Atleast pune , maintainance of kent purifier is too horrible.. we will be very careful when tech walk into the houses. Almost all employees are uneducated , not professional.. they just have a target to cheat and ask people to buy

I purchased Kent Pearl Star RO 11L. In 3 months from date of purchase it filled the tank drop-by-drop. Engineer was requested, he changed only membrane and external sediment filter. Again in few months the issue started and now they are telling to change all the filters. Worst product, worst customer care. Everything is worst and waste of time and money. If you buy the product you need to keep on changing internal filters once in 3 months which they didn't inform us before purchase date, but now they are telling that each and every 3 months we have to change all the filters inside RO. They said machine support till 1500 TDS, but it does not even withstand 700TDS.

I have purchased Kent Ro water purifier 3 months back... immediately after installation the indicator was showing mineral content was low.i called the service.the service man manipulated something inside the machine and indicator turned to show good mineral content. problem again started off and on and the inefficient service engineer s come and manipulate to show it good but couldn't tell me the reason behind.They stopped coming after 4 th complaint through app and were closing the complaint without attending the machine.i demanded replacement to the company but they are denying stating that replacement is not included in their policy. I am surprised that neither the engineers could correct the problem nor r they replacing the machine then what is the meaning of warranty? I am feeling helpless because water quality is very poor in my locality and I had purchased it for the safety of my kids with my hard earned money.it is a shame for our country that consumers are being cheated by this type of water purifier company like Kent that carries a big brand of reputation and warranty means nothing and service quality is the poorest

There is a huge difference in the process of the candles on Amazon vs what you'd buy from the company salesman. On Amazon you'll get 700/- to 1000/- rs cheaper. The kent serviceman will tell you that the candles have to be changed. And that you have to buy them on full mrp price only.

And price he's charging is higher than the printed price!!! The printed price for Feb 24 manufacturing is now not applicable! In May 24… the price has gone up by 20%!!! So I will sell you at this new revised price only…company mein pooch lo madam! Lagana hai ki main vapas jaoon?!

The brand Kent - is not the pretty hema malini - it is this man in front of me. And the strange pricing blackhole.

When it comes to drinking water you don't want to take a chance- so we swallow our ego and pay. But this is a bully brand.

As a disillusioned customer who fell victim to the deceptive practices of Kent RO, I feel obligated to expose the truth behind their Annual Maintenance Contract(AMC). What initially seemed like a prudent decision to safeguard my investment in a Kent RO system quickly unraveled into a nightmare of deceit and financial exploitation.

Upon purchasing my Kent RO in 2021, I was enticed by the promise of 1+3 years of free service. However, this illusion of generosity was shattered when, just one year later, I received a call insisting that I subscribe to their AMC. The reason? Allegedly, the exorbitant cost of their replacement parts and the necessity of frequent filter changes.

Reluctantly, I succumbed to their pressure and paid a hefty sum of Rs. 7000 for the AMC, roughly half the cost of a new Kent RO system. Little did I know that this would mark the beginning of a year-long ordeal characterized by empty promises and gross neglect.

Throughout the duration of the AMC, the purported servicing of my RO system was nothing more than a facade. Despite their claims of comprehensive maintenance, the technicians assigned to my case did nothing beyond replacing a few filters during the initial visit. Subsequent follow-ups yielded no tangible results, with my complaints falling on deaf ears.

As the end of the AMC period approached, I was incredulously informed that renewal would require an additional Rs. 7500. When I dared to question the lack of filter changes during the preceding year, I was met with a feeble excuse: "You didn't raise a complaint."

It quickly became apparent that the Kent RO AMC was nothing more than a thinly veiled scheme to extort money from unsuspecting customers. By withholding essential services unless customers forked over exorbitant sums for the AMC, Kent RO was effectively holding their own customers hostage.

In conclusion, my experience with the Kent RO AMC serves as a cautionary tale for prospective buyers. Do not be deceived by their promises of comprehensive service; behind the facade lies a predatory business model designed to fleece customers of their hard-earned money. Avoid Kent RO at all costs, lest you fall victim to their shameless exploitation.

I have had a very Bad experience with Kent Elegant lite WP. It’s not even 7 months I bought it & they are saying 3 parts need to be changed- Filter, Sediment filter & Carbon Filter. Cost around 2000. Kent is just fooling the customers & looting people in the name of Service. I would never recommend to use KENT to anyone. Their service people & the customer care is also pathetic. Very difficult to reach out to them.

They will make you feel helpless & try to sell their AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) scheme to you, which cost around 6000 Rs. so, the service guy was asking me to buy the AMC of 6000 Rs for a Water Purifier which costs 12500.

I would suggest to do alot of research before buying the purifier. I made a big mistake by falling in trap of the KENT sales people.

Kent gives the warrenty for filter only 3 month and I endup spending replacing my whole filter every 3 or 4 months once which is very disappointing.

I buy Kent RO 2 years back of ₹14500 and in last 2 years I need to raise 8 times service request for issues occurred on RO and spend additional 8000 to get the things recovered.So final conclusion is that there product is of worst quality and they will keep charging you just for the sake of product to run effectively.

I'm used so many models but I bought RO from Kent..It's the worst service ever I'm facing ..I just tired for service nearly 4month..I was call and register for service they said wait for 48hrs after 48hrs we got a msg service cancelled..Again i registered they said wait for another 48hrs but we didn't get any technicians details...Don't buy this product

Worst customer service by Kent. Service guy visits for service and say no issues in purifier. But we all had throat infection by bad water. Even they don't respond properly, and don't visit location.

Kent RO is used at my home town, We have raised complaint, problem not solved and service person assure he will visit but not coming. We called customer care 2 -3 times, but no solution. purchasing so costly RO is of no use.

My father is having kidney problem and this time I am taking water from outside. What is the use of this RO.
