THIS IS WORTH READING IT, YOU MUST READ THE WHOLE INCIDENT ONCE. IT WILL GIVE YOU A CLEAR PICTURE OF KENT CUSTOMER SERVICES.
I will start from the starting from where the whole story begins.
In end of september 2018 I called kent help line to send a technician for the service . he came and checked the water TDS level and without check any part of the product he assured me that everything is fine. I asked him to check the product properly he assured by saying that I do number of services on daily basis you can trust me . than he offered me that your AMC is about to finish and you must renew the AMC, I was not intrested in AMC, thanhe told me the benefits and assured me that the membrane and filter is included, he gave an example:- if you membrane or filter gets any problem even a single part will cover cost of AMC that you will pay, he told me the amount for membrane arround 4000 . I got interested and paid for the AMC I had to leave for my office so I didnt read terms and conditions I only trusted the words of the technician of KENT, and I think this is thing most of people does, no one read each and every term and condition. he was very polite at the time of renewing AMC. now today morning I got some problem in RO, I called kent and very effeciently they send the technician and the guy was same who renewed my AMC. he told me that the membrance is gone and we have to change it, I will easy because I have AMC, he told me the cost is 3700 I informed him about the AMC, he said that the AMC doesnot cover this thing. I make him remeber that he came to renew my AMC and showed him the AMC paper then he recognised and told me that he never made any comittment I felt very bad about fake commitment at the time of amc renewal. I called the customer services and informed and told that the money is not an issue, the issue is that this guy made a false comittment. than the customer care told me to talk to his senior. he called VIKAS, a branch incharge in Greater noida branch and he was so rude he simply denied that our technician cannot make any false comittment. I got a feeling of cheated . I called kent again they were not trying to listen they only were stick to one statement that amc doesnot include it. Again I requested that the issue is with the false comitment made not with the money . kent represtative asked me that if kent have given you any information about AMC. I asked that than this guy belongs to which company I got reciept of KENt and this guy was sent to me by KENT. that they had no answer, I asked to transfer me to seniors. she transfered me to the supervisor NIDHI, she told me taht she is putting me on hold and calling area manage sales for the solution and after that she diconnected my call which is a very rude gesture. again I called the KENT and the techenician with a smile told me that nothing will happen they will do nothing you have to pay they will not give any solution this is our daily work. I was again connected to kent now the lady was not transferring me to the supervisior . she told me that there is no supervisor on the Floor. I insisted alot than she transferred me to the supervisor ABHISHEK, now here come the twist this guy was such a rude person. he denied listening me and the complaint he simply replied was I available when you paid AMC how do I know about the fake commitment I asked him if you were not present than howcome you can take side of you technician only. if I can pay you 2000 for nothing I can pay 3700 as well but the issue is regarding fake committiment and I dont want any other person suffer. and at last he again said me to handover phone to the technician and technician told him that we have discussed with VIKAS, and then he passed phone to me the kent supervisior became more rude and answered me that you have already talked to VIKAS I said yes, but you guys told me that you are connecting to area sales manager. he said rudely that it will be the same information that you have already got from VIKAS. Those guys dont even know the difference bet ween area sales manager and the branch head. than he siply refused to help me by saying that he cannot help me. They donot even bothered to listen and understand that there is technician have misguided and made the false committments which are not good for the KENT brand reputation. Well that guy away and I wasted my 2 hours discussing with KENT with no solution . and there technician again told me in taunting manner that I have already told you nothing will happen. I felt so bad with the KENT, that I asked him to dismount the machine and take away with him I will purchase a new RO with different brand, he said it is not included in service, you have to pay extra for this. normally its not our work. I felt so bad that kent is full of a bunch of crooks . it seems that they are alltogether working with the nice setting . So now I am looking for a new RO. I also came through the various products in the market where I cam to know that there are products available on online website with such a good rates. even service kit and the membrane so cheap. you need to take AMC for this purchase products online and call a local guy for service from a shop. it is much better and cheaper that the KENT. and also it will avoid all this bullshit that I have gone through. I WAS TOLD THAT A SUPERVISOR WILL ARRANGE A CALL FROM THE THE DEPARTMENT TO LOOK IN THE MATTER BUT TILL NOW I HAVENT RECIEVED ANY CALL THE WHOLE DAY PASSED.
PLEASE DONT TAKE AMC. JUST VIST ONLINE AND GET NICE PRODUCT(SERVICE KIT), MEMBRANE AND FILTER etc. AND GET IT FIXED BY A LOCAL TECHNICIAN FROM ANY GOOD SHOP.
