While installing they will say everything good. Service very worst. No response from technician. We have to followup and wait for them at home. Worst service. Technician came and replaced choke, later there was lot of sound from filter. We followed up again there is no response. Again he is asking service charge for this. Spare parts Normally outside less cost. These people are taking extra cost.

One person from KENT company sent as technician(phone number+916297959774) against service request # 190102-05315, #190104-05765 and #190105-05871 - though all were shut down without any service.


This person is a muscleman and denied to provide me a receipt of the proposed service. He used most filthy ever language, shouted and left the house without any work.


I would recommend users not to purchase this product, neither use this APP. Whenever you raise a service request - KENT company will close it - above 3 are examples.


The service is worst - I paid this company Rs.10000 - but think all will be waste.

I ve been using Kent Pearl RO since 2014. For the past one year it has started giving trouble. Every 3 months its water starts leaking and technicians come and make us buy its parts. They insist us to take AMC. I feel they purposely leave some defect unattended so that we have to call them repeatedly n give 300 rs on every visit. Its sheer loot. Am totally dissatisfied with their helpline n service

Hello,


I am very disappointed and fed-up with product, service and process of Kent water purifie.


My machine is not getting start from last 7 days. I were given service request 7 days back but still there is no resolution. During this period of time there is two service person visit but both were junk fellow as they were not able to solve the problem and simply closing the ticket, It is causing a big loss and headache for ?u?s.


For the same I have called 10 times to care but care person is not at all serious and bother about the customer pain/satisfaction/resolution but repeatedly telling Sorry?.? and raising a new ticket for the same ?mother ?issue., Which is meaning less.


I ?purchased machine ?assuming, it is Kent brand where product, service and process will be very nice as per advertisement, but in reality I am not happy at all with machine(Problem started in just 2-Month) and service(service person is junk engineer?, ?they don't know how to solve the issue and simply closing the ticket) and process(Customer Care person is not at all bother about customer pain/old ticket status/resolution/etc., they are simply taking a service request without follow-up. Instead of providing a proper resolution they are simply telling sorry and raising a new ticket for the same mother complain.)

Note:- As my next course of action I am putting the same status an all the feedback/review website portal(Google review, mouth-shut, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) and I will share the link with you.? After that I will go for consumer court.

Hi friends, I use Kent RO System. I buy this RO system some months ago. It's working properly in few days after that this system have rise many problems for example water suiting, havy noise and auto cut system not work properly . Its waste so much water. It's also consume so much electricity. It requires heavy maintaince. It is not an user friendly and durable product . I don't like the design of this product. This is not handy style. This RO System customer service is not reraible for me because they attend the service call after 48 hours. So there service support is not prompt and perfect.

Regretting every day of having bought Kent RO. The body case developed a crack during the warranty period and it was refused to be replaced. I had to buy the same. The service center staff was rude, not well skilled and its expensive to maintain! no extra benefit but clearly worse possible in the market.

Had to shell out Rs.3000 every year after purchasing Kent Pearl RO.


Very poor product design.


Didn't find it worth the buy. In fact I regret why I recommended this product initially to my family and friends.Everyone is facing similar challenge.


Kent is not bothered. They didn't respond to my complaints earlier too.

The service engineer told us that after 1.5 years that the filters need to be replaced. The cost is 3700/-. He insisted on replacing something else which I categorically declined. I have already paid through my nose to buy a good RO filter last year and now within a year it has broken down. It was a bad decision to go for the water filter.

I have bought kent pearl(for 15k+) couple of years back, every 6 month its maintenance/repair charges for nearly 5k means every 18 month I need to bear the price of a new purifier. Worst service and customer support. every alternate time a new component will fail to work.

Do not purched kent ro .when everu req any spare partsthey charged visiting charged plus spare cost. that items cost 100 rs in market but they charged 350.very very poor service.like one in valve with adaptor req nd if this will damage they charged 350 +350 visit charged but that u can buy in 150 rs out side.

Hello.DR.SATHISH here.this is the worst water filter I ever purchased.quality of the water is vvvvv bad.no replacemnt policy of fault machine we getafter purchase. customer care and service attends quickly but product needs regular service as tds goes high in a week after service and they charge .everytime some part needs replacement and upon questioning they throw it on either dealer or suggest calling customer care who doesnt care regarding this isuue.i called repeatedly reg this bad taste and poor standard spares and they say we are helpless. pls dont buy kent, you will be unhealthy due to unpurified high tds water.

Bogus service. I bought ro system before 3 years.since last 1 year, it stops dispensing water. when I call for complain. a person will come and detach some part from the system. and within few days the water will be stopped. I have faced this problem 4-5 times. and finally the problem is there. every time they charge rs. 300/- and another for parts, approx.1000/- to 2000/-. I would like to convey this msg to all, please don't buy kent product. they are cheater. I want to give negative pointsmarks but it is not in system.

Filter will fail within 1 year time and eventually your membrane which leads to disfunctioning of the entire system and will cost you around Rs 5000/- per year. This is what happened with me even after 2 timely services in a year. Their service engineer do not work properly during the first free services so that your system fails.

I upgraded my old water purifier recently and purchased a new KENT Prime Plus water purifier. After using it for several months now, I am totally satisfied that I opted for a model with multistage purification. My purifier has RO+UV+UF+TDS control+ UV in tank purification, thus ensuring 100% purified water is dispensed. This is no doubt the best RO purifier I’ve come across.

We brought a new kent gold purifier from the shop.The shop guys told kent people will come to install within 24 hours But it took 4 days to come.


In that 4 days we were calling customer care continuously they were not responding properly They were telling they will come tomorrow for sure the next day nobody came.


We called customer care nearly for 10 times a day to get a proper response.4th day he came and installed.


The customer service and customer care both are bad but the product is good.


You will get frustrated till they come and install.

THIS IS WORTH READING IT, YOU MUST READ THE WHOLE INCIDENT ONCE. IT WILL GIVE YOU A CLEAR PICTURE OF KENT CUSTOMER SERVICES.


I will start from the starting from where the whole story begins.


In end of september 2018 I called kent help line to send a technician for the service . he came and checked the water TDS level and without check any part of the product he assured me that everything is fine. I asked him to check the product properly he assured by saying that I do number of services on daily basis you can trust me . than he offered me that your AMC is about to finish and you must renew the AMC, I was not intrested in AMC, thanhe told me the benefits and assured me that the membrane and filter is included, he gave an example:- if you membrane or filter gets any problem even a single part will cover cost of AMC that you will pay, he told me the amount for membrane arround 4000 . I got interested and paid for the AMC I had to leave for my office so I didnt read terms and conditions I only trusted the words of the technician of KENT, and I think this is thing most of people does, no one read each and every term and condition. he was very polite at the time of renewing AMC. now today morning I got some problem in RO, I called kent and very effeciently they send the technician and the guy was same who renewed my AMC. he told me that the membrance is gone and we have to change it, I will easy because I have AMC, he told me the cost is 3700 I informed him about the AMC, he said that the AMC doesnot cover this thing. I make him remeber that he came to renew my AMC and showed him the AMC paper then he recognised and told me that he never made any comittment I felt very bad about fake commitment at the time of amc renewal. I called the customer services and informed and told that the money is not an issue, the issue is that this guy made a false comittment. than the customer care told me to talk to his senior. he called VIKAS, a branch incharge in Greater noida branch and he was so rude he simply denied that our technician cannot make any false comittment. I got a feeling of cheated . I called kent again they were not trying to listen they only were stick to one statement that amc doesnot include it. Again I requested that the issue is with the false comitment made not with the money . kent represtative asked me that if kent have given you any information about AMC. I asked that than this guy belongs to which company I got reciept of KENt and this guy was sent to me by KENT. that they had no answer, I asked to transfer me to seniors. she transfered me to the supervisor NIDHI, she told me taht she is putting me on hold and calling area manage sales for the solution and after that she diconnected my call which is a very rude gesture. again I called the KENT and the techenician with a smile told me that nothing will happen they will do nothing you have to pay they will not give any solution this is our daily work. I was again connected to kent now the lady was not transferring me to the supervisior . she told me that there is no supervisor on the Floor. I insisted alot than she transferred me to the supervisor ABHISHEK, now here come the twist this guy was such a rude person. he denied listening me and the complaint he simply replied was I available when you paid AMC how do I know about the fake commitment I asked him if you were not present than howcome you can take side of you technician only. if I can pay you 2000 for nothing I can pay 3700 as well but the issue is regarding fake committiment and I dont want any other person suffer. and at last he again said me to handover phone to the technician and technician told him that we have discussed with VIKAS, and then he passed phone to me the kent supervisior became more rude and answered me that you have already talked to VIKAS I said yes, but you guys told me that you are connecting to area sales manager. he said rudely that it will be the same information that you have already got from VIKAS. Those guys dont even know the difference bet ween area sales manager and the branch head. than he siply refused to help me by saying that he cannot help me. They donot even bothered to listen and understand that there is technician have misguided and made the false committments which are not good for the KENT brand reputation. Well that guy away and I wasted my 2 hours discussing with KENT with no solution . and there technician again told me in taunting manner that I have already told you nothing will happen. I felt so bad with the KENT, that I asked him to dismount the machine and take away with him I will purchase a new RO with different brand, he said it is not included in service, you have to pay extra for this. normally its not our work. I felt so bad that kent is full of a bunch of crooks . it seems that they are alltogether working with the nice setting . So now I am looking for a new RO. I also came through the various products in the market where I cam to know that there are products available on online website with such a good rates. even service kit and the membrane so cheap. you need to take AMC for this purchase products online and call a local guy for service from a shop. it is much better and cheaper that the KENT. and also it will avoid all this bullshit that I have gone through. I WAS TOLD THAT A SUPERVISOR WILL ARRANGE A CALL FROM THE THE DEPARTMENT TO LOOK IN THE MATTER BUT TILL NOW I HAVENT RECIEVED ANY CALL THE WHOLE DAY PASSED.


PLEASE DONT TAKE AMC. JUST VIST ONLINE AND GET NICE PRODUCT(SERVICE KIT), MEMBRANE AND FILTER etc. AND GET IT FIXED BY A LOCAL TECHNICIAN FROM ANY GOOD SHOP.


I HOPE THIS WILL GIVE AN IDEA OF CUSTOMER SERVICE OF KENT BEFORE YOU PLAN FOR MAKING A PURCHASE WITH KENT.

Disappointed.Kent promises service in 24 hrs . Lodged a complaint on 5.12.2018 at 10 AM . And specifically told them as I am working I Wil be available after 2 . Inspire of this Engineer came at 1 pm when I was not at home . Result iis that my problem is still not sorted . Disappointing and umprofessional

Inferior quality product

Plastic body of Kent Pearl is of interior quality. Even after regular cleaning it is easily getting Algae deposited at the bottom. It looks the plastic material is not upto the mark and is not food grade plastic. Overall product quality also deteriorated.

Kent purifier good machine for purifying water because it gets so many problems in purifying I use this machine only for 2 months and after that I had to change the purifire.


It purifies water but not perfectly and one more thing that is it's design that makes a formality.


Yes price is very high every person cannot buy this product because it's price is very high .


Our friends did not use this machine because it is not purifying the water perfectly.


It service is bad so I advised all that newly uses person who wants to buy this you buy it but carefully thank you and this is my opinion for this product.
