Kent Superb 9 L RO + UV +UF Water Purifier

I have a Kent RO last 5 years. It works well and have no complain about this product. Yes its catridge I change twice in a year, All its catridge and filter change depend upon water quality. We are staying in a coal belt so water is always mix with mud and impurities, so it catridge takes 1-2 year to change. all team of this company is supportive and help whenever u call them, In our area it's distributer is a nice person always ready to help.if his electrician are absent he

himself come and solve problem. I am happy with Kent RO water purifier

Kent RO is one of the worst product and failure machine, I have purchased then after short time without long usage cartridges and filters are failed. I request to all never purchase Kent RO and never suggest to anybodies. Technician quality is one of the Poor.

Beware of the service technicians that they send to your house. Always keep an eye on them of what they are doing as they might make up things on the spot in order to sell you new parts. So it was in 2022 august when the motor inside my Kent Grand Star had an issue and I called the technician to my house in order to solve the problem. A guy named Jagdish Singh came to my house from Kent branch based in Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi. He told me that the motor in my RO is not working so I went ahead with his suggestion of replacing the motor. He told me that the motor would cost me ₹2700 but if I gave my old motor to him then he would install the new motor for ₹2000. And because I was short on cash I went ahead with the 2nd option. Moving forward to 2023, I was not using my RO for a long time as I was living in some other city. The first thing I did after returning to my home was to call a technician for a routine service and ironically the same guy came. One thing to keep in mind is that my RO was working completely fine. The technician aka Jagdish Singh told me that the external filter has decayed and needs to be replaced to which I agreed and that moment the garbage van came to pick the garbage and I went there. In the meantime he started cleaning the internal filters. After I came back he told me that my motor is not working and I need to replace it and he was really insisting on it. I thought that the last time I replaced my motor, it took 4 years to have a problem in it but I was surprised that it is unable to function after 11 months but the thing was I didn't even use my RO in this time period. So I caught hold of his scam and tried to contact the head office in Noida and soon as they picked my call. Jagdish (technician) told me that now the motor is working fine as it should. So please beware of this scam that these technicians do. Always be wary of such individuals. If I get to rate the service provided by Kent I would rate it zero as they provide horrible service. These guys will sell your RO parts after repairing them in the open market.

Hoping this review will help others to decide on the RO purifier. Today as water s the most critical resource needed for all of us , that to clean n pure, hence i choosed Kent as best that time considering the add and other factors.But slowly i realised it s big scam in background n just a dirty profit making policies by all such fraud brand.As time goes i understand Kent RO membrane goes max 3-4 months then I had to replace all parts including RO, cost goes around 15-20K per year. This again after multiple follow up n request. You can't imagine the same setup of part will last for 3-4 months at least in Bangalore. Nobody gives you clue about the maintenance or service cost from Kent team.once you installed then they start making you fool.Thus you feel after spending so much let s continue for a year or more.At last you will realise the cost s beyond expectations n hurible customer care services.So never ever trust these people n never go for Kent.Just thought to aware the people , so that they can decide the best RO in market.Now a days water in rent s available.you can go for rent or Bisleri or any water can cost around 30-70 rs s better choice in bangalore.options and completion r more and definitely you can choose the best one, but never go with Kent.There should be negative rating from mouthshut , so that I would HV rated negative as well.

Hardly been 1 month & I m running door to door to get it replaced/fixed/refunded. Pls dont buy this shizzz at all, trust me on this. I m a genuine buyer, a common man who is now struggling with this shizzz on top of my hectic life/job. All good reviews are mostly paid ones for sure, else this shizzz is not worth a dime, while I m losing my hard earned money of 65k on this now.

Such a worse service we experienced from Dynamic RO Kent service/Genuine RO service. We took 3 years AMC with them, but they started charging for the parts right after year, saying that we have already used the limit on the spare parts. Every time technician comes for service and change few parts, not sure genuinity of those parts as they don't give warranty to the parts if we take AMC. They make sure, with in an year, they will replace all parts and then start charging from next year..Now, we wasted additional 2 years AMC because they charge hefty for the spare parts. I don't recommend at all to go with Dynamic RO/ Genuine RO service. If you want to make use of their service then try for an year Max. If you choose more than a year, for sure they will loot your money.

Worst experience I ever had with any company or any product. I don't know why I bought this product. Every week someone comes to fix something and something goes off. And only solution they have for fixing is change some part in it. They don't fix they sell 2 rs thing in thousands. God please never buy anything from kent. Bhagwaan kare ye company hi band hojaye. Hema malini ko dekhke hi samajh jana chaiye tha ki isko buy nahi karna hai. They are looting in broad day light.

I suggest you all please do not buy kent ro, they show you they are giving you 4 year free service, but quality of kent product os very worst. i installed RO 7 month ago, and today carbon filter cracked and water leaking , you can analyse that how poor quality material they are selling, for changing carbon filter change they are asking 1200, within 7 month RO stop working so please guys be careful.

I just bring into the notice that I have called so many times to customer center to send technician to test water quality and filters change. They always used to say, "Sir technician will call you" but didnt get any call since long time. Everyday getting same answer.

I have done the big mistake to buy Kent. I just warn you guys, please think twice before buying Kent. They dont have good service support. Now planning to call local vendor to fix my kent issues.

I am writing this email to you to bring to your notice that, every single time a person from kent visits to fix, some item or the other is gone and we are asked to replace it.

Last week, we were asked to change the SV, and 2 days later it started making some noise and today we are asked to change the adapter. In the last one and half years 6 years. We are asked to change SNMP, adapter(This is the second time), SV, and bulb(3 times), filter, etc.

Finally, I have not entertained changing anything.

How can kent even sell products if not tested promptly?

It's a horrible experience to use kent ro sterling plus model multiple faults with multiple parts changed and till date not a good experience. I have recently requested for a part changed within amc and it's been 1 month no call and nothing has been done . Do not go for this kent sterling plus model since this is a defected machine with multiple faults inside it . Customer experience is zero percent with kent customer service team . No resolution till date .

Every time our water purifier broke down, it cost us a whopping 3000rs for repairs. The service technician then advised us to purchase the Kent RO Annual Maintenance Contract(AMC) for 6390/-. This contract supposedly included free breakdown call attendance.

However, when our machine broke down again, the representative from Perfect Sales and Services(the authorized service provider in Vadodara Gujarat) informed us that purchasing another AMC was only option for getting it fixed(AMC was in validity). In a twist of events, when I contacted Kent RO for repair, another service provider told me they couldn't assist since the AMC was purchased from Perfect Sales and Services. They even had the audacity to suggest buying another AMC from them to get it fixed!

Kent is a very good water purifying company.Even if the service center calls for a minor reason, those who come are ready to change the filter without checking it first.I think Kent doesn't teach people anything except changing filters.Where the filter element says 'change after 12 months'.I will request Kent company to learn technician technical work.

Hi Team, Kent is a very good brand. But believe me, they will loot you in a few months. They will make you cry with blood and money.

Their 4-year free service is nothing but a loot scam.

I live in Delhi and I purchased Kent Pride Plus RO offline from the Model Town office(it is also an official Kent RO auth. service center). I personally feel that this center is full of unprofessional people, they only know how to sell the parts without caring about your sentiments.

They won't tell you anything for 1 year during the full warranty period. whenever you complain about water blockage or low water supply, They will just clean your filter by banging the filters with their screwdrivers, and tell you that your water supply from the back is bad.

They claim to filter about TDS up to 2000ppm, but blocking of water happens almost every month with TDS~700ppm.

The real game starts once 1year of full-service overs. whenever you call the technician, they will say, your filter is choked, and need a change.

I was a new user and had no prior experience with this scam. In my case, they changed it without cleaning and checking the filters and charged me Rs.4800. and the filters have a warranty of 3 months only.

my choking again happened within 1.5 months, the technician arrived and again they cleaned the filter and asked me to change the prefilter. they again charged me rs.850 for it.

They even scare you, if you deny to make a change, like they will not be responsible if any damage happens. as the motor will fail due to this, it will cost around Rs.2000.

I don't know about other service centers, but Delhi Model Town KENT service center has all unprofessional guys, from technician to Mangers.

On Sep 2022, One of the technicians visited and during the cleaning process they broke the Kent water tank, it is a visible crack. I have multiple complaints on it, but from customer care to Managers they all just shut their mouths and did not help me on this(see the attached images of my email communications).

OTP is just useless. they will self-close the ticket, without action on it.

The Managers Mr. Umesh Gupta and Mr. Paramjeet from Delhi, Model Town KENT service center, they will make sure that customer must cry with BLOOD.

They even don't answer your call.

There are many more such incidents to share. but it will make this post a novel.

I just wanted to make you aware of this scam these big brands are making.
