etc. which costs around 4-4.5k . Considering the amount of money I have invested in, Bisleri would have been at least 50% more cheaper. The only good thing about KENT is their CC service after all without their CC representative how would the loot everyone. They are just goons without guns in simple words.
